I got a regular manicure and only two days after getting my nails done they started to chip which is super disappointing. The worst part was I wasnt doing anything extreme that would cause this extent of chipping. The service was great, they were able to take me a little early, and the color selection was very extensive. I loved the color that I chose and was happy with how my nails looked when I left the salon. Unfortunately they havent even held up for a week after getting my nails done and they are continuing to chip despite my efforts to preserve my manicure. My friend got a manicure with me as well and they have chipped even more than mine. Im extremely disappointed after hearing great things about Blush. I wouldve been better off doing my nails myself or going to a different salon in the area that charges less.

I went to Blush for the first time to get my dip powder nails done (also for the first time). I got the dip powder manicure, which is $55 +tax. One thing I didnt know before going in is that the manicure part is really just cuticle removal. I thought there would be more involved, like with a classic manicure. I would recommend to do the cuticle removal at home if possible to save you some cash. Besides that, my experience was amazing. Nobody rushed me to pick a color, and my nail tech Natalie even helped me pick one out when I wasnt sure about my first choice. Natalie was super super nice and friendly, and she was very accommodating as well. When I asked her to fix some things, she was on it with no complaints, and I could tell she really wanted me to like her work. She also gave me a free hand massage even when it wasnt included. Couldnt recommend her enough, and my nails look great!!

This place is amazing! I had a great experience from the start with clear communication of what me and my friend wanted over the phone. When we got here, the place was very clean and spacious. Linda did my nails with dip and also did nail art— she’s absolutely amazing! The picture was from Pinterest and she basically matched the design exactly. She has such a steady & gentle hand and I’m so happy with how my nails turned out. The rest of the staff is also very sweet and attentive. 10/10 nail salon and I will be back in the future!

I had a manicure done on Monday at 4:10 p.m., and by Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. three nails had lost tips and all of them were peeling at the cuticle. I called and was told they do not guarantee a polish manicure. I would have to get a gel manicure to ensure it would last longer than 17 hours. I understand gel would last longer, but I would have hoped to get at least a full day out of it and I would have hoped for a better customer-service response. This was my first manicure since the pandemic. I will not be returning.

I had Tia do my nails and they did an amazing job! I absolutely love them and her service was great.

I sat down for a gel manicure with removal and got a phone call half way into the removal that my grandma was in the hospital and I needed to be there ASAP. They told me to go, not to worry about paying and to just let them know when I’m ready to rebook. Beyond grateful and will forever recommend blush.

If it was easier to select a polish, I’d have given a 5. I’m not familiar with the brands of polish they have and was unsure what color would look best on my feet. Maybe help the customer select and try it out before polishing all ten tootsies? Very clean, quiet, and doesn’t smell all chemical-y so the air circulation must be pretty good. Nice light bright atmosphere and extraordinarily comfortable chairs.

This was the worst experience of my life. The nail tech was very clearly rushing through my service and seemed angry the entire time. She didn’t push back my cuticles at all, cut my nails way too short without asking me about length at all until AFTER she cut them. The nail art I received looks nothing like the photo. She made me pick out colors while my hands were covered in foils, and then got angry when I was struggling to do so. The gel polish has bubbles and the top coat is not applied over the full nail. She also filed away some of the polish after she completed my nails. She filed one of them so much while removing my gel that it actually HURTS. My hands were covered in gel during my service, and when i tried to get it off before it cured, she yelled at me to stop. The gel was still on my hand after my service, so she had me standing in the middle of the salon while she picked away at my skin with tweezers to attempt to get it off. It took my skin with it. I was very upset about my service, and then i got to the register and they informed me of the extra fee I had to pay in order to use a card. I questioned this and the receptionist stated “yeah we don’t advertise it, it’s retarded.” That word is very offensive. I work with individuals with developmental disabilities, and “retarded” is a derogatory slur. I cant believe he actually said that to me after I was already displeased. I would love a refund, and I never want to return. My grown out manicure looked better than this new one does.

One of the best nail salon in Columbus. Kylie knows exactly what kind of shape I want. Everyone has a safety space, so you don’t need to worry about the social distance during COVID. With some cuts but Kylie took care of it well. Will come again!

I dont like to leave bad reviews but my experience coming here was so disappointing. I saw the pictures, read other peoples comments, and was excited. I had pictures of the length and design I wanted (oval french ombre dip). Unfortunately, the nail tech I had barely spoke English and Im not sure if he even understood me but despite that, the worst part was the sloppiness. I was pointing to areas where I wanted my cuticle or the dead skin around my nails removed. He pushed my cuticles back with his fingernail! When I said could you use the cuticle pusher for all my nails, he continued using his fingernail and did one nail and went ahead to put on acrylics. At that point, I asked if he could just change my service to a regular manicure. Truthfully I wanted to get up and leave but decided to be polite as possible despite my frustration. I drove around and found a place that did them right for $30 less and I didnt have to keep checking or explaining what I needed.

I was quickly greeted and able to get a walk in. It was my first time getting a dip manicure and my nails look great. My technician was very personable and we had a great chat. Overall, the salon was very clean and well run.

