Way too overpriced for what I received!!! This is the worst gel manicure I’ve had. I came in asking for “thin” French tip, even provided an example. Would have been ok if it was at least neatly done. Sloppy job over all. The shape is uneven overall. They need to come down on their pricing for this type of work.

This location is a scam.I went in for a dip removal exclusively, and was charged over $53 dollars. I was passed around to multiple techs because it was obviously that they did not want to do it. The person who did them would not stop asking if I wanted to do a polish even after I said no thank you countless times. Multiple staff members kept coming over to her about it, and it was clear that they were watching her to see if she would be able to get me to do it. I said no every time she asked especially when she said a clear top coat would be $50. I said no I am getting my nails done on Friday, and dont need that. She drilled my nails down so low that my nails were super fragile, and could not make it without some kind of coat. I asked how much a normal polish would be and she said Ill do gel for you at discount. When I tell you that I was in disbelief at the price that I was charged.. I will NEVER go to this location, and I would say that no one should go.

This Nail Pro has been in the mall since it opened 15 years ago, that should tell you theyre doing something right.They have *base* prices for manicures, pedicures, and waxing. All of which I have had done and was very pleased with.I love coming back here to get my nails done every few weeks, I always get so many compliments on them!+Sean and Judy are my go-tos. As they are very precise, gentle, and want you to be 100% happy with their service.+If you go back to them after a nail breaks or to get acrylics balanced, they will fix for less if you had it done by them before.

So the nail tech I had I absolutely love got aceylics and gel for like 55$ plus tax. She serviced me well. The reason why Im giving three stars is because my friend was there also and she got a manicure. The nail tech completely ripped her off she just wanted to manicure and the nail tech guy asked her if she wanted gel without telling her there would be an upcharge. So what should happen $25 went up to $55. She left a nice tip but she had a horrible experience because she only thought it would be $25. They need to work on being upfront with their customers because I had to ask prices every time she asked me if I want a gel or a nail shape.

Went to get my nails done In the mall. I went for Dip nails with extensions. Started off really good but then got worse. The nail tech finished the service and my nails were uneven. They didn’t even cover the whole nail. They looked horrible. I got my extensions relatively short as I do not like long nails. The receptionist told me they were $55 dollars. I go to pay and she says it is $65. I said no I was quoted $55. She went back and asked the nail tech and told me it’s because of the length. This place is a SCAM. I don’t know any salon that charges extra for length when they are SHORT nails. Only extra for when you want longer nails. This happened to a few people when they went to checkout too. So, they try to rip you off and make you pay more than what they tell you before the service. Don’t recommend unless you have lots of money to spend on not so good work. Mind you they use the same dip powder from other people. So, unless you want to risk your chance of infection go ahead! Also, I did not see one person wiping down any nail stations after being used. Gross.

This was my first time getting a pedicure. I went with my sisters. They had immediate availability for us as a walk in. They were good, thorough, and we all felt well taken care of

I went to get a fill on 5/8 I was charged $70. Totally over priced, the quality was awful, the paint was beautiful. The acrylic was super thin my first nail broke the next day 5/9. I went to get the nail repaired, they made me wait 1 hour to get 1 nail repaired, that same evening another nail broke, I went for repair and was charged again. $10 per nail for repair is a rip off along with the $70 fill

This place should really go out of business for how unclean they are. My daughter literally got a bacterial infection from them and they are so unprofessional and really don’t know how to do nails. They either shred the back of her foot or she gets an infection. What kind of place is this? Definitely don’t go if you care about your health

This was the worst experience of my entire life. I will NOT be going back. The lady was so rude. She didn’t talk to me the entire time and was hella late. Her and her colleague made me feel uncomfortable because they spoke in their native language instead of speaking to me. Which they was probably telling each other they was going to double charge me. They lady never spoke to me greeted me or made me feel welcomed. The cost was $40 for the pedicure plus they charged me $40 just for the gel polish. And never thanked me for giving them a tip. So I walked out paying about $80 just for a manicure.

