Avoid Poplar days and times otherwise be expected to wait at least 2 hours. Besides the long wait they provide everything nails pedicures eyebrow wax and hair extensions. Ive been getting my nails done for about a year I do an overlay my nails are naturally long. Hannah whats the one who did my nails tonight for the first time. And I cannot stress that she is the best I have ever experienced I would definitely be going to see her again.

The service was very good almost exceptional

The eyelash lady put harsh glue that was hard and I couldn’t shut my eyes. I asked her would it soften she said I’m fine. After going and looking in my car mirror, I noticed it was on my lids and not my lashbed. I went bacc in to ask her to remove them. She sat some solution for 1 MINUTE and ripped out my eyelashes after I start jumping and complaining she said I’m fine. She refused to refund my money even half of it but still offered to install more! I would have went to jail if it wasn’t for my common sense. She kept lying saying it was fine, even after several customers told her she was wrong and she should at least give me half my money bacc. I’m crying hard as ever, eyelashes take forever to grow bacc. I’m so mad. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HER! I’m so upset!!!!! I wish I could post a picture!!!!

My daughter and I both were walk ins for full acrylic sets. We didn’t have a long wait and the nails turned out great! Will definitely go here again

Ive always had good experiences using LA nails Ive never had any problems with the products that they use theyre very polite and they communicate with you hold conversation they care about their customers wants and needs they go the extra mile and stay open longer than what their normal hours are to meet the needs of their customers very friendly atmosphere

They have you sign in...the lobby is packed and with social distancing still being needed you go sit in your car. Thats all fine but no one calls or texted when it was my turn. Instead I got a survey asking about the services I didnt receive. Then the owner was just plain rude about it.

I absolutely love this place and my nails are beautiful!! Thanks Tina!!!A week later and 2 have already popped off. Benny says they will fix it but the other 3 on the same hand are also on the verge of popping off. I still love my nails and wouldn’t go anywhere else. See you Saturday the 10th (my birthday) to get these fixed.Update:My nails were beautiful on the 10th after Benny fixed them. I went in for a fill, 3 nails that fell off. I didn’t need a fill but Benny began filing my powder off and said he would “make the nails thicker so they wouldn’t come off like that again”. The powder he used didn’t match the powder I initially had. I didn’t like the color of it so I got polish and nail art. He said he didn’t charge me for the powder to make them “thick” but I ended up paying $65 total after the $5 discount for my birthday. I’m doing the review today because my nail popped off on the other hand today when I reached in my bag to get my water. I haven’t jammed my nails on anything at anytime with this “thick” set or with the initial nails I had from Tina.These nails are just not worth the price and I don’t think I’ll be returning after being a loyal customer off and on for almost 15 years. I brought my daughters here and my friends, even when I wasn’t getting my nails done because I liked the quality of work. So much has changed over the last few years and it’s like the work is rushed. The tech doesn’t listen to the client. It seems like the techs have lost their zest for caring about what the customer wants. They make you feel as if they don’t believe you when you say that the nails popped off without any effort. So at this point, I’m taking another break from nails.

Expensive. I went in for a fresh acrylic set and it came to $65 ok that’s fine, Acrylic all run down under my nails and cuticles, Crooked glued On nails,When I went in for a Balance it was $50 👀 and the top Gel application was bad there was circles of missing spots like if the gel bottle needed to be shaken before applied or something. I feel it was expensive like cmon now $50 for a balance ?!! My nails ent even Long!!Never again. 👎🏽

Benny is Horrible i got 2repairs and balance and he cut me with the drill and cut into my nail and it has only been 2weeks and i have 3 broken nails. Do not let Benny work on u im highly disappointed

I have been a client to L.A Nails for over 5 years !Sally is NUMBER ONE !! She gets any shape I want down with no second thinking !’Clean design and Chrystal work ! I am more or a simple gel polish girl however I have seen her BLINGED OUT nails and extra long nails look A1MAZING I usually go during the week .They have Chrystal I feel she’s number two if u don’t go for Benny or sallyMaha does eyelashes and eyebrows she’s off on Wednesday and Sunday but so does Erin so if Naha is off check if ERIN is doing nails or feet she’llHook u up u just may have to wait .Over all the atmosphere is relaxing there’s snacks drinks masks for sale a barber and a hair salon in the back .They also make sure the wipe down the chairs and desks after u get up

My son gets his haircut there. No complaints at all and the best part is that we can usually get in and out without a wait. Early am walk inside are better than waiting later in the day. Reasonably priced too.

Great nail techs with all the latest products and awesome massage chairs for pedicures. They also do eyebrows, lashes, waxing, and traditional salon services.... color, cut a, weaves, braids etc. The little known jewel of the salon is Diana who gives natural hair the most caring, restorative, beautiful treatment you could imagine. If your hair is having difficulty growing, you will be amazed at the results! Ask her for a sample of her organic hair growth oil

I was a walk in, I didnt wait for very long. Had gel polish removed the girl got the side of my row with a dremel tool and it bleed for a bit. They didnt even out my nails hardly at all. The people were very attentive to me. My polish lasted longer than it should have. I did get quite a bit of compliments on them the entire time. Id go back in on a late minute run if I had to. They will also make early appointments before they open if you call in and schedule with them.

Guy was very rude for my first time being there trying to convince me that no nail shop gives you more than one color without charging. Very ghetto and unprofessional stay away from this place. Go to Fancy nails out east😄

Very good place and good atmosphere. And they have the most friendly staff. And they do an amazing job!

Waited 4 and a half hours to get my nails done after going there two separate days and both times being told they were unable to do my pedicure. I will never go back because once a employee was able to do my nails 💅 she was not happy she rushed through it messed up and did them to thick and left polish on the side of my nails on my fingers.

If you like your nails to all long uniform and even DO NOT come here. I have never been so upset and embarrassed by how my nails looked.

I have been a patron of this establishment for years... The last 3 times I’ve visited I was treated so poorly, I will never go back. Truly sad to see such good talent be so poorly mismanaged especially with the owner there on site.

Service was slow

For anyone who wants quality nails, come here. I took my gf a 2 weeks ago and her nails still look brand new. A little outstanding on the price but overall its better to spend here.
