Let me start off by saying the customer service is fantastic. I love the atmosphere provided by this location. The workers are always super sweet. However the quality is just not there. I got a gel manicure and pedicure a week ago. I had to go back the day after I got it to ask for my manicure to be cleaned up. There was paint on my actual skin, my nail lengths were crooked, and the paint was just unevenly coated all over my nails. When I got there the next day, they were more than willing to give me another manicure for free. The same technician redid my nails and was super sweet. However somehow my nails look even worse. The paint is even more unevenly coated especially around the sides of my nails, there are dark spots and it just looks nasty. Multiple of my nails have already chipped even though I have gel polish that supposed to be lasting and durable. I really wish that the quality was better, because I really do love the atmosphere and technicians that work here

Marjorie took time and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. It wasnt rushed and I was able to actually relax. The salon was clean and spacious. I will definitely be going back in the near future!

The older guy rushed my nails and left them wide and didn’t buff them or file them down to make them narrow. My nails look awful, he rushed it because customers coming in and he sat down and play on his phone after he was finished. Another guy fix it after I complain about it. I’ll never go back there, the first time I went there the lady did a awesome job.

Marjorie is Fantastic! Her customer service is above and beyond. She was so friendly. Everything was clean. The environment is quiet and spacious.. I L🖤VED my Volcano pedicure. It was worth every penny. I can hardly wait to come back the!!! 😍🖤🌋

I absolutely love this spa! The cleanest I have ever seen, all tools sanitized, plastic in the tub!! These are steps that they take you help keep your feet healthy . Ask for Troy for the best pedicure of your life!! My Best friend and I both had Manny Petty’s but I had nails put on she just had a regular manicure and oh my goodness I was so relaxed it was wonderful. I felt very safe in there also especially with the pandemic going on they are taking all steps to help keep us safe

Visiting Columbus from Louisiana for a softball tournament and had some time to kill and I must say the service was so good Im sad I dont live here to make them my full time nail salon. Salon was clean and welcoming. Nail techs were friendly and professional. And the work was some of the best Ive had. I would definitely recommend 100%

My mom recommended Nail Service. After going through a hard break up of 8 years and not having my nails done in over 2 years.. I said okay I’m gonna do something for myself today.So.. I came in looking for the owner bc that’s who my mom normally sees— but him and his wife are both off today.Fortunately there was a lady available— her name was Anne. She was so sweet and absolutely willing to work with me in my complicated and in decisive ways. My nails turned out absolutely beautifully. I recommend going to anyone who lives in the Columbus area that needs a fix for their nails or even maybe someone to talk to while they’re doing something for themselves because it’s very easy not to put ourselves first in the world we live in these days. I just want to thank Anne and if anyone goes to Nail Service because of this review please ask for her. Absolutely phenomenal.

I have been going to An for years and she never disappoints! She does amazing work and is willing to try new things. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. They’re quick and you’re never waiting too long to be seen. So glad she moved to this salon!

Teresa is so good! I’m so picky about my nail shapes, I like them narrow, crisp and natural thickness and she always makes them look so clean and amazing!

I came in for a pedicure and fill. The pedi was ok not great and I showed them what I wanted done on my nails and they said they could do it. My nails look nothing like I wanted. They didn’t have the colors but I was told they did. No one could do the design I wanted either! Let’s just say I will no be coming back

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Went last week for acrylic nails and an older guy who did them asked if I wanted gel nails and when I said no he decided he wasnt going to do my nails correctly. He didnt file the sides so they were jagged, he didnt shape them the way I asked, theyre already coming up near the cuticle since he didnt put the acrylic up there enough, and he didnt file them thin enough so its like I have a big bubble on my nails. If you go here, I recommend asking for one of the girls or the younger guy, because the older one is rude and will tell you that you dont know what youre talking about when you say you dont like gel nails. 😊 So in short, I will never be returning.

Crystal is a life saver! Today I went to a place called princess nails to get a full set. (Recommended by my friend) long story short princess nails completely messed up my nails. I walked into nail service at 7:40. They were in the middle of closing up early since it’s Easter weekend. I explained what happened and Crystal immediately got to work on my nails even though she was supposed to be off! She was so understanding and very nice. She made sure that I was happy with my nails before I left l, which I was! I typically don’t do reviews but she deserves the recognition!

Great people to talk to. The lady painted my nails very well, but I do believe the quality of the actual polish is not very good. Within an hour or so my nails were chipping. I was told gel polish last longer, lies. This morning I woke up and the nails are all discolored. I got pink and there’s a weird yellow color. Not satisfied with the nail polish but satisfied with the nail tech.

I had to give them a star in order to leave review. I would not recommend.Im still here after 11/2 hours. Dont waist your time.We sat for 15 minutes before they ever put water in for our pedicures. 30 minutes later they added more hot water. I dont even k ow how long after that before they started the pedicure. She didnt even check for ingrown toenails. I was supposed to do a fill also.I left after the pedicure.

This is the best place to get a mani/pedi done in this area. Really great prices and professional service. Theresa does an awesome job! My daughter and I tried many places before finding Nail Service and they didnt compare. My daughter gets gel manicures and they last a long time (sometimes as long as 3 weeks) because they are done right. I get a regular manicure, which is really inexpensive here but done well!!

This place is a new find for me and it was my first visit. I was treated great and my manicure and pedicure were amazing. Will definitely keep going.

I give one star because this nail salon is poorly managed and operated. The nail techs have almost no experience and it’s a revolving door as to who you see working. I will never be back after it took one tech an hour and a half to do a crappy gel pedicure. She got more polish on my skin than my toe nails, and the UV light wasn’t working properly. It took me telling her that it wasn’t for her to do anything about it—seemed like it was her first time doing a gel pedi. I had planned to do a manicure as well but left after the pedicure due to the time constraints. Lucky me. I am so frustrated with this salon- and will no longer be giving them my business.
