My son paid for me a spa day, loved it

I have been sitting in this establishment for over an hour with out being served. Despite the constant unprofessionalism Ive witnessed thus far I still waited. Two customers have come in without appointment and have been served.The nail tech started eating Doritos and salsa as she put her client under the dryer. I was not told a thing. Then she proceeds to take the next client behind me. I see no further need to patronage this business. It was run much better under the previous management. Indulgence would end the contract Im sure if they were aware of the service, or lack there of that I have experienced today.

Do not go here if youre interested in caring for your natural nails. I paid $37 for a manicure that left my cuticles cut up and sore, gel polish that is now peeling only a week later, and a polish change on my toes. My cuticles are ruined and scabby. I bled twice while she was doing the manicure and I shouldve just called it quits then. I Only went there to try to support a black owned business, but the service is just terrible. Maybe they can slay some acrylics or something but as far as natural nail care -- DO. NOT. GO.

I love the customer service. My nails look great all the time.