This was the worst experience ever. Had a day off to focus on me and take care of myself for once and I go to get a manicure and this is what I walk out with. Not only did the women talk to her coworkers in Chinese the whole time so I wouldn’t understand, making me feel really bad about myself, but she also filed all my nails away and made my cuticles bleed. At the end, I asked her to fix an air bubble on my middle finger and she said no because it was my fault. I came back the next day to get my money back and they said it was non-refundable and were super rude. I do not recommend coming here.

My nail tech was nice but the service was very rushed and they lie about the prices. She also burned me so bad with the hot towels. Probably wont be back.just stopped in for a last minute pedi cause im desperate.

I’ve been getting pedicures here for years. Year after year every single time a good experience. Always happy no complaints. I usually get the royal pedicure which is there nicest offering with stones and wax and exfoliation etc. It’s a mall salon so maybe possibly the most elaborate set of acrylic nails might not or it might, be there forte. But it’s really a hard working nice enough group of women, more social and talkative than most. I always have a great Tim. My girlfriend always goes with me of course, and that’s right, guys get pedicures too!

My nails are uneven, had to keep going back and forth with the nail tech just for her to “fix them” and they ended up just making up new prices when we were checking out (a mani was suppose to be $35 and ended up paying $55 keep in mind we didn’t get anything that would be considered an add-on). I would say just go somewhere else. Oh, also made me bleed from going in too hard with the drill. Honestly super disappointed and wish I would’ve went else where.

I had a French tip gel pedicure today, and I get home, both of my the gel on my pinky toes came right off. Paying $70 for a pedicure that doesn’t even last a full day, is completely unacceptable! If I didn’t live an hr away, I would come back and request it be fixed....Please contact me!

I went away with a friend and we decided to get our nails done. Worst nail experience ever. I got the SNS and it’s not smooth at all, I can still see my actual nails underneath and they messed up my toes and didn’t offer to fix it. It’s awful.

My pedicure was awful. My heels looked worse than they did when I came. My gel nails were overpriced for special polish aka Cat Eye polish set and here it is two weeks later and I have snags on the side of half of my fingernails. I was visiting from out of town and didnt complain. I just figured I helped them out for Christmas since it was the day before Christmas Eve.

Okay so I know whoever’s reading this has probably seen the bad reviews. Well let me tell you. This place actually isn’t that bad. I went there just today and got a simple polish manicure and honestly I was pleased. The lady did a lovely job on my nails. She was a little rough here and there but other than that it was a nice experience. I’ll probably come back here again. I would recommend this if you’re looking for something quick and not too expensive.

It took about 25 minutes to be seated. Once I was it was pretty quick. I got a full set of acrylics. They never told me the price though until it was time to pay. My husband was paying for it and he went to get food and I was clearly calling him but the lady at the door was all snotty and said you can have a seat until he comes all rude like. Like I was gonna run off. Pretty nails but, I wont be going back.

I took my 9 year old daughter and myself here for pedicures. They talked me out of a kid pedi for my daughter, ok that’s was fine. She ended up getting the same pedi as myself, “the milk and honey” the absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I asked if we could soak for awhile, that didn’t happen. He told me I needed callus removal, but didn’t scrub my feet. My daughter didn’t get scrubbed. I paid for gel polish and the polish looks horrible. I had a very bad experience and it sucks for my daughters first pedicure experience. So I feel as if I just gave them 118 bucks just to look at us.

I went here on Saturday and got a manicure and when I got done they were all like lumpy not even the right shape I asked for and as soon as I got home the paint was peeling off I wasted $75 . I could have done a better job myself :/

My daughter was there on July 4th, 2020 she needed a fill and they did paint and nail design 64.00 later which is ridiculous she was out of there.I am now writing this 2 days later and her nail paint has already chipped off and nail chipped.We will never b back . I paid for a pedicure the same day while waiting for my daughter same that lasted 20 minutes for 45.00 I have had much better who actually do a quality job

I have been here before and it was fine but today when I popped in for a manicure, it was the worst! At first I was impressed because they had plenty of help and I was seated immediately but then I paid $20 for filing of my nails (no scrub, massage etc) and cuts above my cuticles on four of my fingers! Pretty sure there was no hand washing between customers and the tools came from opened packages. I am putting antibiotic ointment on my cuts and will not be back. Disappointed!

