My nails turned out nice. The application can be better. A little thick. But the guy who did them was friendly

Went in there to get my eyebrows done and was told the wait would be 30 mins. Got there at 11:54am and at 12:40 my eyebrows still weren’t done. The lady who does them was doing nails and on her phone and everything and honestly I don’t think she cared. The crazy thing is I always tip and I had a fresh 20 in my hand. It’s not a lot but it’s still a tip but she didn’t care so no I won’t ever go back again.

My first time going here about 2 weeks ago . I’m pleased with my toes . I do think they over book themselves . I waited in the chair with my feet in the water for 45 minutes before someone got to me . Once they did they guy really took his time and was so nice and professional. They are pricey tho .

Worst customer service. The lady was nice but probably not licensed. The guy that was fixing my nails said that I complain too much! I said I just want it done right! I left with the ugliest nails ever! It was a simple paint job nothing big! I’m so sad I wasted my money and time! I wish I never went there! I had to give 1 star but they don’t even deserve that 1 star.

The wife who did my nails did a terrible job. She made my nails extremely thick! I have skinny fingers and thick nails doesnt look right, o even expressed my concerns the wife still didn’t do my nails right .! Her husband however can do good nails but regardless they knew I wasn’t happy and still didn’t care. I will be calling tomorrow to get my nails fixed or a refund !

Nice place. But a bit pricey.. starts at $30 but dont expect it. Youll walk out paying at $50 for basic, medium coffin nails... smh

I went here to get my nails done for homecoming and they did my nails so dirty!!! They didn’t ask me what I wanted and my nails didn’t even match my homecoming dress. And it was dirty in there... Made my hands itch.

This is a horrible place to go to . they tried to charge me $60 for nails that wasn’t even right they was short, real short coffins . i never paid that much for short coffin .

Every since my nail tech Tammy left the husband and wife has been very mean to Tammy’s clients matter of fact when I went after I found out she left the wife did my nails and got personal stating she took her clients from her and gave me her new location then messed my nails up and over charged me then told me I Complain too much and am thinking to myself if am paying for them then am going to let you know how I want them not what you think is right...Mann I can go on and on but it really hurt me the way they treated me and I use to be a regular. If you like someone to do what they want to your nails that’s the spot but other then that am cool have a nice one ladies☺️

I am going to be very blunt. I called in to get a quote about the price for my nails. Went in being scared because it is in a sketchy part of columbus. Loved the people. Best nail experience I have ever had. Did my nails the exact way I asked him to do them. I got a full set with gel. I love it. Never complain. Will continue to go here every time. I have done my nails at Modern Nails and other high end places but this place has great prices and they were even better with service to be completely honest. Perfect nail experience and hard working staff. I paid the exact quoted price given over the phone.

My Wife and I secret shop and thumbs down to this establishment. Today my Wife went in to get a polish change on both fingers/toes and was charged $28 for the nails and $28 for the toes. There was no balance. Still with taxes and all she paid a total $57. Scandalous place taking advantage of our community. Maybe we boycott maybe never go there take your money. Its criminal.

Terrible customer service here. The female nail techs will leave you with half finished acrylic nails if you take too long to pick a nail polish color or to pick a shape that you want them to file acrylic nails down to. They will have you pay for the full service halfway through doing your nails even after you tip your tech and then tell you to leave because you take too long to make up your mind. So be warned and make sure not to pay until they are all the way finished or else youll leave with poorly half finished acrylic globs on your nails and If you ask for a manager or an owner they will tell you hes a very busy man with many businesses and that he doesnt visit the salon/spa because of how busy he is. They will say hes the only one that can refund people their money but according to the workers at ATL FANCY NAILS & SPA LLC the owner doesnt visit the facility due to being so busy with his other businesses therefore you can forget about getting back ANY type of money. They will perform your paid services as fast as possible and if you dont like the work or take too long to make up your mind then they will kick you out with no refund, crazy half finished nails, and tell you theres no way to talk to anyone in charge about your services or situation. Its very risky considering personally seeing the unsanitary processes and procedures they use here. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and Im actually shocked theyre still in operation due to all of the things Ive seen here and how many people have actually had an issue with this place but had nobody to turn to about it.- Former regular

I went to this company for my pedicure the first time and I had the best service so I decided to return for my manicure w/gel polish. Literally six days later my polish started to peel off. I then returned to speak with someone about refunding money because I didn’t have time to get them fixed. The owner, I’m assuming, told me no refund and pointed to the sign in sheet. I told him that the info he pointed to wasn’t legible. I explained to him that it wasn’t the first time I’ve been there. I also told him that I have tipped over 25 dollars for service not including the service amount. I asked for at least half of my money back and he denied. I feel I got ripped off. If their employers have knowledge and experience or doing nails I should have never received service like such. I want my money back and to let others know about the situation to avoid what I have gone through.

Tommy is rude and has no concept of customer service... everytime I go in the price has changed. Ive stopped going there because of him before, (but my daughter convince me to go back for convenience its close to my house.)I just got my nails done last week 28.00 for a balance, today he wanted to charge me 18.00 for repair and polish (regular) change today. they are never on time and there is always something wrong last week I waited 3 hours. He never goes above and beyond for his customers. They almost ruined my vacation in 2017 this is why I stopped going the first time and now Ill never go back again. Ill drive the distance the quality service.

