Went to Jennifer Nails for the first time today. I was impressed with how clean the facility is. All of the technicians were friendly and my full set looked great. They have an extensive selection of polishes to choose from and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to making them my perminent nail salon.Edit- what I didnt like about my first visit was that Id made an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes before beginning service anyway. I liked the work and figured it was a fluke. Ill avoid being aggravated and just walk in next time.Two weeks later I went to get a fill and a sign was on the door saying they were closed that day and would reopen the following day. The following day I went back about an hour before close and was told I couldnt be helped because I didnt have an appointment. I just went elsewhere and havent gone back. I dont have time for a runaround. If you require appointments you should honor them and if you dont there shouldnt be a problem with me walking in. If you need to be out your door at 7 then close at 6.

Loved it! Was in Columbus visiting so I looked up highly-rated nail places and found them. Did a great job and quickly! Will be back next summer!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience tonight at Jennifer Nails! She was able to get us in as an appointment kind of last minute. She did quick, beautiful work on my nails and was very nice and patient. She does meticulous work on any design you are wanting to make sure it looks very close in resemblance to the image you show her and so that you leave happier than when you walked in! Would definitely come again 😁

Jennifer always does a wonderful job on my nails! Sometimes we end up waiting a little while, but to me it is worth it for a meticulous and truly beautiful full set. The pedicures are always amazing as well.

I went there for the first time yesterday because I read all the good reviews and needed my nails done for my daughter’s wedding. My nails are beautiful and I absolutely adore them. I only had a picture of what I wanted and they made my nails even prettier than the picture. I am so happy with the results. I just found my new nail place for life!

Very nice people and they do a great job! I receive many compliments on my nails. I also want to add they are very gentle. Nail salons I have went to on the past have been tortune. I would come home with cuts on my fingers. Not at Jennifers. They take great care with their clients.

I had an amazing experience at Jennifer Nails! I had an appointment for a pedicure. I was able to walk in, choose my color and sit down right away. They do charge extra for the gel nail polish. The employees were so friendly. The salon was clean and well taken care of. There was a TV on, but the noise was not overwhelming. I highly recommend this place!

My new go-to nail place, both Jennifer and Jack are super easy to talk to. The place is just a relaxing and chill place to go all around. All the tools used were very clean and you can tell that they put pride in their work. Plus, they have a lot more options when it comes to design and quality. Theyve got a rewards card which is just an added bonus. Love this place, I highly recommend!

The lady that did my nails cut me and made me bleed and then went back over the cut with the nail file, made my nails crooked, and missed some spots of paint. I will never go there again.

We had a lovely time with the owners, Jennifer and her hubby. They are delightful people and I recommend anyone in the Columbus area to try them out. I promise you wont regret it 👌🏽😍💅

They done designs on my nails. A halloween theme n they came out amazing. Brought my 14 yr old n her best friend n they got us right in and done an AMAZING job on all 3 of our nails. Will definitely b coming back here. Very clean n all the employees made sure our nails were how we wanted them.

Love this place! been going for a couple months now and it is hand down the best nail salon in cbus! especially the lady nail tech! i don’t know her name but she is quickand makes my nails perfect everytime!

I was able to walk right in without an appointment and was seated right away. She was very thorough and I am very happy with my nails!

I got my nails done there two days ago and one already came off, and they look awful. Definitely will never go back.

Felt rushed and questioned whether the manicurists tools were sanitized. I never saw any of the tools that were used on me being cleaned or coming out of a cleaning solution. The price for nail tips and gel polish was comparable, but a week later they charged $20 just for a polish change, plus I tipped. I thought that was high. The owner? had an attitude and was unprofessional. He didnt like my review so they cancelled an appt for another service after Id driven all the way there, which was rude and to be expected since he was rude and condescending on my very 1st appt. Thats ok, there are plenty of other salons to go to. Before you book an appointment check with Pink and White nails or GOSSIP. Not to mention the manicurist tried forcing me to choose square nails, I said oval, still got square, so I had to file and fix them myself. For $40+ I shouldnt have to fix them myself. Ill never go back or recommend this place. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. And if you dont like the reviews you get, do better and dont act like a snarky jerk simply because I said I just want tips he said JUST! thats one of the most difficult things we do sorry not up on the nail salon lingo. Never getting my money again. The management sucks!