The salon was not very busy so I stopped in for a pedicure. I was seated quickly which was nice. This is most definitely a high pressure sale place. I made it very clear as to which pedicure I wanted, even went so far as to point it out on their advertisement card. Multiple times, as in way to many times, the technician insisted that I needed the more expensive pedicure. This was indeed the quickest pedicure I have ever gotten. Yes, they were nice, but, that did not compensate for the other downfalls. They made me feel as if they high overhead expenses, so they just want the customers in and out as quickly as possible. This is not a salon I would recommend!

Worst acrylic nail set I have ever gotten. Overpriced and people working there were rude. The lady doing my nails asked me if I liked the shape after she was already painting them, she didnt ask how long I wanted them, and she kept trying to force me to get gel over my acrylic after I told her 5 times no. The sign says acrylics are $35, but they charge you $40 and claim color is $5.00. Dont waste your time.

$48 for a balance with Gel polish and the next day my GEL POLISH IS COMING OFF!!?? The price didn’t bother me til the next day I look and notice the gel polish coming off of almost ALL of the corners of my nails. This has NEVER happened before!! Don’t waste your time or money here. Awful. Can’t judge a business front by the looks! Overly priced services for low quality workers with no work ethic or sense of detail. Minimum communication, lack of listening even after multiple attempts of telling my manicurist what I wanted (full set acrylics with a gel finish)...she first painted on a hot pink color, then had to remind her once again which color i wanted. Didn’t double check the shape of my acrylics or making sure it matched my other hand etc, none of that. Very disappointed places like this continue to get away with screwing people over.

I ask for the Milk and Honey Pedicure and what I got was a 15 minute basic service from start to finish. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes when I ask to speak to a manager. She refused to even listen to my concerns or even offer to make it right. She basically said I would need to pay $80 if i wanted more than 15 minutes! My service cost $45. Worst service ever!!!

Big yikes. The man that did my dip manicure was clearly unhappy about being at work. He knew that he didn’t seal my pinky nail correctly but left it as it was so it’s cracked and textured. He nicked all of the skin around my finger nails and even the pads of my fingers with the drill. He saw that 6 of my fingers were bleeding but continued on without paying any attention. My fingers are still swollen and tender after 2 days. $65 for that? Never again.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. I told the nail tech I was trying to grow out my nails & stop picking them so I didn’t want acrylic because of how damaging it is. I just wanted dip on my natural nails and then to let them grow. They told me 10 times to make them longer. After my final no, they decided to file them down past my nail bed!! I’m in so much pain. My nail bed is exposed, the nail tech cut me and then dipped my blood covered finger in the dip. Which they definitely don’t use individually. Now I have to fear of infection. I didn’t have the heart to tell the tech how terrible they were. I think inside they knew they were terrible. I just hope I can save someone else the trouble of dealing with this. I only went to them because I was already at the mall & learned my lesson big time. Please don’t use this nail salon.

I wanted a quick end of summer pedicure and they told me to sit in the chair and I was there for at least 20-25 minutes. Once a nail tech got to me, she clipped my toenails but when I left, both of my big toes were not shaped the same! They were completely different and she did not shape them well at all. I have been here before because the salon is in the mall, but they really do not do a good job. Please go elsewhere.

Was seated quickly and had great service. Sophann was excellent. I usually bounce around with my nail salons, not knowing where to go but I think I will return to her. I’ve been to this place before but had terrible service. They must’ve gotten new employees. However it was a bit pricey and once inside they told me a different price than what the sign had said.

