Best place in Columbus from my point of view, id like a little more variety in design. But honestly this is the place!

Terrible basic manicure. The nail tech bopped between me and two other guests. I made an actual appointment so I was frustrated right away with this issue. Then the manicure began and it took about 9 minutes total. Filed my nail with one swipe and barely trimmed my cuticles. The service was the worst I’ve ever had. Will not be returning and will refer people to another place in the future.

Such great service! I had an issue with my pedicure and they went above and beyond in getting it fixed! Only place I go in Columbus! They always go the extra mile. I always book an appointment online and get a prompt response. If I have any issues with getting a nail or 2 fixed, its always free of charge. Love them!

I love the service here! Crystal does such a great job every time! I have never had a problem with anything that she has done for me. And she always comes through when I ask her to surprise me with a color or a design. The place is absolutely beautiful and always pretty clean.

I have been going to Crystal for pedicures and my acrylic nails. They are easy to get an appointment with and leave with great looking nails. The price is good too.

My nails are so ugly. They are so thick and the shape is not the same on all of my nails. When I called to get my money back the worker insulted me and called me a thief becauseI wanted my money back but I thought it was unnecessary to take the nails completely off. I am going to have to go to a different salon to get them fixed. If my cousin puts her nails up to light she can see through them. They didn’t put a second coat on them. I also found a hair in one of my nails. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will NEVER go there again.

The service is always consistent the quality is top notch in the Columbus area. They were the truth. . Great service and attention to detail. At other salons my refill would only last a week and a half. I left feeling I got my moneys worth. And the customer service is amazing.

I did a search on Yelp and requested an appointment thru the app. They did my nails and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. I was late for 10 minutes for my appointment, but the owner of nail salon, greeted me warmly and I was seated immediately. The place was busy the whole time but everyone seemed to be regulars or happy. I am very satisfied with the salon service.

Have not been there since the new owners. Will absolutely come back. Very friendly staff. Very clean and inviting atmosphere.

Horrible, as I waited for my nails I witness the lady doing a young ladies nails yelling at her very unprofessional when the young lady left upset with unfinished nails the nailist than went on to another client and starts speaking horrible about the client who left very very unsettling will never return

I got a full set with gel and my nail technician did an amaizing job. The staff are kind, diligent and pays close attention to details. They provide excellent customer services. Overall, I love the service they provide.

I had a great time at the salon, especially for the warm towels they use to warm up your hands and feet. And the technician was very professional and did her job well. Definitely coming back!

I SPECIFICALLY requested Lisa when I made my APPOINTMENT, & she still stuck me with a new guy that had only been working there for 2 days. Then all she did was stand around. She swears that everyone does nails the same but it simply not true. Lisa herself will not do a good job if it is busy. The guy took 2 hours to do my nails acrylic just the polish. I asked for the almond shape& theres no words to describe just how AWFUL they were. Uncomfortable, extremely sharp, paper thin& crooked. Very poorly done. I went in the next day to tell Lisa & all she did was tell me he did everything RIGHT & told to be grateful she didnt charge me for the almond tip. I told her I wouldve paid whatever extra amount for you guys to do the job right. I will never be back here again & have found someone better in Omaha.

Weve been going here for a few months now. They do a great job but after the last paying the last 2 times we wont be back, $65 for a full set because she charged extra for the almond shape in the nails. Today she charged us $70 for a pedicure! Never have I ever paid $70 for a pedicure thats preposterous!

Hands down best nail experience Ive had on the north side. I get a mani and pedi every time. The people are friendly, the foot and hand massages are lovely, you get a free drink, and they always offer an extra neck/shoulder rub at the drying station. They go the extra mile and my nails look great every time. This picky girl wont go anywhere else.

I got a basic pedi 3 weeks and 1 day ago with Crystal Nails & Spa. So feel exciting at here. I can confidently give FIVE stars.

I had already had a set done from another nail salon and I walked into Deluxe nails to ask for a fill. All she did was criticize my nails, tell me they were bad, (when Kim Nail Spa does very good affordable long lasting nails) and try to charge me more because my nails are longer than she does them when all I wanted was a fill. Also she took a tool, and shoved the tool under my nails and lifted them, also causing a couple of my nails to break. She was way too cocky about her work, and very rude and putting down other salons.

Worst experience ever😡😡 First i showed her my dress so she could see the colors and check which is the best match. Instead i just get criticized about my weight. She kept saying this dress does not fit you. I told yes it does i tried it on before I bought it is called fitting rooms. But no she kept insisting it wont fit me. The i asked for a flower on my big toe instead i just get dots and a diamond in the middle. She is so judgmental she talks more than what she needs to. I mean if you are just going to critize why even have a business. I recommend no one to come here she is just to judmental and wont give you what you ask for.

I made an appointment at this nail salon for myself and three daughters. When we arrived they were just sitting down three others so we sat, even though we made an appointment, for 45 minutes. Since we had reservations to go eat I was unable to get my nails done because they didnt have enough people working to do us all at once which is what I wanted as it was a Christmas gift for my daughters. I had a gift certificate which she refused to honor and she didnt want to take my check, wanted only cash. She threatened to go thru my purse when I said I only had a check. Charged no tax. Their work was rushed and less than quality.

She is Horrible..I would Not advise anyone too go here unless you want to get cheated out your money....I was charged $33 for shellac on my real nails...then today I go in she tryna charge $40...She be price changing talkin bout her customers....And three people working is not gone cut it because Jenny is the only one that can do nails good and the guy he doesnt know what hes doing...they should save there time driving from Lincoln cause they are pathetic

Probably the worst pedicure I have ever had and expensive as well. Very little work on the nails, I literally had to cut them at home .Dry rough skin in my feet as well .Just a bad experience .

Went in a hour before work got a full set and pedicure . Also they got a Crack out of my toe nail that no one else did.
