I would like to recommend Karen; she styled my hair Saturday. Her technique was not what I expected but the end result was perfect.

I go to see Karen. She is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about styles and trends and shes great at understanding what I want to do with my hair and making it happen. I highly recommend her and this salon!

Judy Phillips has been my stylist for more than 30 years and I have never been unhappy with her service, styling and expertise in hair care. She is always continuing her education in her business and stays up to date on the latest styles and products. She is as passionate today as she was 30 years ago about my hair and how I look. She is the BEST!!

Ive been having Michelle Davlin as my nail tech for over seven years! I have difficult nails, and Michelle has found a recipe for keeping my nail looking great! Michelle has become a great friend. Not many hair/nail tech would take time to send individual cards of thanks! The salon purchased a new spa chair, and its great to be treated so special! A very professional business.

Karen is very professional and does a great job on foils and fine hair to avoid over-processing. Have also used Pam and she is great also. Staff are all friendly. Generally fairly quiet and peaceful salon.

Great place to go for so many things, but, my favorite is Michele Davlin. Shes the best nail tech anywhere and I love the new pedicure chair--makes the whole experience even better. I cant say ENOUGH about my experience at J B Phillips! Ive been a client in this salon for 25 years and I have always been more than satisfied with every service Ive received. Ive had color, cuts, Keratin straightening treatments, manicures, brow waxes and more! Even though Ive been a client for so long, Im still treated just as important as if Im a new client. My stylist listens to my concerns and makes any necessary adjustments to my cut or color so that I always leave with a FRESH, CURRENT look! You wont regret trusting any stylist at JB Phillips with your hair!!!P.S. Regarding the negative comments about male stylist.....I should point out that those individuals are no longer working at the salon and so you those reviews are not even relevant!

I have been to J.B. Phillips multiple times. I really like the salons look and the people are always nice. So far I have gotten foil highlights that turned out very natural looking which is great for my job. My last 2-3 times going I have been getting my roots done blonde and a toner which I really like and plan to go back soon. The products that were used made my hair feel thicker and softer also. This salon gave a certificate for I believe $10-15 off my next visit after the first time going and also has birthday discounts and more. The prices are no more then any other salon in town, maybe even cheaper and you will leave happier in my opinion. I defintely recommend!

The best place in Columbus to get your hair done! I love my stylist Stephanie Bailey, when I first came to her my hair was a mess from doing my own store bought box coloring! Wow what a mistake! I told Stephanie the 1st time i came to her that I look like a blower up Qtip!! Lol..we still laugh about 12 years later! That day she worked miracils on my hair!!when I got back to work the girls couldnt believe what she was able to do with my messed up head! She is the best, you want be disappointed if she does your hair!

I have been to countless salons throughout my life looking for someone who can consistently style hair to my satisfaction. Well I have finally found the place. When I first visited J. B. Phillps Salon I entered with my usual pessimism but with the warm greetings and atmosphere my attitude quickly changed. The stylist was very attentive to my current haircut, asked a few questions, and meticulously styled my hair as if she knew exactly what I was hoping for even though I am not very good at communicating my needs. Now that I have been several times with the same results I will never have to search any longer for the right salon! Thank you J.B. Phillips staff!