Went to this salon only because it was convenient because I was shopping and didnt think to check the rating. TERRIBLE IDEA. The people in there for one didnt even know the difference between a full set acrylic and gel. I had to explain. When she started my nails the price was $35 and as I picked led new colors and asked for a different shape ( BEFORE SHE PUT THE NAILS ON) the priced raised to $70. FOR A COFFIN STYLE which didnt turn out coffin style at all. She didnt put the nails far back at all on my nail so it looks like Ive had them for a week already. The acrylic was all bumpy and uneven. The nail polish on top was thin and didnt cover the entire nail. They would not fix my nails or give me a refund. I had to go to another nail place near and paid $20 to have them fixed as best as they could. The lady at the second place was astounded when she saw how bad they looked. These nails are NOT $90 nails. Huge pain and a waste of money. DO NOT GO HERE please.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have been getting acrylics done for years, and have never gotten a fungus until now. I had a full set done, and went back for a fill, and as the technician was removing the shellac, she noticed it. 6/10 of my nails have evidence of fungal growth, with 1 taking over almost my entire nail. She offered to still do my fill if I wanted it, but that didn’t seem like a good idea, so, I asked her to remove them. She asked me which technician had done my nails before, and I told her. She took pics of my nails and sent him to her manager. She said if I come back (as if!!) she would do my nails since she was familiar with the issue. And then they charged me $15 to remove the acrylic. I was in tears, because this has literally never happened to me before. I will not ever be coming back to this shop, even though it’s a convenient location for me. I can’t believe they would charge for something that was clearly the fault of the previous tech. Either her tools weren’t properly sanitized, or her technique for application isn’t where it should be. Either way, to be charged for something that is their fault is maddening.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I only went because I needed my nails done last minute and they were the only place open! I’m a licensed cosmetologist and the whole time there were red flags. I picked a polish and they kept trying to convince me not to do polish and that I needed to do gel. I don’t like gel and I had said several times that I wanted to stick with polish. They continued bringing me gel samples which got extremely annoying! I was also told the last time I got my nails done that I should get them taken off to do a full new set and I definitely agreed. I told the technician and she kept trying to talk me out of that as well. After I insisted I needed a new set she started prying my nails off and did not seem to care that some of them actually really hurt! She continued the service as I watched like a hawk and boy was I upset. There was barely any product on her brush and she tried speeding up drying them with a UV light which you don’t do with acrylics! I acted like I had the light on but refused to weaken them because she wanted to be lazy. I didn’t think much of it until later that night after they dried I began doing things and useing my hands and my nails were BENDING! I also noticed a few cuts along my nail beds from the files and drills. I went in immediately the next day to get them fixed and they stood there talking amongst themselves (I assume complaining about me) all I wanted was them to put A tad more product in the middle of my nail bed where it dips from lack of product. Three of the nail techs felt the need to blame me for having them too long, the shape, not having gel etc. I’m a nail tech and KNOW that’s not it. They were being lazy and careless. I get the same length and shape with polish and I have never had them so fragile. Right after I left I went back to work and broke and cracked one within a half hour of leaving!! The one broke off and ripped half of my real nail off and the other cracked exactly where I had complained about. The pedicure wasn’t too bad but my nails were definitely cut too short. All of this within 24 hours and for $120?!? They are either clueless or lazy! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Went in under the impression that I was going to be charged $35 + tip. Ended up spending $55 but paid $60 cash and wasn’t even given an option to tip, the receptionist just stapled all of my money to a receipt, which she didn’t give me a copy of, and then handed me some spare pocket change. My manicure on the other hand was also very poorly done. I was roughly handled and my nails were left sharp on the sides, misshapen, poorly filed, and not even painted on the ends. Some nails were longer then the others, and when I asked for my nail length to be cut shorter, my manicurist proceeded to yell at me for not taking her advice on length. The spa manager also stood over me, watching my nails be done with a disapproving look on her face (which is very discomforting as a costumer). I would highly recommend looking at reviews before going here, which is something I wish I would have done. I know their prices look very good on the outside when walking around at the mall, but they are too good to be true and definitely not to be trusted.

Don’t go here it is a huge waste of money and terrible service. This is the worst nail experience I’ve had. I went in the get my nails filled and I was told that it would cost $25 and when I was finished I was told it was $45. My sister came with me and got a full set and it only cost $45 for her and we paid together. I gave the lady a $100 bill and only got $2 and a little bit of change back. She was very rude and I’ve only have my nails for a couple hours and part of my thumb nail broke off and the paint is starting to chip. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Literally only giving one start because you have to give at least 1 to write a review. This place is terrible and clearly unsanitary because the man doing my nails cut me and while bleeding didn’t even care and I’m sure the brushes got blood on them... so no I would never come here they do a terrible job as well he made my acrylics crooked and when I asked if he could fix them he said no so never will I or any of my friends come back to this “salon” .

