Been going here for over 10 years and I love this salon! All techs are great and respectful! Never had any issues with my nails or feet. Prices are very fair for the quality of the job!

I’m so happy I took a chance and tried 5 Star Nails. After a couple of sad and disappointing visits at other salons I was skeptical but they definitely left a wonderful impression on me. Thanks again!!!

Both times I went it was quick and I was very happy with the results. It’s not as expensive as everyone says it is. I will definitely be continuing going to see them to have my nails done! Thank you guys for making it a nice experience each time!

Customer service was great, very friendly staff. The lady that did my nails did a great job, she took her time. Unfortunately won’t be going back, their acrylic is trash. One of my nails broke after a couple days & I don’t see the others staying on much longer either.

Ive been here an hour to get my nails polished. Ive been next the entire time. It is 4 customers and 4 employees. When the first employee finish he grabs his coat and leaves.

The wait was an hour long but they paid close attention to details and my nails turned out good. With in like 3 days a couple of my acrylics nails popped off easily. I took them all off by the end of the week because i wasn’t happy. My mom got a pedicure and she was also pleased with the result. All of the nail techs seemed to be good.

The customer service and experience at this place is the biggest joke for a “nail shop” I’ve ever seen. They wonder why they are losing all business to independent nail artist well there is no big guess there. I waited for over a hour to get a pedicure as I watched 3 ppl come in and jump over me because they had appointments and not with one particular stylist but with anyone. So while 6 people waited to be serviced ppl continued to come in and jump the line. I will never visit this nail shop and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody!

Ive been going here for 2 years. Love the service when your a regular you can call and make appointments for service. Khan is great. Best customer service I have received. Keep up the good work theyll always have my business. I have recommended several people here.

If i could give a -0 start i would. Worst 1st experience ever. After paying 45 and to get the dip powder on my nails the next day my nails began to chip so i go to get the nails fixed. 2 days later the others began to chip. I told them I did not want my nails cut so she just filed them down to match 1 nail which i did not want and she filed them to short so now one hands longer than the other. I wish i wouldve read the reviews 1st. I have never been so upset about my nails.This place is pure trash!!! Ive never had this problem and I only went to 5 star because it was closer and a friend went there. Ill just keep traveling to where I usually go Ill never give them my business or refer anyone there ever!!!!! Be ware!!!!!

Im an impulsive person.i wanted my nails done today.i made an appointment.very friendly.took me immediately.had a full set and polished in an hour.firsttime having gel polish.. love it..the length was a little longer than I wanted.but that was my fault.i will get them cut down on my next appointment.there were no designs, that is flash from the camera

They just treat you the same way you treat them. So if you come in with a nasty attitude then thats what you get back. But if you actually have some manners, then they are real cool people.

Been going for years, watched one of their kids growing up and got to see her recently. I can usually get in and out, even with three services. Kind and courteous to those who treat them the same!

I have been coming to this nail shop for years!! I ABSOLUTELY love this place. My nails (solar gel) and pedicure are always done correctly the only complaint Ive ever had is with the new high volume of customers the wait time can be very very long.

The service is horrible. I was told the wait time was 1 hour. After waiting for over a hour, one of the tech had to take a lunch. If they see people dont mind waiting someone could at least apologize for the wait time because they will never give a discount. I decided to go ahead and leave because why should I wait past the time and still have to pay full price.

Some of the worse service ever! I got pink and white solar on my nails and toes and both came out uneven the acrylic is very very thick the guy seemed to have a attitude that I wanted so much done but youd think thats good business for him, guess not. They are rude as hell they do a rush job and I will never go back. I went to Sunnys on Hamilton next to giant eagle. Hosea the nail tech did my balance and evened and smoothed out my nails they are beautiful now that he fixed the mess the FIVE STAR NAILS created!

