I would frequent this place when I lived closer. I went there today. The best pedicure and manicure I have had in awhile!! It’s worth driving 25 minutes!

We made plans ahead of time to get our nails done. We made an appointment, but unfortunately, when we arrived, they had full chairs and said they couldn’t accommodate our appointment. When we explained we had an appointment, they argued and said that someone called and said we weren’t coming, which was false. They were rude when speaking to the group. We were getting nails done for my wedding and unfortunately left without our nails done. I will not return. After experiencing this and reading similar reviews on google, I’m not surprised by what happened. Terrible customer service.

Muriel is the best would totally recommend her! Very detail oriented but not too slow either, she explains what she’s doing to make your nails look their best! I would recommend calling ahead and making an appointment it can get pretty busy, Muriel is usually always there at least when I go. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, the staff is friendly too! Reasonable prices, and always clean.

The best nail salon 💅 from Grandview to Upper Arlington....I been to them all...they won’t butcher your cuticles like 90% of the local salons do.... they are nice to the customers and they do top shelf work on your nails...won’t go anywhere else

I have been going to Attractive Nails every couple of weeks for years. They are always very accommodating to my schedule and I appreciate that. Mel is very good at what she does and when she has time, always tries to do something a little special with my nails. I love being able to just go there and relax. Highly recommend!!

I wanted to try dip nails so I saw this salon offered them, I was charged for a dip manicure $48 plus tax and tip. The nail tech didn’t soak my nails, trim my cuticles or anything. She basically briefly shaped my nails with a “used” nail file then put dip on. I felt rushed and for over $50 I wanted more. My cuticles do not look clean so it make the manicure not worth it.

I can not give this place enough stars!! Their customer service is outstanding. If you have an issue they will fix it no questions asked. They go above and beyond for their customers satisfaction! They are friendly and the place is always clean. I have gotten my nails done 2x mth for almost a year now and haven’t had an issue.

Came in earlier today and there was a long wait. The woman said it would be about 20 minutes. We sat and waited for over 40 minutes which is fine but we saw 3 people walk in without an appointment and got helped right away. Walked out of the place and can assure you I will never set foot again in that place. They were not welcoming at all. Used to love this place about 3 years ago. Won’t spend another penny there.

I have tried other salons but I love this place the most. The services is great, they understand your needs and take time to listen. I like the color options and the products they use. Manicure and Pedicure always last.

My wife made a reservation and arrived on-time to find 4 people in front of her and was told to sign in. She waited 20-min and nobody made an effort to accommodate her. So she left. Be aware that your reservation doesn’t mean anything here. Nearly every other 1-Star review says the same!

I frequent this nail salon and usually don’t have any issues. Today I absolutely wish I would’ve gone somewhere else. I asked for round nails and she literally just gave me square. Didn’t say one single word to me (which I don’t mind silence) but she seemed annoyed the whole time and was rushing. I’ve never experienced such a rough more painful manicure ever in my life. Even as I kept wincing at the pain she didn’t even seem to notice or maybe she did but she didn’t care. My fingers were also covered in glue and I was shocked she let me leave with my fingers looking so crusty. 10/10 never going back.

Went here a few times for the convenience factor of it being by my house. The first couple of times they did really well, and even the last time my polish looked awesome. My only complaint is that my last time there (about a month or so ago) the lady was WAY TOO IMPATIENT to wait for my gel polish to soak off and started scraping them with this metal tool.After finally taking the polish off (about 3 weeks ago) i realized now My nails that were once strong, long and healthy are now brittle, sensitive and won’t stop breaking. This is the WORST. I’m so mad that I’m writing this weeks later because my nails STILL have just not recouped from this.

I have gone to this location for a few different services many years now. I frequent there for eyebrow waxes and they almost always fit me in in a timely manner for a walk-in. My brows always look great and they do not overcharge. I have also received a few pedicures and gel polish manicures there as well. The staff is friendly and inviting and I leave with great looking nails! Even though they only see me every few months the owners always recognize me!

My friend and I came here, she was getting primped up for her vacation, and I was just down to get my nails done.If you dont wanna read all of it, basically my nails were definitely NOT attractive.I explained to the woman before she started on me that my natural nails were thin and sensitive, to caution her to work as gently as she could.I swear she attacked my damn hand on purpose.😂 I think she was trying to work quickly because I had my daughter with me, but thats no reason to rush a hard job.🤷🏻‍♀️The nails were crooked and rigid on the sides. & Definitely not the shape I had requested, more of a coffin than a stiletto.When I got my nails removed the natural ones were so destroyed from her filing them prior to nail application, like I cant even begin to explain it. I basically didnt have a nail.I got them removed at a different shop because I was not risking it.🤦🏻‍♀️The other lady, working on my friend, started before me and she wasnt even finished by the time I was. All she had was French tips in a square shape.And the woman still took more time to complete hers. Bless her for making my friends hands look bomb, though .👑I took approx 45 minutes and my friend took almost an hour and a half.