I got the dip done(over my existing nail) and asked for the nails to be coffin shaped for Halloween. I was told that coffin would be $10 extra. Fine it’s Halloween and I really wanted them. I wish I could post a picture, my nails are all sorts of misshaped. After he filed them he put on a gel that required a uv light. I always get the dip and have never had a uv light gel. When I tried to get the man who did them to fix them he told me he had an appointment and I had to pay and leave. The top layer started flaking off that night and my nails are breaking underneath the dip. I went back and was told I would have to pay to get them fixed. I paid $70 for nails that look like a 4 year old did them. I had been going there for months but I will never be back. If I could rate them a 0 I would.

I have never had a more disappointing experience at a nail shop. I sat in the chair I was directed to and said a friendly Hello when the tech sat down - no response! Cuticles were quickly clipped (including the live skin) and pushed back. No cream was used as I suppose this would have been an added expense for them. A total of less than a dime-sized dollop of lotion was rubbed into my forearms (top only) for about 15 seconds, and then my hands for about 15 seconds (no additional lotion). Go wash your hands - a single coat of polish - wham, bam, thank you maam. I am not exaggerating when I say my entire manicure lasted about 10 minutes, and thats being generous! I was visiting from another city and went to this store because it was the only one I saw listed on the mall directory. Later when walking around the mall still in shock I saw there was another nail place. PLEASE - find the other nail place as it has to be better!

I had the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had here!! At 38 weeks pregnant it was suppose to be a really nice treat and the lady who did my nails did both my feet and hands in less than 40 minutes. My mom started about 10 minutes before me and finished about 20 minutes after me and we got the exact same thing done! She did not cut my nails (which I can’t reach to do myself and the entire purpose of going), painted my skin, and my nails were streaky and chipped before I ever left the salon. My bill was $70 and I felt she was just rushing me out the door. Would never go back and do not recommend to anyone!!

Yesterday I went to get a full set. Tell me why I had to pay 60$ plus tax for some ugly nails ? The only reason I paid was because it was packed and I had a dinner for mothers day which I did not attend because of how embarrassing my nails are. Ive gotten my nails done before and never have I ever paid more than 30 bucks . If the nails were pretty I wouldnt mind but it looks so ugly just looking at them makes me want to cry. I dont recommend this at all not even to the people I dislike, it was such a waste of money and time.

This place is an absolute rip off. Went in because it seemed convenient and was inside the mall and I wanted a full set which is normally $35. When the nail tech started working on my nails she assumed I was getting a manicure and just worked on the first part of literally just cleaning the nails. When I told her I wanted to get a full set she looked surprised and claimed that she asked me if I was just getting a manicure which I honestly have no recollection of. If she did ask, then I had no clue because she was too quiet. And she charged me an extra $10 for that. Then when she started the acrylics, I told her I wanted them rather short and she said that what I got was considered to be long and charged me for that. That was the point when I realized she is robbing me because i left there paying $50 for a full set without even gel! Absolutely ridiculous and unsatisfied, I dont advise anyone to check it out.

Went in for graduation nails 3 days before graduation. Glad I did because by day 4 1 nail broke completely off. 6 days later and all but 3 nails have broken off. Terrible quality. Not worth $65 for a gel full set. Awful. Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Visiting from AZ and looking to get mani/pedi. The were high pressure, didn’t give me time to pick colors and skipped out on parts of the service. $45 pedi and they didn’t pumice my feet. $50 dip and told I needed to pay extra for mani. No massage and used dirty hands to come back and finish my nails. I was very uncomfortable and paid way too much! Still tipped $15 but I won’t be going back.

