It’s been a year since I’ve gotten my nails done at a salon, and this was the place I chose to go as I’m getting family photos tomorrow. They did a wonderful job and I felt truly pampered. I got the Charcoal pedicure and gel mani, and both were fantastic. My manicurist mentioned how dry my hands were (I am constantly washing/sanitizing as a teacher) and he gave me a paraffin wax treatment for free! I was blown away and so grateful that this was my experience after waiting until it was safe to return to a salon. This has been my go-to place and will continue to be.

Always have a good experience here. Wont go anywhere else. There service is good and so are there prices. HIGLY RECOMMEND.

I had a pedicure done by Kevin, and oh my goodness it was amazing!!! He did not rush and was very efficient! He was very detailed—shaped my toe nails perfect, and I loved that he painted them down to the cuticle (some places paint them farther out and it looks like your nail has already grown out which I don’t like). The staff was very nice and was cleaning when I was there and I’m always down for extra cleanliness!!

This is a great nail salon. My mom and I enjoyed our pedicures and loved the result! Tina did mine. I asked her to skip the foot massage since I’m pregnant and she was very gentle and understanding!

I believe Sophia did my gel manicure and she was great!

Good service but this trip my ingrown toenails were painful days later. Usually a good pedicure fixes the problem for a few months. Nice people. Market prices

I went to this shop about a month ago, got a full manicure and pedicure. It was uneven, the size was off and the edges were extremely jagged as well as the acrylic nail was showing. (They didn’t paint the sides of the nails.) The whole prepping process was rough. They layered acrylic with dip and gel. The nails were THICK. Overall it was just bad and expensive on top of that! I definitely recommend Posh! on S High St. So so SO much better, less expensive and the customer service is night and day compared to serenity.

This place is amazing. It’s family owned and operated! They give the best service and Sofia has a true talent with nail art. I recommend this place to everyone I know!!! I have zero complaints

I love Sofia and Jason! They are super sweet. My dip lasts 3 weeks to a month and their color selection is phenomenal. The student discounts they disperse randomly throughout the year are helpful to a college student like myself.

The ladies are nice, they keep it professional, and they are very accommodating. They have very nice massage chairs that take care of your entire body. It is very easy to fall asleep while getting a pedicure here. 🤩

I missed my salon appointment and walked in from a friends recommendation. They did a great job. paraffin is included in the gel mani. They also worked on my pedi at the same time as my mani and I was out in an hour and 10 mins! Highly recommend! I will be back

Got a french gel nail polish that started cracking and peeling after 4 days. I went to get it redone and started coming off again 2 days later. Ive had gel nail polish before at other places that have lasted 3+ weeks.

Its a very nice and relaxing place.The ladys are very nice the did a really great job with my nail. Just the only thing was that my lady poked me in my nail causing me to bleed a little.

Very friendly and I can get in and out fast. Lots of colors to choose from as well.

This was my first time in this place. I saw Sofia and Tina today. They all both did a great job on my nail and toe. The salon is INCREDIBLE clean. This will definitely be my new place. I have never been so impressed. My nails and toe look awesome ... It’s the best. Highly highly recommend.

My first experience here was absolutely wonderful, I was 39 weeks pregnant and they took good care of me and did an excellent service, that helped relaxed me and get m mind off having a baby. I think it helped with putting my labor cause I delivered 2 days later lol

I wont be back. I dont know if I had a new girl or what but her hands were shaking the whole time. She had to take nail polish off of every nail from messing up. The topcoat she put on doesnt cover the entire nail n its very obvious. My cuticles are still very visible n my nails were not evenly filed. Very disappointing

Super friendly quick service, and very relaxed environment! I am so happy with my nails and pedi! I used to come here when they were under different ownership (Solar nails) and I think the new owners have made this such a better place. They were able to get me in with less than an hour notice as well! I’ll definitely be coming here from now on :)

I brought my teen daughter for her birthday to get a gel manicure. They seated us right away, were very kind and personable. I don’t think the lady who did her manicure spoke much English, but manager does, is very friendly, and checks on everyone when needed. They offered me a seat next to her, which is rare at nail salons. The manicure looked lovely and she liked the hand massage at the end.Great price too!

I was a first time visitor almost two weeks ago, and my experience was great. My nail tech and the owner were very personable and kind. They didn’t do awkward small talk as a filler. I went in dissatisfied with the previous place I had gone to, and the owner took the time to look my gel polish that had chipped, and did not try to up sell me on a “better service.” I think my nail tech was Katie, and I highly recommend her. Also, between removing my former gel polish and applying new gel polish, I was in and out within 30-35 minutes.

The facility is beautiful and clean. The owners and staff were so sweet and fun! Ill definitely go back.

