I went to have my nails done on July 31. I went in for a ombre set. My first mistake was when they told me to pick out a color from the wall when ombre is done with dip powder. He took orange color and applied gold glitter polish and spread it on my nails, then looked at me and said ombre yeah.u like? It was so hideous. Even the ladies working there couldnt believe what he had done. So I now have orange polish on my hands that is lumpy, not shaved down correctly, and not shaped correctly. My coffin shaped nails are just long, some long some skinny, some wide lol. I cant make this up. The young lady that did my pedicure is the reason they have 2 stars from me. She even applied designs to try to help salvage what a horrible job my nails looked like. Her designs where cute, but the guy did so horrible my friends told me they look like bad press ons and I didnt even ask for their advice. I wont go again.

Lynn always does a detailed job to give me what I want for shape, color, design etc. I always get so many compliments on my nails!

I came here on a Saturday it was not very busy but I found that that they were not very efficient in their processes (ie start soaking off nails while finishing another service) and the quality of service was also subpar. It may have been the older gentleman that did my nails that was the problem, as the other staff appeared to be very friendly. He relied heavily on filing my existing dip powder nails off as opposed to giving them time to soak off. In performing the service he was very rough. Choosing to thump my fingers after each dip. He also cut me while filing my nails, without apology. I requested the dip powder top coat glaze instead of a gel top coat and was accused of worry about the price of the gel top coat. After much back and forth trying to explain what top coat I wanted, I gave up and accepted the gel top coat. I will not be returning to this location as the shaping and quality of my nails is unsatisfactory.

I got a pedi and full set a few days ago. They did very well. Id recommend.

My mother daughter and I stop by this nail salon on March 28 2021. First time going to this establishment an was pretty excited to go due to very good reports on the salon...well I wasnt even acknowledge or served on. Im aware that was a wait...Understandable. In come a couple that was mention they were regulars who attended the nail salon. Well after a 20 minute wait...before they came in. They were seated and services on before while I waited on my turn patiently. The staff never acknowledge me or informed me on anything. I felt as they money and them being regulars was more important than mines. I mean I was a patient waiting my turn as it should be first come first served basis. It left me feeling a way. With all thats going on in this world....I wasnt expecting that from this nail salon. Smh I hear good things about this place and only to be mistreated..looked over and not acknowledge as a paying customers.Reply Back..... To the Owner: No I recall you telling me that it was going to be a few more minutes. I respectfully replied with with Okay that is fine But you as a owner fail to further detail/ inform me on why it would be a wait. You should have said (Excuse me maam there will be a few more minutes and when my staff is done...we have to clean up and sanitize the area or clean the area as we follow the Covid guideline we will be with you shortly. Again thank you for your patience. We appreciate you.) I didnt get nothing in that nature at all. Thats when you set a tone with me while I was there with my family. I was a first time customer who was very excited to be served on. No where near MAD. Just wanted to point out the obvious and clearly and fairly express my honest review about this nail salon and how I was handle. With alot of things going on in this world I wanted to come and give my blessing to your business and just relax. I felt uncomfortable...I felt my money wasnt good once your regular couple came in after Ive been waiting 25-30mins...which you seated them down within the 3-5mins of them walking in the door. I felt overlooked. I wish you all the best LV Nails & Spa in North Columbus. I pray you dont make anyone feel the same way I did when I came with my family.Bless Be Safe and Blessed.