There are a hundred positive things i could say not only about this salon, but really the team. They are all such friendly, caring, and hardworking individuals that welcome anyone in with a smile and will always make you feel like their friend! They are always honest with me on what will look best and keep it real which is probably why I truly have never left unsatisfied in my two years as a client and cannot see myself ever going anywhere else! First time at Blush for a pedicure. They were so organized as soon as I walked in the door. The associates all helped each other get stations ready. As a first time customer I had a great experience. Everything was clean, everyone was nice and attentive. They also have a 10day policy to fix any of the nails that are chipping or broken if needed which is awesome. I definitely plan on coming back!

She didnt mention the job being done or apologize for the issues, but she should have.I went with a friend and she was done with her nails much earlier than I was. I had an amazing experience! I went in with my sisters to celebrate my birthday. We got gel mani pedis and it was sooooo relaxing. Its an absolutely beautiful establishment and all three of our nail techs were amazing. I specifically had Kim(my sister had Angel and a guy with no name tag) and was surprised at how well she handled my pedicure. I have very ticklish feet but she did an amazing job! Many beautiful color options and an amazingly friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I hope I can come back soon! I know we all had an amazing time.

I hate leaving negative reviews but my experience was so disappointing. Two days before my appointment, I was called to see if I could come in a few minutes earlier and I said no problem. About 20 minutes before the new appointment time, I get a call from the nail tech and am told I can come in before my appointment because she’s ready whenever I am. I called to let her know I was on the way and I was leaving my apartment and even got there earlier than my appointment. When I arrive, I’m told she’s working on someone else’s nails and it’ll be about 10 minutes so I say no problem and I wait. About 20 minutes after my appointment time, she starts on my nails and I ask her to make them just a little shorter, which somehow was confusing. She ends up cutting my nails unevenly and SO SHORT and then rushed through the rest of the process. She asks if I’m getting a mani (which is what I had originally scheduled, but since she started late I said it’s fine to just do the dip powder) confirms it’s just dip powder and then continues. As she’s finishing up and states that I need to get my cuticles done next time (...I only didn’t because again this entire appointment was so late and close to closing time) asks if I like them and I tell her they’re too short. She then tells me I apparently should have just said to file them instead of asking for them to be shorter. I’ve literally never had an issue or a salon tell me that “a little shorter” means cut my nails off versus “just file” means they just file them a bit shorter and not crooked. Either way, they’re uneven and too thick— just very disappointing experience overall which is unfortunate because she was really nice at first about the delay. I mean she had time to chat with everyone else working there and a customer who was leaving so it’s frustrating that she rushed my nails, didn’t bother to check about the length until it was too late, and then tried to blame me for her not listening. I wish I had just left and gone somewhere else so I didn’t pay for my nails to look so bad. :(

They have a great selection when it comes to relaxing manicure and pedicure. The staff ensures their work and are so friendly. They have a loyalty system where if you refer your friends you get 5 dollars off which is a great deal.If you want best salon experience and pampering, I highly recommend Blush.

We were on our way to the salon driving for more than an hour to reach the place, but we were late for a few minutes since there was an accident in the way. They called us to confirm the appointment when we were on our way and we did confirm it. When we arrived at the place we were shocked to find out that they have already canceled and give our appointment away to other customers, although we’ve already confirmed it and were late for not long. We were extremely frustrated since we drove for an hour and nobody understood our conditions. Definitely not booking from them again.

Limited English sometimes makes expressing a request difficult. I have yet to have a bad experience in my 8 visits.

The staff here are amazing! I had a few of these nail artists prior to this location opening and wont go to anyone else. They listen to what you want and make it happen! I have NEVER written a review in my life, but this experience warrants a review. I got a dip manicure with extensions. The manicure was rushed through and poorly executed. The shapes on every nail looked different and the design looked nothing like what I asked for. After one day, two nails broke off. After five days, five nails had broken off. This was not due to extraneous activities. For reference, one nail broke off when pulling up my pants after using the restroom. Another broke off when I was shutting a window in my room. Since I paid over $100 (with tip), I went back to get them fixed. This time the shape looked even worse. I had nails fall off immediately and one split in half (which is extremely painful and I don’t know how to solve the problem without ripping my nail in half). I could not go back to get them fixed as I am home elsewhere for Christmas break. I will never be returning. Waste of my money.

I’ve been living in Columbus for 5 years and I have finally found my “regular” nail salon! My nails are always given proper attention and they have a great selection of colors and services. I usually go to Chai, Johnny, Leo, or Kylie but every other technician I’ve seen is very precise, professional, and neat. Definitely would recommend!

I drove for one and a half hours to this place to get my nails done and I was only 10 minutes late and they gave my appointment to someone else. They were very rude about it, I explained that I drove for an hour to get to the place and they did not even care. I asked to talk to a manager or a nail tech and they said no one is available to talk to me. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS. Will never come back to this place again!

I had an amazing experience at Blush. All of the technicians really take their time on your nails to ensure you don’t leave the salon less than perfect. I typically have Johnny or Kylie do my nails. The atmosphere is both modern and chic. The nail techs really engage into conversing with their clients and you can tell most of them are regulars. Would 100% recommend.

The pedi, the polish and the overall experience was amazing. Glad I got to retry this place!Heard great things about this salon, so I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience with my pedicure due to the shaping and gel not being even. I should have spoken up, but I felt a little rushed when my friend wanted to use the same color. I ended up going to a different salon to have it fixed and it was night and day.