Ty is my fav nail tech by far, he always makes sure Im comfortable and love my nails. No matter how hard I make it on him. Ty takes his time and does your nails right the first, love love love my nails by TY.

I literally pay $78 to get powder on my nails that will start lifting up within a week I went back to the store and let this man know that all my nails are lifting up he is going to tell me that is perfectly normal for my nails the lift up after a week I’ve never in my years of getting my nails done have my nails lift up especially after a week that doesn’t make any sense this is the worst place I’ve ever been to and I would never come back to this place.

After going to MANY different nail salons and receiving very substandard (nails too thick) services as well as poor attitudes from nail tech when you comment on the size/shape of your nails, to being told to come back tomorrow we too busy to do you nails I was and still am so happy to try ATL Fancy nails&spa. My nails now look very natural and I always get tons of where did you get your nails done as well as are those your real nails.The Nail Techs really listen to what you want and they are friendly. This is a top notice salon. Give them a try, I did and you better believe I am a customer for life!!!!!!!

I used to get my nails done here years ago, before they moved from the other plaza. Tommy was the absolute BEST nail tech. I moved out of town, and after recently moving back, I decided to give them another go. Not waiting for Leena or Tommy proved to be a big mistake.He wasnt there, and wouldnt be in until late that afternoon, so I had to bite the bullet and have someone else do my nails. Honestly, I feel like a student fresh out of nail school did them.I like my nails short and round, and the guy who worked on me left them long, telling me that it wouldnt look right if he did them short. Never mind that Ive been wearing my nails that way FOREVER. That to me was code for, I dont know how to do them like that.All of my nails are not shaped the same. Some of them are round, some are more of an almond and one is shaped in some weird way.My nails are super thick and they hurt whenever I bump into anything. My polish is thin and bumpy. It looks like I had my 9 year old niece polish my hands.I still love Tommy and Leena. Ive seen the work they do on my cousins nails, and theyve still got it, but I think Ill stick to the new place Ive been going to.

Got a spa pedicure that was amazing! Didnt rush and made me and my newborn feel very welcome! Toes look great and the massage was fantastic! Definetly coming back in the future. 😊

Im disappointed. I didnt feel listened to. He was talking about me (Im sure but you never know who theyre laughing at) and then I tipped him WELL since Im in the service industry I always overtip and he didnt even say thank you. I got charged the price I get at nice salons on campus after he told me hed take $10-13 off because he wasnt doing a manicure. Totally fine, but dont be rude when I still try give you credit in your careless work. I want him to know how he made me feel. NOT good. And I cant remember a time when Ive ever reviewed ANY place this low. In the end they didnt look totally poor (thanks to my own filing skills) but Id rather go somewhere where they appreciate my business.

I went to this nail salon for the first time today. The staff was friendly at first but there were only were only them. A third came in and apologized in advance because she had been to the dentist and had gauze in her mouth because of extractions. No problem there. I asked for gel polish and she began to paint my nails. The quality of the polish looked unprofessional and embarrassing. There was polish on and around my cuticle and the polish was uneven. I made mention of it midway, but it got worse. When she asked for the money I complained again about the quality of the job. The manager proceeded to take off my polish with her drill and complained. That I had waisted their time and resources. No apology for the terrible job that had been done, no acknowledgment that their employee may have been under the influence of a drug from the doctor, just a quick go somewhere else.The young lady didnt apologize for her sub par work either and looked at me blankly as I left the building and said Im sorry for both of us, I must have caught you in the wrong day.I found out that she is a med student and a first year nail tech. Why is this relevant. Needless to say that our monies are just a means to her dream and she could care less about the quality she presents. We should no longer invest our hard earned monies to pay for the education and affluent lifestyles of many Asian American nail techs who care less about us if we complain and only want your money, not your business. If you think this is an isolated incident, why dont you complain and see what happens.# stopsupportingthem #spendyourcashwithcare

I was told good things about this place. I go in looks OK, the wait wasnt very long, so started ok. But the guy cut me 4 times and didnt care. He did not completely remove my old polish that was black knowing I wanted all white polish. BTW I got a full set. The worst part aside from the ugly cuts on my fingers and left over black polish was that the nails are not even smooth. So Ill never return and I went to another shop to fix the mess he made. I hope no one else has to waste their money due to this nail tech. 😠

I had a a horrible experience for my first time. The man i had was terrible. He had an attitude while doing my nails. He did not use the color i wanted. He double charged me and lied about it. He was very unprofessional. Mu business will NEVER BE THERE AGAIN!!!!

I don’t recommend every going here. They do a poor job at doing acrylics and have very poor customer service also their prices are too high. This nail salon in general is horrible. Every time I look or even think about my nails it makes me want to cry because they’re so poorly done. This nail shop will never get my coins again.

