Technicians at Stylist Salon are always professional and friendly. They do a wonderful job and always go the extra mile to make sure the gel color is exactly what you want!! 10/10 Would recommended!! Plus you can book your appointment online which is super convenient!!

Booking online was super easy! They were ready for me as soon as I walked in! They had two walls full of colors to choose from. Both stylists I had were nice, did a wonderful job, and were easy to talk to. I will be back for sure!

Tina does a fabulous job. During quarantine last year, my manicure lasted the entire time without a chip! My manis always last beyond 3 weeks with rarely a chip. Tina accepts appointments via text and is always on time.

Iv been to so many nail places this is the only one who could get my nails right. It nice to be able to get your nails done and not have to fix them when you get home they also do a great job at the fun nails i like to get.

I have lived in Columbus for over two years now, and I haven’t been able to find THE place to get my nails done. I found Stylist Nails a few weeks ago and I am definitely a new regular! Kelly (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) got me in a chair right away, was pleasant and thorough, and finished in less than 45 minutes! My nails are beautiful, and I am SO happy with my service! Definitely will be returning.

I only went to this salon as my usual salon was closed and this salon has high ratings, but i was severely disappointed and will never return. I came in for full set acrylics and a gel manicure. I was told the service would be $50, but ultimately was charged $65 (and apparently that was after they gave me a $5 discount for no reason). I’ve gotten acrylics on several occasions from several salons and i have never once had acrylics turn out as thick as i did from here, but it seemed the man was taking his time and they looked nice enough, so i didn’t say anything. I picked out 3 polished and was told this wasn’t an extra charge. While painting my nails i noticed i was given the wrong color for one. I politely pointed out it was the wrong shade—i picked a glitter with blue and peach shifts and was given a shimmery green. The colors were completely different. Eventually after i explained 3 times it was the wrong shade, i was told that the nail polish was old so it changed color. I don’t know why the technician would use an old polish, but after insisting the polish changed from a glitter to a green with glitter, i was finally offered to change the polish. I picked a holo glitter and said to put it over top my blue polish and was given a gold glitter instead. At this point i has been in the salon for 3 hours. So i overpaid and left. Within 2 days all the gel polish had popped off. The acrylics lasted a week before breaking. While most workers were very kind, i wish i hadn’t wasted $65 plus tip.

My parents, sister, and I went to the salon on a Saturday morning for pedicures. It was my dads first so we were excited to take him, and the staff at Stylist took great care of us! They were courteous and friendly, and all of us left happy with the services we were provided. My dad spends all day in work boots and needed some extra TLC, and they were so great about addressing his concerns. I would definitely recommend this salon!

This place is wonderful, we go periodically for a pedicure and they take such good care of you. I highly recommend the volcano pedicure.

Today was my first time. I had a very nice girl I believe her name is Diana. She did a great job and I will return to her the only reason for giving 4 stars is because I paid with a card and they offer no spot for a tip. It should be disclosed (and maybe it is once you get there but I booked online and it was not disclosed) Diana said not to worry about the tip but it was not her fault and no way would I do that to someone in the service industry so I left and got cash.To the owners...I understand why you want cash tips but thats not the reality of the service industry in America in 2018 with tipped employees its not fair to not give them the opportunity to have a tip by someone paying by card unless they have cash.If thats the way you want your system to work then please disclose it so when new customers enter your business they are aware and can make that choice to go somewhere else if need be

I love coming here to get my nails done. Diana is the best nail tech Ive ever had, shes fast, creative and has a friendly attitude! I always leave feeling highly satisfied. Happy customer!

Very cute salon but i went to get a gel manicure and my nail tech cut my cuticle until it bled on 3 fingers, and my gel polish came out very uneven... still giving it 3 stars because the staff was nice and obviously i only got work done by one nail tech which does not speak for all the workers. in my opinion i should have gotten a price reduction for causing me to bleed on three separate nail beds, but i suppose i could have just left and not continued to get the rest of the manicure

My daughter and her friend both got pedicures here recently, and both had a poor experience. The technicians were very rough, aggressive scrubbing, ripping hang nails, to the point my daughter was bleeding and both of her big toes hurt and look infected. Both girls were pulling their feet away and gave feedback during the pedicure that the process was hurting, but the technicians continued to be rough.