If I could give no stars I would. Every bad review on here is absolutely true. My daughter and I went to have a mani/pedi before the birth of her first child. Having this kind of day is a treat for us. First, after we were seated in the pedi chair and had our feet in the water did they inform us of the fact that to have calluses treated was 5 extra dollars. What kind of place charges extra to have that done as part of a pedicure. The girl that did my daughters nails didnt even cut her toe nails and did her fingernails in the pedi chair in less that 5 minutes. The polish was put on so thick that it was chipping even before she left the salon. It would be different if this was a 20.00 day out but to spend over 150.00 for 40 minutes and to have such shotty work is unbelievable. Should we have complained while there, probably but the fact that their English is really bad it would have been adding frustration on top of frustration. Lesson Learned, NEVER EVER go to Nail Pro at Polaris.

Got expensive pedicure, polish had chipped or completely fallen off in less than 24 hrs. They wouldnt honor a refund had to sit and get color redone. Never going here again so pissed terrible experience

I have never left a nail salon feeling this upset or angry. I went in to get a full set put on and was surprised to find a place with an advertised price of only $30 for acrylics. So I went in and was given a 10 minute wait time, but I actually ended up waiting closer to 45 minutes. When I finally got seated, I asked for coffin shape on my nails, to which the salon tech told me would cost more. I asked how much more and she told me that it would start at $40 but could be more depending on length. I was so confused because I have gotten coffin shape before and there was no extra fee with it before. I asked her why length would cost me more since the tips are long to begin with. She just said thats how it is. So I agreed and told her I wanted whatever the $40 length would be because I wasnt about to pay more. She was quick with her work and because of that, she cut my fingers with the tools she was using multiple times. When she started gluing the tips to my nails, she missed the nail on a couple of fingers and just glued them to my FINGER. I pointed it out and she told me it would be ok...Ive never had tips glued to my actual finger. I was so frustrated and and they feel super weak. She also did a crap job at shaping and evening my nails...it was awful. Im looking at them now and wondering if I should just go to another place to see if they can fix them. I would NEVER go to this place again. They are sloppy, the advertise incorrect prices and are rude.

The nail tech was terrible she kept knicking my cuticles and at one point my finger was burnning so bad, i had to make her stop.I kept telling her to take her time. She was the worst nail tech Ive had in 23 years! AndShe over charged me $5.00My nails look horrible, Ill never go back here, unless, Colton is available, he is the only reason I went back to Nail Pro, his services were perfect and my nails were beautiful!

Left gunk all under my fresh new set. I felt rushed and just a number.

I got a manicure here and the lady CUT me twice causing me too bleed she, cut my nails WAY too short,and the gel application was awful 50 DOLLARS FOR TRASH NAILS??? The place looked nice but I wish I would’ve read the reviews before wasting my money...

This place rips people off. False prices advertised. Poor management. When I came to ask why my little sister was overcharged for the SAME exact service her best friend got the same day same time (with identical matching picture for proof), the manager argued about her policies... WHILE in front of a client of her own (which, by the way screams professional ha). Im honesty pretty upset with the service here. Especially when I was charged $70 for services I did not ask for. I walked in and was told to sign in. I did and asked for a NORMAL full set I’ve never been here before so I was told where to sit, I put my things down and started to walk towards the color where I was stopped and told he would bring the color swatches to me. He asked me what shape and I said medium length almond, i got some very short fat shape and none of them match so I mentioned twice I wasn’t doing gel and guess what after he finished my nails my shape was $10 and my gel full set was $50 and then threw in some awful tax and I couldn’t even get a receipt. I looked shocked in the face and literally wanted to tell him to soak them off because I want my money back. I’ll be going to another nail salon tomorrow and getting the full set that I asked for. Don’t waste your time or money here since they think it’s ok to manipulate their customers. Will never ever be back.

Please do not go here. I called Nail Pro was told my pedicure would be $40 so I booked an appointment. When I arrived I was told it would be 30 minutes. During the pedicure I was asked which one I would like. I asked for the $45 milk and honey choice, then when finished was charged $65! I HAVE NEVER PAID 65 FOR A PEDICURE....no one in the shop could help me because of their limited English, but they are able to communicate in all other business situations. Another woman who had been in the shop earlier also told me she was utterly shocked by what they had charged in spite of the fact that she also had requested a less expensive treatment. Buyer beware.

