My experience here was awful from the start. I was cut every time she picked up the drill, literally. They’re sloppy, bumpy, AND lumpy. On my right thumb you can actually see the tip showing through the powder. The nails dip where the tip is applied. The work they did was just not worth $60. Then they try to add stuff without telling you it’s an extra fee. I’d strongly suggest getting dip somewhere else because this place looks like breeding grounds for infections. The tech was aware she cut me, she saw the blood on my finger then proceeded to dip my finger in the powder instead of using a separate bowl to dip with. Thank God I don’t have any infectious diseases but I can’t speak for everyone.

Ive been a patron for over 10 yrs. This family owned and operated salon is definitely my go to for quality services. Everyone knows Charlie in the industry, and my tech Thuy is phenomenal. Kudos to Bexley Nails!!! Great staff!!!

I got a simple manicure here and the lady did a great job! She actually got all the dead skin and cuticles out fully before applying the polish. Most salons rush that part, so I was pleased. I’m also happy with the paint job. I got my lashes done by Charlie for the Volume set, i love them! Check out her facebook page for photos. I will definitely be back!They were following COVID-19 restrictions, as well.

Jessica is the 💣 over there. Super friendly always on point. I love the family environment. Only bad thing is parking! Other then that 5 ⭐ quality for sure

Over priced, facility is dirty, staff was friendly, my nails are different sizes, they’re lumpy where the extension meets my natural nail which they charged me $20 for (shape, and length), I asked for a pointed nail which was the shape I had when I came in, instead I got some rounded sword shape.. I could make a few other things too but I won’t be back here. $80 for a full set of sip powder not including tip is crazy!!!

I was very pleased with Charlie and her student. I had my brows microbladed as a model for one of her students. And although I waited for quite a long time for my turn I was more than happy with the results. Charlie was a good teacher, clean and professional.

This Is My ONE & ONLY nail salon i will go to! The only person i let do my nails in the male nail tech he does an amazing job, if you break a nail or anything he makes sure they match the others. I really recommend this place !

Went here to surprise my mother for her birthday with my best friend. We were 30 minutes late due to our ride having something to do before they could pick us up. When we got there they were nice about it and checked us in. But once we sat down in the chairs the massage chair didn’t work and the chair was up all the way so we couldn’t relax in the chair. I think the electric may have been down because they had to manually fill up the tubs for our feet because the automatic hose didn’t work either. While getting our feet done all three ladies who were doing our toes went in different steps for our feet. I also did not receive the step where you take off the dead skin from the bottom of your foot. The pedicure for me seemed like it went fast considering I finished 30 mins before my friend and mom. These pedicures cost $40 each since they raised the price up which I was unaware of and honestly I was not satisfied. We were there for an hour and a half and we were the only ones in there until we left .

This was my first ever manicure so I was pretty nervous. Once I was there it was very relaxing and the staff treated me like family. The massage chair was a complete delight. I have looked at a lot of other places and reviews but this place is absolutely the best. I highly recommend it.

Beware getting dip nails here! I should have read the other reviews first. They pop off like press on nails. I had one pop off after 1 day. They fixed it and were nice but 2 days later 3 others popped off. They are very nice but must use inferior products for dip.

Ive been here multipe times, never had any issues with my nails at all. None fell off and I waited 3 weeks for a balance and they still looked good. I feel like alot of these complaints are from ppl who dont and cant take care of their nails. They speak pretty good English too, guess it depends on the attitude u give them upon entering the facility...

Do not recommend at all first and last time I go here. The lady charged me extra for nail polish I didn’t asked for. I grabbed regular nail polish and she took upon herself to do a “solar” top coat (which didn’t help the polish at all). Their prices a higher then any other place I have been to.

Technician was incredibly nice, but used her own nail (!?) To push my cuticle back! Nails looked good for 2 days. Dip polish chipped and cracked after two and a half days of normal use, never submerged in water and didnt work with my hands. Overpriced for quality, not very clean for dip but might be okay for a regular polish Mani if it doesnt need to last.