This place does the best pedicures! I drive over 45 minutes to get a pedicure because they do the best job!! So impressed!!

Ann did a perfect job with my nails! Super friendly. I came in for a gel soak off and manicure. She really took her time and did an immaculate job for a fresh set of natural nails with neutral Bubble bath OPI. I definitely recommend!

Helen is the only person who knows what shes doing. I was just there for 3 hours to get a solar set because the first person did not listen when I said multiple times I wanted them short. After missing my friends bridal shower for being there so long, I complained when they wanted to charge full price. The only concession I got was $5 off and MAJOR ATTITUDE from the son working the front counter. I will never return.

Maybe it was just this one person because my friends nails looked great! First, I asked the lady if I could do pointy nails, instead she does square.. when she was filing my acrylics down, she cut part of one off and just filed it down to make it look ok, which it didnt. After, she got up and just left for 10 minutes to help another customer!! I was very frustrated!! There were other people sitting around, doing nothing. I will never be back so I dont have to see this lady again.

Lengthy, but please read!!!I came here once and the woman who did my nails did a terrific job. This last time I had Keith. It took an hour and a half to do a solar nail w/ gel color. However, I left happy with my service and figured NBD. The next day (Tuesday) one of my nails started peeling. I called to see if I could come in the next day and they told me No, bc Keith is off that day. I simply said, And no one else knows how to repolish a gel nail in the whole salon? They allowed me to come in the next day and a different gentleman fixed my nail. I said, Hopefully its not going to happen to any other nails? They assured me it would not. Wouldnt you know, By Friday my entire thumb nail, like the nail that I had to get fixed, peeled off entirely. On the other hand a huge chip in my pointer finger came off. Needless to say, I am very irritated at this point. It is over a 20 minute drive for me to come here, so this was extremely inconvenient. I called and told them I would come in tomorrow and that I didnt want this polish and I just wanted something else since it wouldnt stay on. They said it was fine. Once there, a younger woman told me they would have to charge me if I chose another color. However, it would be no charge if they redid all nails with the same color. (Which is the most ridiculous rule I have ever heard.) I said, I dont know if it was Keith or the polish, but something isnt working. The woman stated that she had the same polish on before and it didnt do that in her and assured me it wasnt the service provided by Keith. Seeing as I had to drive back to this establishment 3x in 5 days to get my nails fixed, I did not want to spend MORE money to get a different color. I said, Is this going to chip/peel off off again? They all assured me it wouldnt. Guess what? 8 hours later my thumb nail is half chipped. I DO NOT pick at my nails and am very gentle on them. I am so disappointed in their service and customer service. Also, I had my 4 yr old daughter with me and the younger woman who told me the color of polish policy called a coworker an ass and said she couldnt believe he didnt know what a BJ was and had to explain it to him several times last night. Nice language to use in front of my toddler! She also told the woman she was servicing that she was going to have to stop and polish my nails after the other worker took off my polish. I dont blame the woman at all when she said, Im in a hurry and this is my service time. Good for her for standing up for herself. (Mind you, 4 other workers were sitting in the pedi chairs on their cell phones!) What a horrible experience and customer service. Also, you cannot leave a tip on your debit/credit cards. I had to write 2 separate checks to accommodate tips (the first day I went for a mani/pedi by two different workers.) Naturally, they cashed them knowing about the horrible and inconvenient service I received. How unacceptable and rude their customer service is. I hope this is an eye opener for their business. Shame on them.

The white tips to my acrylics werent glued on. There was a gap between my real nail and the artificial causing gunk to get in between and potential fungus. I had to remove the set shortly after having them done.
