I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. The nails are okay but definitely not worth $95 (not including tip). Overall it’s just very sloppy work. They dont cut or deal with your cuticles at all, I feel like that should be part of the service when your charging this much. They charge an extra $20 for nail art which is fine but I wasn’t told about it until I called and questioned why I was charged $95 not the original $80 they told me before taking my card, not to mention the “nail art” is super uneven and poorly done. I was also charged $5 for paying with a card which wasn’t mentioned once again until I called. It’s really convenient they decided to take pictures of my nails while checking me out knowing they didn’t mention any of these extra costs. Won’t be returning feels like I got scammed.

I probably would’ve rated higher if I was serviced by someone else. The young lady who did my mani/pedi was a great conversationalist. However, she was very lackadaisical in her work. She didn’t pumice the sides of my feet at all and the bottoms of my feet weren’t pumiced well enough. It was almost as if she was afraid to touch feet. I also asked her to reshape one of my toenails, she attempted to but it didn’t look much different. My gel polish is see through and the manicure looks like I’ve had this polish for weeks! It’s only been 1 week. If I return, I will be asking for a different person.

Excellent experience! Sunny and Jen were amazing - prepping for my daughters wedding, wanted a wonderful visit for her first pedicure ever. Just the best service and friendly team. So professional and felt amazing! We look glamorous for two unglamorous gals!

Johnny is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been here several times now and have had perfect service and nails. Because of Johnny’s attention to detail and recommendations, my natural nails are the longest they’ve ever been in my life. And he’s just the nicest! Definitely my go to spot now :)

Victoria did a great job and is a breath of fresh air to talk to. All of the staff seemed great at their jobs. I visited 10 days ago, before going to Florida for a wedding. Despite long walks on the beach, a lot of dancing and miles of walking around in sandals both in Florida and back here in downtown Columbus, my gel pedicure still looks great. The salon is welcoming, efficient and accommodating. Its a little more expensive than Im used to but it was definitely worth it.

I must say Victoria does the most incredible pedicure I’ve ever had. I travel a lot for work, so when I get home, the occasional pedicure is a treat to myself. Getting a pedi here with Victoria feels more like a spa treatment.Such a Star. Cannot recommend her enough (if you can get in with her, because she’s often booked). If she’s available, treat yourself.

Got mani/pedis with my mom a few days before my wedding. Our nail artists were so sweet and very good. They were able to give us exactly what we wanted while letting us fully relax. The hot stone massage and foot scrub were incredible. Will be back in the future.

This was such a great find!! Making an appointment was super easy online. When I arrived, Roosevelt, at the reception desk, was extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. The place is incredibly clean and chic. My nail tech was Johnny who was so amazing and friendly. Had great conversation with him and he took great care of me. He even offered me a beverage to sip on while he took care of my much needed manicure. Victoria was another nail tech and was even able to have great conversation with her. The entire staff is top notch. I have certainly found my regular place and can’t wait to go back!

I went for the first time, with my buddy who is a regular, for a long overdue pedicure. Victoria and Jessica.... the right pair (of employees) for the right pair (of customers). They made engaging in conversation enjoyable and not awkward. The energy between us for was so polished.... its just cut me up good! Clean place and they all seem to be genuinely concerned about your comfort and satisfaction. I am definitely going back because these dogs arent barking anymore thanks to the two.

I booked a regular pedi for my husband and a regular pedi for myself and dip + nail art. My husband is simple and just enjoys the “luxurious” experience and doesn’t get any polish. His toes looked great and the woman was friendly. My guy wasn’t super friendly but he wasn’t rude or anything. Just not that talkative which I don’t mind but a little chit chat and eye contact would have been nice. I came with a picture of a design I wanted and i thought it came out pretty cute until I got in the sunlight. Not all the extensions for my nails fit so there’s pretty noticeable gaps between the finished nail and my real nail underneath. Multiple nails have a noticeable lack of polish on the tips, the design I got on my ring finger on each hand doesn’t match 100% (not a huge deal cuz it was free handed but she rushed) but one finger looks a little smudged 😔 Just disappointed after seeing all the 5 star ratings and I feel like for all the added charges ($10 for extensions, 8 to shape, and 20 for design on 2 fingers) the attention to detail should have been better.

First timer and very impressed. Tida was so sweet and was super helpful with picking out colors for my nail design. She did a great job with the shaping, and base coat but had a little trouble with the line work and brought in the owner, Kylie. While doing my design Kylie patiently and efficiently explained to and showed Tida how to achieve the result I was wanting. It was refreshing to see!!The bartender/front of house gentleman made a great drink and was super sweet and kind as well. Definitely remember to tip him when checking out if he made you a drink as you would a bartender.Would definitely recommend!

Jen did my nails and she was so sweet & made them look AMAZING !! Polish applied perfect, looks so clean and pretty. Building is also super cute and everyone is friendly!

I booked an appointment with a specific nail tech because I liked their previous designs. Not only did I NOT get that nail tech, I sat for 30 minutes past my appointment time waiting for someone to start my nails. In the end, the nails did not live up the what I expected and the quality was not great. I was very disappointed with my overall experience.

The shop was beautiful! I got a pedicure there today, and didn’t notice a few polish issues with my pedicure until I got out in the sunlight. I left a review for feedback about the issues with the polish, and was contacted right away! Kylie reached out to me within an hour or two, to not only apologize but correct the issues. My tech was so nice, and made me very comfortable. The upgraded pedi was relaxing. All of the employees were so kind. But, the customer service is what will bring me back. Try this salon, if you need a new one.

