THIS NAIL SALON DISRESPECTS BLACK WOMEN. Tammy is the nail nail artist/eyebrow waxing person, and seems to be the owner. She is rude and disrespectful. I showed a picture of the design I wanted, and she said okay I can do. Unfortunately, she could not do it or execute it correctly, and I asked if we could remove and just paint the color. She told me I was too particular, and because she already done the work, she was charging me for what she had already done plus the gel color I opted for since she couldn’t execute the design. I told her that it was not about the money, but the principle. She unfortunately could not execute the design so why would I have to pay? She proceed that I needed to pay at least half for the work, and I said okay, but told me I needed to pay now before continuing, when usually they have you pay after the service. I paid and tipped to show them that it wasn’t about the money but the principle. She then started to paint my nails. The entire time she painted my nails the newly requested solid color, she asked me my name and told me she would not do my nails again. She continued to disrespect me and say, I remember you, and you are particular. She said don’t talk to me, and when I said I have never been so disrespected like this, the man that runs the front desk told me to hush. When she was finished, she told me, you can get up now! There were two women who rallied behind me and advised that they were wrong, and that I kept my composure, and deserved an apology. The Asian man said he would not apologize and Tammy continued to be rude. 3 people left without being serviced to show support. We will not be returning, and will continue to advocate for respect in our neighborhoods.

Nail tech was EXTREMELY RUDE. Worst experience at a salon. Will not return. Waste of time and money. Go to the salon across the street. You will have a much better experience. I only went to CK Nails because the other salon was booked.

I have had pedicures at salons all over Northwest Columbus. Trang gives the best leg and foot massage of all of them- by far!

Horrible nails are crooked and they are already lifting less than a week old I Do not recommend rude people waste of my time and money I also had the guy both women were doing they own nails and no conversation with me just completely rude and not good quality or service.

Had gel polish put on 3 times in a month & a half because it kept chipping off. The second time was free of charge.The third time was half price. Owners seem nice and willing to take care of any problems.

Do not go there . It’s a total waste of time . The male tech is very rude and unprofessional . He cut my nails on the side and now it’s swollen. He didn’t clip my nails even though I asked him to do so. Uneven nails and was it willing to fix it . On my pedicure The lady didn’t clean the polish around my toes. They were in hurry and had no customers . Just horrible .

Fantastic nail salon! We made an appointment for myself and 3 other people I came with. We got there and they were ready for all of us. They were also very flexible for one of us to switch what thing we wanted done last minute when we arrived. I was so pleased with the overall experience and here are the reasons why-1. They dressed so nice. Rompers, dresses, nice shirts, etc.2. They were all kind and personable.3. They kept asking me if my water was a good temperature, which I appreciated because sometimes at other places it has been almost scalding.4. The actual paint of the nails was fantastic.5. It was clean! I love walking into a place of service, whether its a restaurant or nail salon or whatever- and it is clean.6. Overall they were very professional.7. I appreciated that they adapted the language they used in front of the customer according to the customer base (English, Vietnamese, etc.)8. They were so professional.9. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME. THANK YOU! Honestly I would come back to this place for all of these reasons, but this was the thing I appreciated the most! I have only gotten my nails done a handful of times, but this salon did such a fantastic job of really taking their time. I didnt feel like they were rushing, which made me enjoy the experience so much more. I also could visibly see how their time was showing in the quality of service.I dont live in the area, but if I did, I would come here every time!

Put a covid update on you website so people dont waste their time!

This place is wonderful! The owner is so nice and I never have to wait. My dip nails always last 3 weeks. Happy customer!!!!

EXCEPTIONAL in every way. The salon has recently been beautifully refashioned. My tech is Lin, she is timely with my appointments which is very important. Everyone is kindly greeted and the regulars are recognized and called by their name. Wow, thats personal service. Superb nail services really 5 star! ! This location is in Pickerington on Rt. 256

My family and I have been going to CK Nails for 14 years and would never even consider going anywhere else. They have the friendliest staff and always do an incredible job. They are incredibly accommodating and have lots of options. This is the best place to get your nails done in Columbus.

Terrible experience! Waited over25 minutes for a dip manicure, then had to point out mistakes to the girl doing my nails 4 times. They came out looking awful. I get dip manicures every 3 weeks so I know what a good manicure should look like! Would NOT recommend and definitely will not be going back!

I have been going here for years and LOVE it! The staff is so personable and make it a point to get to know you. They always do a great job on my nails and eyebrows! The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality. I wont go anywhere else, I live an hour away and have stayed loyal to this salon.

Started getting my nails done again about 2 months ago, came here because a friend of mine at work had gorgeous nails and told me she always gets them done at CK Nails!!! Definitely don’t want to go anywhere else :) Lots of Roosters girls come here and we have to have strong durable nails for our work- constantly tapping computer screens and washing our hands. Always so happy with them and the employees are very nice and love to chat every time! Did I mention the price?! 😍😉

This is the ONLY nail salon I will visit anymore. I have been coming here since I was in high school (I am now 31). The staff is always friendly and talkative BUT always make an effort to engage the customers in conversation and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I dont know how anyone could possibly have had a negative experience here, but if youre one of those people who was not satisfied, I strongly urge you to go back and give them another chance! Everyone has off days, but ive yet to experience one at CK nails. I LOVE THEM!!

Went here for the first time today with my mom for an early Christmas gift- mani pedis for us both. The salon is beautiful and clean, and has a more intimate feel because it is not overly huge. Christina was absolutely amazing! She was so nice and explained a lot of what she was doing (since I’m obnoxiously curious) and my nails have never looked better. I got a gorgeous color and the coffin shape I’ve been dreaming of for so long!! She was very professional but still made me feel comfortable. Cannot beat price for the quality! I plan to come here in the future anytime I need a little pampering and good conversation.

Needs to advertise online if closed on memorial day. Said open and I drove to find sign on door announcing holiday closure.

Everytime Ive been to this shop I have a issue. First time they couldnt do what I wanted to have done probably the tech said. TODAY the gentleman old with gray hair refused to do my natural nail over lay because he said I would get fungus from their shop so he could refuse me...thanks for the warning!!!! And I just happened to be African American.