I should have read the reviews before giving this place my business. I got my nails done yesterday and I am looking forward to getting off of work today so I can buy stuff to remove them! My thumb hurts, theres a gap between my nail and the fake nail, and their customer service sucks. Why is it okay for me to sit in front of someone and my presence not be acknowledged? The only time she acknowledged me was when she told me to pay [her] now. Really!? These people are jokes!

I got SNS on Wednesday April 17th and by Saturday April 20 they were all cracked and broken. I paid 50 dollars and they did not last! Also all the skin by my nails are peeling I have a hang nail on each of my fingers. I wasted my time and money. All the reviews are true do not come here!

Worst salon I have EVER been to. Also the worst gel manicure Ive ever had and way overpriced! The lady doing my nails used the electric buffer more than anything on my natural nails. Starting the manicure she didnt go get clean tools. She just searched for a pair in her drawer. She buzzed off my skin three different times and just smiled at me after. Then proceeded to spray them with alcohol. She filed all my nails at a slant. When I asked if I could wash my hands and a nail brush to get the debris from under them I was told we dont do that. I paid over $40 and had to ask for my nails to be filed evenly. They sent me back to the same lady that filed them incorrectly to begin with and I ended up just taking the file and filing them myself cause she couldnt get it right. Absolute WORST salon! Save your time.

Very pushy. Kept trying to guilt me into a more expensive manicure. Gel polish lasted only 3 days! Came back to get them re-done and they tried to pretend like they never did them. My mom got her toenails done just a polish by some guy named ‘long’ who also tried to guilt her into getting a full pedicure and gel and he scratched her skin with his fingernails and she bled. Also messed up her polish it was clumpy and smudged. Charged me double what tax would be on my bill. Very rude staff. NOT WORTH MY MONEY OR TIME. Wish I would have read these reviews before.

I go to Kim - she does a fantastic job on my nails..make an appt with her or try to catch her as a walk in...

She was kind of rude I like her son though, I was told my nails would be 40, when I was charged, it was 60. I didn’t leave a tip that time.

The most awful place..very rude. Got my nails done after four days they color started to change into something else and my nails where itching. I went back and judy told me the only thing she can help is put another gel paint to cover the damage..I told her i want her to get rid of the nail paint on my nails so that i can see if my nails are affected and she said NO..I should pay her

I went on a weekend with my mom. We wanted to gel manis together. We asked that We be seated together so we could chat while getting mani. We were told 15 min wait. Ended up being 50 min. We were not seated together and my mothers mani started over 30 min after mine. The technition was working in a rushed manner and there was debris on my nail that ahe was paining over. When i pointed this out she was very rude and continued to paint over the debris. Pricing was misrepresented. My thumb chipped the very next day. I went back and they repaired the one nail however they did not match color properly. Two days later 3 other nails chipped. This is the first gel manicure I got that has lasted less than a week! When I called to tell them what happened they refused to fix it. They were expensive, and did no massage or anything and my cuticles dont look that great either. Horrible manicure and horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a nail salon. Had a gel mani/regular pedi performed. Both had gel polish on when I went in. They charge for gel take off for my toes since I was only getting regular polish put on. They also charge additional for callus removal, it isn’t included in the basic pedi. The finished product of my pedi were fine but my mani was terrible. There are areas where they didn’t even get polish on the nail (French) and at the end instead of fixing the buildup of the polish after curing they cut the nail instead leaving it uneven. I wish I could post pictures. I will not be going back.

I normally go here to get my eye brows done by Judy and she does a good job. However, I got a gel mani last night for Easter and was so dissapointed. I honestly could have done a better job myself. The Polish is way too thick and all around my cuticles. When I got home I had to try to file the excess Polish around the sides, so it would look a little better. I normally like to engage in conversation when I go and she sat there and talked to another woman the whole time and didnt pay a bit of attention to what she was doing. I do not think I will be going back there for any type of service now.