I was super excited about this nail salon since it was close to my apartment and they could do nail art. I went in to get my gel mani removed and a new one applied.My nail tech rushed through the removal process and left a lot of the old gel on my nail bed. Then she told me i couldn’t do the color I originally chose and pushed me to pick a new color quickly. After she reshaped my nails they looked soo bad. The tips were jagged and uneven and i asked her multiple times to fix them. After she applied the gel it was so bumpy since she didn’t remove all the old gel. My nails looked so bad i wanted to cry. My nail tech just seemed like she was in such a rush to get me out the door.I came back the next day and asked her to reshape one of my nail tips and she filed it down into a sharp point when the rest of my nails were round tip. I ended up getting them removed at another salon the next day.The nail tech also told me that the salon doesn’t have a liquor license but they sell alcohol anyways.

Came in on 7/2 for a pedicure. The associate that met me at the door was very rude and snippy. Even though Id arrived 5 minutes early, they rushed me along (As if i was late) and tried to upsell me a drink without telling me or showing me how much the cost was which felt scammy. The pedicure was overall acceptable, but the person performing it was rough and rushed even though I mentioned that I was sensitive. Overall felt very rushed through my appointment and didnt feel that it was good for the value nor did I enjoy the rude demeanor of the staff . Wont be returning.

Roosevelt checked me in right away- super sweet and friendly and even gave me a flower for mothers day. Haley did great work for my pedicure service and took care in applying the polish. I will go back! Thanks.

Kylie is absolutely amazing! Every time my manicure and pedicure are perfection . She takes the time to get to know you as a client and I recently followed her from their sister Clintonville nail salon, Blush. Which is also amazing. Vinci is clean, modern and in the perfect location! I cannot say enough about Kylie and Johnny! They are the best.

This is has been my second time back to Vinci, and I absolutely love it. I got a beautiful dip manicure which I cannot stop getting compliments on. Johnny did such an amazing job. He is friendly, very accommodating, and explains why the salon operates the way it does (which is the natural way, btw). I had been going to another salon for a while that “did the job,” but the experience wasn’t there. Vinci is a beautiful salon, where you can tell the cleaning standards are high especially during these times. You can also get a drink, and the music selection is a total vibe. I will for sure be a regular. Thank you so much!

I visited this salon over the weekend. I made an appointment the night before on their website. I arrived and everyone was very nice. Social distance measures were in place. I got dip and a pedi. I love them! I am very particular about my nails too. I’ve also been to the sister Salon Blush. This team is changing the nail game. Creativity, ambiance, and professionalism were all on point. I will certainly return.

Booked appointment same day. Salon was very clean! Victoria did a great job, provided fun conversation, and was very attentive. They even offer a cocktail menu to enjoy while you relax! I will book with Victoria again!

Booked two services and there was some confusion and couldn’t accommodate me at first, but still offered to complete one service due to time. No big deal; was gonna get my other service done another time, or go elsewhere to get a pedicure. Johnny went above and beyond to make sure that I still was able to receive both services, and stayed over a little later than closing time to make sure that I was satisfied. PHENOMENAL customer service! He completed my dip service and Haley did my pedi again beyond closing time. This was my first time at the salon and was currently trying out new places, but they have a new customer in me! Also, very very sanitary and clean.

I made a pedi appt today for 2 at 130. We were next door at Drunch trying to pay. Got a call at 135 checking our eta, I let him know we were next door and would be there in a few mins. Took us another 5 so we walked in at 140. Other than the 1 other woman checking in, there seemed to be no one getting their nails done. The front desk person (forget his name now) already looked exasperated, didn’t greet us, and immediately spat out that we were 15 mins late, they’re backed up, and we need to hurry and pick our colors. His lack of tact threw me off. But I didn’t react- I’m pregnant and trying to remain cool, calm, and collected for my baby lol. I just asked my friend if she’d like to go somewhere else. He interjects and says basically we can still be seen but reiterates we were 11 mins late (actually checks a clock), so we need to “hurry up”... Again, rude, but I found it kind of humorous. Working in customer service there’s a polite and tactful way to tell people about themselves that he clearly hasn’t learned yet. We were late (I’m unsure of their late policy) but no need to be discourteous- so we politely let him know to cancel our appts, left and went to a lovely nail salon on Neil that I would highly recommend!Edit:So you clearly didn’t read my review or you’re lacking reading comprehension. So excited to see this place pop up near my house. The space is beautiful, bright and clean. Victoria did my pedicure and made me feel so comfortable with her friendly disposition, while Johnny did one of the most efficient dip manicures Ive ever received. Because they had the bandwidth to work at the same time, they saved me about an hour, which was super appreciated!

By far the best experience I have ever had at a salon. Not only was the service beautiful, well-done and left me feeling confident, but Victoria made the experience unforgettable. Not to mention, with covid-19 the salon is incredibly clean and they are taking great measures to ensure the safety of their clients. I refuse to go anywhere else now!

I love that they have parking in the front and back that’s extremely convenient especially with being in Italian Village and short North area. The Salon is Big enough to accommodate large parties and they offer over 1000+ in gel and regular colors and over 360+ colors in the dip powder. There’s online booking which is a huge plus. Definitely should come check them out

Vinci Nail Lounge and Bar is quite literally the best salon in the Columbus area. Not only is the location near me, but there is a parking lot which is extremely convenient when being in a downtown area. The ambiance of the salon is very modern and chic. The technicians have taken great precautions to the safety of the clients, especially during this pandemic. Their services include, dip powder, gel, manicures and pedicures. They have a great selection when it comes to relaxing mani and pedis. The drinks are perfectly crafted and delicious. The staff ensures their work and are so friendly. They have a loyalty system where if you refer your friends you get 5 dollars off which is a great deal and the best bang for your buck. I can’t say enough good things about the salon. If you want best salon experience and pampering, Vinci is the place to be.