Yeah just don’t. There is no level of customer service. Pricing for the work I received. NO. I have some nails where the polish doesn’t even go all of the way to the base of the nail. There was no clean up. Acted as if my length was an issue. Charged me for a balance What at my normal shop I pay for a new set. Because of “my length”. No information on the air even after I asked. If you want to feel like a burden to a business that thrives on you. Then go ahead. I will never return or advise anyone to get any service here

Tran does my nails and had grown my nails so much I love them I feel like family when I’m there. My daughter gets her natural nails done by Minh and he treats her amazing.

We wont return. Because they were busy they told my 9 year old daughter they couldnt do the design on her nails the way she wanted. It was very basic. She cried walking out.

I went to this place, despite my better judgment. There is this horrendous nail tech there that is stationed by the waiting Area near the window. He was so rude and disgusting till I cant believe he has a job. Now Im not always able to get to the nail salon exactly when I need a balance because Im working constantly. So sometimes I do apply my nail polish to cover where I need a balance until I can get to the salon.When I sat down he said to me what did you do paint your knuckles and he was extremely loud as if he was trying to gather an audience. I said you dont have to even comment like that and I reminded him that he made the mistake of saying that to me before and I didnt like it. This man said I cant help but to comment I just cant I just have to say something. I said no you dont, you dont even have to do all that.This guy goes on to argue with and says no I wont stop saying something, no Im not because I hate when people do this. I told him sure you can its a something called self control. Then he proceeded to tell me that I shouldnt get mad because he talks about everybody Im thinking no professional would do that! So he kept trying to pick with me by complaining that the polish gets grinded in the acrylic when I paint over it like that. I said oh well, you will be alright. At this point I was thinking...if you cant figure out how to take polish off someones finger nails without having an attitude because the nails were simply painted over, you need a new profession!I just let him have his attitude because I knew I was not coming back to this location and i refused to lower myself to this unprofessional individual. I left that place smiling and he was walking around mad telling his boss he wanted to go home. Its simple, shut your mouth and there wont be any problems. But I had to let him know that he was being disrespectful and that he was not going to speak to me that way. I am a paying customer, I deserve respect.

Paid $70 for a balance and pedicure. My gel polish started peeling the next day. My nails are all different shapes. The person that did my feet had no clue how to do design but did this horrible scribble on my feet and took my money anyway. These people are playing a very dangerous game. I would not recommend this shop even on a desperate day

This is the only place I have got solar nails. They do a fantastic job. They do talk to each other in their native language, but I dont mind. Its hard to understand them when they talk to you anyway. LOL Their accents are very hard to understand...maybe its just me. So I prefer if they talk among themselves and normally I just watch TV. I have never had anyone do a bad job here.

I have gone a few times and every time I tell them what I want and even show a picture of my idea. It never turns out that way, this last time the quality was so poor I went home and repolished them myself and in a weeks time 3 of them have broken because of how thin they are. I have never been one to leave a bad review but Ive had the worst experiences. I will never go back!!!

I went into this nail salon for the first time today. I got a pedicure and a full set of nails done. As a whole I would say that it was a good experience. The wait was a little long which for a Tuesday afternoon was a bit strange. I think they might need to add a little more staff. The Price was okay. I paid $60 for both after tax and tip which is not bad. The people who did my nails where nice. They check to make sure you are okay and for the most part have friendly conversation with you. The downside for me was my nails. The paint job on the nails was sloppy. I had to come home and clean a good amount of polish off of the side of hands. Also there where several flaws in my nails when I got home and did a better check on them. However as a whole they where friendly, clean and did a good job on my nails. I just would not say that they did a great job either. I would recommend this place if you dont mind being there a while and also may a couple of mistakes here and there. Not bad however all things considered.

Horrible dirty salon with POOR customer service! Gel polish chipped after 3 days! They would only fix it by polishing over the chipped nails, which made it worse! Worse 35 dollars Ive EVER spent. Save you money and go elsewhere. I wish I listened!!!

Gel polish here is very cheap. Always rushing when doing your nails ! The boss always running his mouth and very unprofessional!

I will never go there again! They are only in it for your money, they over charge and they dont care about you as a person... Dont step foot in there door for you will be very displeased!! This unprofessional place has no customer service skills at all!!! The men are also very rude and careless.