This was my first and last visit. I arrived at 10:00 (when they opened) the owner June was the only employee there but there were already two customers. June asked me to wait because her tech overslept. I waited over an hour only for June to begin. I repeatedly told her I was in a hurry. She upsold me on gel and I agreed because it dries quicker. It took her 35 minutes to get that part done. I am very unhappy with the work but I just wanted to get out of there. I had to miss my event because it took 3 hours to get my nails done. June apologized but still took my $40.

Went twice and twice it was a disaster. Took 2 1/2 hours just to get my acrylics, and they were uneven with polish dripping down the back. Actually, had a nail break while I was on vacation and it hadn’t even been a week since having them done. And what’s up with that guy walking around staring at people? I went a second time to give them a fair chance, regrettably. Go down the street, better prices and results.

This salon is under new ownership since the end of March. It changed names at that time. The pictures shown are incorrect because they are of the salon under previous ownership. It was updated and remodeled. I cant say enough good things about this place! The prices are reasonable. The color choices are abundant! They take their time with you. You dont feel like you are on an assembly line. They are friendly and they do good quality work!

My prom is tomorrow and my French tip nails are awful, unevenly filed and cut and the design isn’t great either. I can’t get my $45 back for my nails, instead I have to wait and see if they can fit me in. My pedicure was nice. Unfortunately even after I told the techs I didn’t like my nails I had to pay the full price.

Very nice place

Have been before and had good pedicures but this time was bad enough that I will not go back. My appointment was at 5pm and at 5:30pm the pedicure still hadnt begun. My nail tech was too busy running around the salon doing other (non-important) things or complaining about how she got to go home after my appointment. Someone with a 5:30pm appointment got started before I did. The real problem though was the pedicure was bad. My tech would keep getting up to translate for another tech during the service. I didnt leave the salon until after 7pm. I was there for over 2 hours for ONE pedicure that was a scheduled appointment. I paid for the deluxe pedicure but they were running low on hot towels so I only got them on my feet. By the time I was done I looked at my toes and the big toes werent filed evenly.....they were literally at a diagonal line. But by that point I wasnt staying to have them fixed. This was sad because Ive been before and liked pedicures with the owner June. However when I asked her for a product I had purchased before, she said she remembered the exact one and that it was on sale for $17. I got home and it was not the same product and realized i paid $10 for it last time. Besides the bad pedicure, Im not going back to a place that lies to me to make an extra buck.

This place is owned by new owners now and People are really friendly and nice. It was my first pedicure, and I had great experience . I recommend this place. Customer service is awesome!

Have visited 4 times, and all have been great! They have gel polishes that I havent found elsewhere - mood (color changing depending on temperature) and cat eye colors.

This is an great salon. They really try to make you comfortable and make sure you have everything you need.

Probably the worst mani/pedi that I’ve ever gotten. I got a basic manicure and pedicure which took three hours. I will be removing and repolishing myself when I get home. It’s just awful. Several different times I had to ask her to fix what she did wrong, after three hours I was sick of it. I wish I was able to insert picture so you could see.

Ive been here twice now for both nails and pedi. New owners are super friendly. Pedi tubs are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Guys if you are going to get a groupon READ. Do t go into my moms and my grandmas shop ranting and trying to get free services without reading. These techs do their best EVERDAY (except for monday) to work and some people just dont understand how it feels. Please read and if you have nothing nice to say I hope your parents taught you manners and you can just leave. I was sitting down watching a woman argue just because she is cheap. Please start reading.

I am easy to please when it comes to manicures & pedicures. However, Serenity managed to fail to meet my expectations. I have ticklish feet and any time I have received a pedicure elsewhere the nail tech laughs at me and continues with the callus removal. However, this woman laughed because I scared her and then she refrained from scrubbing my feet any further. I went with the basic manicure so I was not expecting anything fancy. However, the application of nail polish was messy and upon it drying it had completely bubbled. I brought this to their attention and eventually they came to fix the problem. The nail tech decided it was the nail polish that caused this problem and had me pick out a different one. She decided she didnt like that polish either and picked out a third one. This color was far different from the one I originally picked out but I had been there so long already and my moms polish had already dried so I did not care. When this third attempt dried it too bubbled but we had been their for so long and had to meet dinner reservations. At this point I also concluded that perhaps they did not provide a good quality product and nothing would have prevented it from bubbling. When I got home I immediately removed the nail polish. My mother had purchased their Groupon and unfortunately we are stuck with another mani/pedi. I dont think either of us will be using it nor will we ever recommend this place to a single person.

I did not like the way my nails were done. cheap Nail polish was used, it started peeling off the next day. I had hang nails after and the skin behind the cuticles in peeling off too. I am terribly mad at the way they did my nails. I wasted my money.