Only place I go to prices are fair and service is pretty good. I get pedicures here nothing with my hands yet. (Probably next time I go). Most of the time I am happy with service sometimes I get rushed and i like to take my time when soaking. I Always leave with a great pedicure tho. Will continue to go here. The people who work here are very nice. The best for pedicures is the guy he pays great detail

They dont speak much English and did not do that great of a job

I got the dipping nails done and 2 days after getting my nails done, one nail fell off. I went back and they repaired the nail. A day later another nail fell off. I went back an asked they they redo all the nails since they were not done properly. They refused and only repaired the broken nail. One week after getting my nails done, 2 more nails fell off. They are closed on Sunday and I won’t be able to go during the week. It’s a complete waste of money. Their quality has gone down.

I came in with acrylic nails. I wanted a new set. I informed the nail tech that I want a new set. She calls over a guy informing him. But he does a manicure and pedicure and charged me $65. I said I told you before and during this service I wanted acrylic nails. These are NOT acrylics. I will never go back to this place neither will my family and friends.They do not listen. But want to say whats not good for you.

I called and asked questions about their nail service. I was given misinformation about pricing and nail products. I came in, signed my name and a woman assisted me immediately. I asked again about pricing and products, and the lady who was assisting me said, we, dont have xxx. I was so upset because I had asked questions before I came and wasted gas. Learn how to speak and understand English!

The place was pretty busy when we arrived. I got a mani-pedi. The lady who worked on me, I never got her name, did not speak any English.She seemed to be in a big hurry, and didnt quite spend the time or give the attention to detail that I am used to. But I dont think it was necessarily her fault. Pretty sure they wanted to get us in and out as fast as possible. At least, thats how it felt.Will probably try another salon next time, but only because I didnt like the rushed feeling.

I really like this salon. I go to Kim, she takes her time and make sure that your ok and that you like it.

Sept 14th was me & my granddaughters first visit. The service was mani & pedis. The staff was okay, depending who you got. Appeared not much English spoken or understood. The final work done was okay, not great. I was shocked to see roaches running across the floor & up the wall at a nail desk, when a nail tech pulled out a container of sample nail colors to show my granddaughter. We were glad we didnt take our purses in and wont be returning.

I am very disappointed in this nail salon. I enjoy the staff because they are very personable and take t I have gotten my nails done three times there. I have had gel once, and the dip powder twice. Each and every time, I have had to get a couple of different nails fixed within the same week of getting them done. I pay almost $50 for the dip powder, and in one week five different nails popped off. I have someone in Pickerington who only does them for 30 and they last until i need them redone. I have never been satisfied here, and even half the people i work with in Bexley. I will not be promoting this business.

I have gotten my nails done there on two different occasions and each time I have gotten my nails done there they have broken and came off I had a full set with gel polish in they didn’t last a week and I had the dip nails and I went on vacation out of the country and they didn’t last three days it’s very disappointing and a waste of money! I would not recommend anyone to go there 😔

They were kind. 3 stars because I selected a mood color and it was blue, when I held my finger on it the color became white. I thoughts (silly me) the,color would b blue and white when warm...when she applied it, I said thats not what I wanted...she said it will b blue when your cold. Its kind of my fault as well...it did,t dawn on me the na color was Im a plastic nail sitting. Ha! I honestly felt like she couldve said you know the color will b white unless youre cold. I had mom brain that day, it would be helped.

Theyre very nice but do not offer what I was looking for. They do not do acrylics and prices were kinda high.

My Gel polish stays on for the full two weeks without chipping and therere very pleasant.

Went today to get a mani and pedi got there at 10:52 am wanted Lynn to take care of me she tells me she had 1 in front of me I agreed to wait. 1hr passes by she tells me I am going to start on you because my other client is 15 minutes late for her appointment. Ok fine then Lynn leaves client still not there it was about 11:30 while lynn was gone the late client finally shows up well when lynn gets back she begins to take care of the late client does her full pedi while I am still waiting finish the pedi the tells me she has to do her mani. I dont understand how she is 20 minutes late and get served as if she was on time while I am waiting 2 plus hours. Dont go there unless you would like to be tossed to the side when you are spending the same amount of money as the late client. Lynn should have made her wait until I was done she was late so that appointment she had was null and void after 20 minutes late.

Cant say enough greats things about the service and talented technicians! Go and experience it yourself!
