I would NEVER go back here! The guy who did my nails scammed me! He asked me how much the other salon cost when I got my acrylics. My original price was $40.00 for a balance and a gel polish then he had to put two more coats on and after that he said he had to charge me 10 extra dollars. I had no other option. He then kept asking me personal questions Made me extremely uncomfortable 😡🤬

They are so wonderful! Super kind and my pedicure looks fantastic! I had an appointment and they were running slightly behind so they called ahead to tell me what time to arrive so I didn’t have to wait. Professional, clean and great!

Every once in a while I think all the nail salons are the same and I go someplace other than Happy Nails and Im reminded how wrong I am. Happy Nails techs are true professionals, you get great results - but that can be said for many places. What makes Happy Nails great is their customer service. So friendly, funny, personable. Lovely people that make you feel at home.

This was difficult for me to do but I felt like it’s important that I leave a review. The first time I went in I had a pedicure done and was exceptionally happy with it! I wanted a manicure the same day but they were short staffed during the week (totally normal) and it was probably unusually busy.I decided to go back and get my nails done. I called and asked if I could get squeezed in because I was about to leave town, and the lady told me if I could be there in a few minutes, she’d see me! I went and was greeted by her, no wait. Then she started on my nails with the dip gel...and that’s when I got a little confused. She had a difficult time working with my nails, and 2 hours and one redo later, they looked rough. We both knew it and unfortunately she still charged me 50 dollars...I wish I hadn’t had to spend my months worth of fun money like this.Just be aware and make sure to tell them when you really don’t like something. I would have if I knew there was time for them to fix it.

Such a nice staff. Clean facility. Took my 5 year old niece for her first mani/pedicure. They were so patient and kind. We are visiting from out of town, but if we ever have another girls day, we will absolutely be back!

This is my favorite and only place I go. Its EXTREMELY CLEAN, everything is freshly opened in front of you and the service is on point. Tee did my feet and I had an great experience with him. No way would I ever go anywhere else. You get a VIP experience for a great price! Thank you happy nails! I am really happy

It has been years since I have been in to Happy Nail. I scheduled a 10 am gel pedicure. They had plenty of staff, the decor is calming and well done. Nee was me technician, and she let me relax and enjoy. She did an amazing job and gave me the pedicure of a lifetime. I will be back after my baby arrives, and be asking for Nee!

This salon is amazing. Hellen did an amazing job on my dip manicure. It is the best manicure I’ve ever had. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and is in a great and safe location. I’m now a regular! Absolutely love it and I recommend it to all of my friends.

I live in Cleveland and get my nails done here since Im in Columbus a couple times a month. Ill wait until Im here because they do such a great job and last so long.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The atmosphere is nice and everything is very clean. I do gel manicure and typically it lasts 18 to 21 days. They have always made time for my services even when I scheduled last minute after 5p for my daughter and myself for Mani/pedi. The prices are extremely reasonable.

They have walk ins welcomed on there door but when I walked in a man working there told me they dont so walk ins. A co- worker of mine hair her nails done there and she was a walk in. So Im not understanding how this salon work. I really started to think that it was because I was African American because Im not the first to complain. My co worker is caucasian

Id been there twice a couple years ago. I was pleased with the results, but I tried to go today and the man who works there was rude and dismissive. He asked what I wanted and I told him and he goes I dont have time. very abruptly. I was a little taken aback. Luckily CK nails was across the street and they were very welcoming...even though theyre busier than happy nails was.

I have been going here for over a year now and I love it! The husband and wife are sweet, funny, and enjoyable! I have tried other places that are close to me, but they do not compare to happy nails!!

I didnt even use them. I called to verify the price(states 33, for mani/pedi, on this site )and when i called they said 50. Plus another 20 for gel. My only problem is the false advertising.

They always get me in when I need it.