Hahaha who gave this 5 stars?! I came here multiple times out of convenience and they are a cheaper establishment then where I usually go. Id rather pay more for great customer service at Easter Nails then this place. When Tommy isnt here it is poorly ran. The techs treat you like you are a burden to them. I went in today and wasnt greeted so they had no idea I needed my old set taken off. I sat for 20 minutes before informing them then the lady who set me up didnt even speak or file my polish off. I sat for mayber 5 seconds and left. Im not paying those horrible people to do anything else for me. Last experience was the same. So was the experiences before.

I went in today to have my old gel polish removed and new polish applied. My old polish ( done at another salon 3 weeks ago) looked good still with no chips, however i wanted a different color. My nails look sloppy and the polish is on my cuticles. I told the trch who told me that all gel polish runs and he would fix it. He fixed it by filing the polish off my skin and it is still around my cuticle. I am not satisfied and will go elsewhere next time.

Went to ATL Nails & Spa for the 2nd time. This time i got a pedicure with some leg service (?) added on to it. The person giving me a pedi was a vietnamese lady. I feel that she was very thorough & rough because she had to get the dead skin off. Had me squirming every now & then when she was scrubbing the old skin off. But everything went fine!

Grew up around the area. 2012 they did my nails VERY uneven & said it was bc of my finger? Ive never had a problem with my fingers being crooked, nor have I been told this by any salon, but I let it go. 2014 they made them TOO long, & again they werent even. Shape & sizes were different. Today 3/13/18 around 2:30pm I give them another try. I go in just wanting a full set of gel acrylics. It looked busy, as I went to leave 1 of the ladies waved me over annoyed (maybe 3rd chair down left side) I apologized for being indecisive & not knowing what color I wanted immediately. Seemed she didnt want to do my nails in the first place. I tried to be understanding & put myself in her shoes. She kept being rude to me in how she spoke. I wanted slightly rounded. She did them square. I asked her kindly to fix them & she filed them for literally 2 seconds & said wash your hands. Without asking if they were better. I had no idea where the sink was. She YELLED and kept pointing across the room. Not only was that unprofessional, but she made me feel stupid in front of every1 there. After washing I explain they were still uneven, she said You are being too picky & you have to pay now before I paint Mind you I wanted GEL paying was not an issue, so I happily walked to the counter. I paid so I figured shed fix the issuess & wed just continue. I tipped her $10 obviously thinking shed fix them & paint them with the GEL I picked out. While paying I asked can you shape them a little more evenly? Im not meaning to be extra but Im paying for this so I just want them done nicely. Her response was No! I will not do anymore service for you, you are too picky! I said, That means I get no color, & I dont get my nails shaped or finished? She yelled You pick REGULAR polish & I paint, nothing else! Since she was yelling I yelled back I came here for gel, my nails are uneven, too thick, & now you are saying to leave, & you will do no more service after I paid AND tipped you!? She walked away. I looked at the techs & said Im supposed to leave like this (held up my nails to everyone) She came back & yelled take your tip I dont want it! & had me scratch it off. I asked her who the manager was, she said hes not here until 4:30. I asked her name she said, No! I not give you my name I not give you nothing! I went across to LA. Explained & showed the man my nails (sits in the first seat by sign in) he gave me a discount & explained how bad my nails actually were. The shape, thickness, & that if she put gel they would have been very thick & uncomfortable. He fixed them. I tipped him $20 for fixing someones elses mistake at ATL. Went back to talk with manager & he couldnt of cared less. I asked for a refund of at least half of what I paid for unfinished horrible nails & service, which was $32 & some change. He said I cant refund money, I have to talk to the owner about that I asked for the owners name & # he said I cant just give you his # I said Then when will he be in so I can speak to him? He said Idk he usually dont come in, he owns a lot of businesses. Needless to say ATL screw people over, & their employees are probably not licensed, they cant evenly file a nail to save their life & if the owner doesnt visit his business what does that tell you? I Should have listened to my cousin when she told me she got an infection in her nail from ATL. Our GRANDMOTHER refused to take us here when we were teenagers. She wouldnt say why, but she had no problem taking us elsewhere. There are more respectful & sanitary places, dont put yourself at risk of losing money like I did, getting treated badly, or getting an infection. They are known for cutting peoples cuticles with dirty equipment & doing nothing. Any mistakes made here are blamed on customers & they will talk badly about you to each other. Save yourself the trouble and go where people are trustworthy, clean, and RESPECTFUL! I will never go back & may even take it a step further to BBB.Shame on you ATL nails and spa!

Staff is rude, blamed my sister for flinching when the lady was stripping her nails. Three other customers complained about wait times despite the salon being near empty. Boss man was on his cell phone the whole time, didnt once acknowledge customers or his staff. The lady doing my sisters nails got up in the middle of the acrylics to finish someone elses nails because HER nail artist kept screwing it up I guess. And youd think the lady would just come & finish my sisters nails since her original artist dipped out mid-session, nope. She stood there while my sister waited, after we had been waiting for 45 minutes to even get started. My artist was polite and funny, and did my nails a little below average what Id expect (some nails uneven, she didnt push my cuticles back) On top of it all the entire salon was unorganized and dirty. Its 25 dollar nails for a reason, just spend the extra money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers experience.