Made 2 appointments for manicures & Pedicures. Signed in and started pedicures, once finished with pedicure, I tell them what color I want for the mani. The staff then tells me I have to come back for that, after literally just taking a walk in. Definitely disappointed.

I got a full set but got stiletto shape and they are SO unevenIts been a week and a day since Ive had them done they look awful theyre lifting already and the paint is all around messy I was so disappointed considering they have such good reviews... I will not at all be back...

Since I found Jennifer salon . I have went there faithfully. 1 time I didn’t and regretted it and had her redo them . Always polite, she takes her time and gets them like you want them . And her husband Jack does a very good job. It’s just the best place to go. I had 1 pedicure there. It was great but I am just more into my nails. I sure have missed them.

Wifey review:From the exterior there’s nothing really appealing about the faculty but once indoor it’s an adorable small town salon with incredible service. Their Deluxe Pedi priced at (I believe $45) was AWESOME!! I could feel my eye getting heavy. Their mani service was just as on point. Great end result & incredible massage. A part of me wishes we had a Jennifer Nails near us. Keep doin what your doing Jennifer it’s clearly working.

I dont have my nails done often but when I do Ive NEVER walked out completely happy with the work done. Well I have found my nail place!! I even show my nails off! Jennifer did an outstanding job and even when I was questioning every little thing, she and her husband made sure I understood and didnt seem to mind. She took her time and never once seemed to be in a hurry like some other nail shops. Needless to say I love this place and will continue coming back!

I went to another shop.in columbus, and lets just say it was awful. My nails looked nothing like the picture I showed. They were lumpy and uneven. I was very unhappy to say the least. I stopped at Jennifers hoping they could fix my nails. Keep in mind its the holidays and they were super busy. They got me in a few hours later and did an amazing job! My nails look beautiful and I couldnt be happier! Thank you so much! This will definitely be my regular shop!

My 14 year old paid 40$ to have her nails done and they all fell off 5 days later when she was at school. they wouldnt even fix them for free. wanted her to pay 20$. and they are so rude.

I really disappointed with this nail bar. Never respect the appointment time, they decided to do other customer’s nail when it is supposed to be my appointment time. They are willing to risk their reputation by letting a customer waiting for an hour, even the customer has an appointment. I definitely won’t recommend this place.

I have had a lot of pedicures and this one was by far superior. I was listened to and actually felt like I received the full service for my money! If you need a pick me up after a long week. Get your hind end in a massage chair for a pedicure at Jennifer Nails! You will not be disappointed!! Call for an appointment (because let’s face it, it’s the respectful thing to do) and Walks ins are welcome too!

I went for the $45 deluxe pedicure and it was totally worth it! The technician was fast, but thorough and relaxing. My nail smudged when drying, but she was not reluctant to fix it and even touched up other nails. The hot stones and leg/feet massaging was wonderful. This was my first time here. The only downfall I see is the place is not suitable for large groups as there are only 5 pedicure chairs.

My pedicure looked good at the end but they completely damaged my nails! They used the electric drimmel and removed so much of my natural nail bed. I was left with thin flimsy nails which meant my pedicure didn’t last and now I have months ahead of me of growing out my SEVERELY damaged nails. I’ve had slight thinning occur before in manicures and pedicures but this was next level. They are paper thin and so flimsy.

Best mani/pedi Ive ever had! Granted, I dont get my nails done too often, but all my previous experiences had been less than great. This time everything was perfect. Great staff, excellent and meticulous work, and my polish is still on four days later (which has never happened before; Im hard on my nails). Plus my 11 year old sister was with me, and shes pretty shy, but the staff was great with her, made her very comfortable, laughing and telling jokes with her. 10/10 I will be returning!

I had a pedi, loved that there were several different options to choose from. I had the Deluxe $35, and it was outstanding! Plus they had lots of cute paint on options!The staff was very friendly, we had appointments, and they were ready when we got there. There were lots of polish options including one with magnets I’d never seen.My granddaughter and her friend had a gel mani and a set of acrylics. They both loved the experience and want to go back.I would definitely recommend this salon—one of my 3 best pedis ever. I’ll definitely go back!