Guys getting nails done is not common at least in Midwest. When I lived in NYC it very common for guys. I went here to clean up my nails for a special occasion Wedding in Columbus OH.Very simple mani with only clear coat. Busy place but I waited to see my favorite tech.

Had a great experience getting a pedicure there. The service was incredible and all for a very comfortable price.

Most of the time the service is exceptional, but the last time I went, the technician was so rushed that she made several of my nail beds bleed. Now, one is infected due to lacking first aid care and introduction of so many chemicals in the process. I share this review in hopes of reminding the business to focus on cleanliness and care first, then timeliness.

I love my nail tech she is always willing to work with my schedule and I can come and she will fit me in last minute...I think the staff is awesome and friendly.... and they do excellent work😁😊🤗

Do not get nails done by the blonde that works here. I showed a picture of my nails that i wanted done again and they looked terrible and nothing like what i wanted. Very disappointed that I paid $65 for something I did not ask for.

Wow this place is amazing! I walked in w big requests like a gel pedi and acrylic take off, and they had me in a pedi chair within five minutes on a Friday at lunch while they were busy!! The employees were beyond nice, and clearly spoke English 100% of the time. This is a very comfortable salon that I highly recommend.

The staff is super friendly Ive been here 3 times BC its super close to my apartment. but Its sad to say that I feel like Im wasting my hopes and my money coming here.I wait everytime for 30-45 minutes. the 2 times Ive went here I came out with uneven acrylic that was always too thin and the length on all my nails were different. The first time out of the last 2 visits was $75 for acrylic, gel polish, extra length and for the nail shape to be coffin shaped. I understood the pricing but 2 of my nails came out bumpy and crooked and the lengths were all different. Then I went this past Thursday and I asked for the same thing but a shorter length. An Hour and a half later, Same disappointing results. My nails are uneven and the coffin shape that I was charged for isnt even noticeable. I felt like the technician added Fake tips for no reason BC she took them so short. Though the syaff was super sweet the services themselves are not worth the money.

I have been to a lot of nail salons around the columbus area and I have to say this was the best experience Ive had in a while. My nail technician was so attentive to details, and Im a very picky person. I would give more stars if I could.

I found Attractive Nails through a friend a few years ago and I don’t go anywhere else to have my nails done. Other places have either long waits, don’t carry the polish I like or they insist that you get a gel manicure (which is bad for your nails and pricey). I see Dang, one of the owners, and he is super accommodating and does an excellent job. My regular polish routinely lasts 2+ weeks and looks awesome. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 or so minutes when I’ve made an appointment. I always recommend friends looking for a mani/pedi to Attractive Nails. Great price, super nice people. Go there!

I have gone here a few times b/c it is close to my house. I went to get a pedi and a balance and the woman who did my balance (who also did the original tips) made not one, but three of my cuticles bleed! I am rockin 2 band-aids right now. The third one is not as bad as the other two. She was rushing with that drill and got me good. I still paid and gave a tip, but I will not be returning.

I went here for my first pedicure, and I had to wait for 30 minutes. Even people that came after me, got to go before me. Everyone was nice to everyone else, but when it was my time, the woman was very fast, probably thinking she was rushed, & she had a terrible attitude. I was just trying to relax and have a good time with my friend. At first my toe nails looked great, I let them dry for approximately 2 hours, then I look down and my big toenails were a wreck! The nail polish was all smeared, & I swear everything I look at them they look worse. Im very pissed that I spent 33$ on my pedicure and gave the lady a 10$ tip (to be nice)!!! I will most likely never come back to this nail salon and I push you to go to a different salon. Although my friend got her gel nails and they looked great, but I dont know how theyre looking right now. I highly reccomend going to a different salon

I walked in and asked how long of a wait. They said less then 15 minutes. I sat there for over an hour because only 2 of the workers there were able to do acrylic nail sets. 5 people went in front of me. There was the lady who did my acrylics last time, she freed up. She asked this lady if she had an appointment and the lady said no. Yet the worker took that other lady. I was very frustrated that 5 people went in front of me. My nails look okay, but not the best they ever have.

The only reason, why people still coming there - is location.I live cross the street of this salon, and its always been so convinient to go there. Though i knew that the quality of acrylic nails is not high and most of staff is not politful. The owner of the salon is always looking mad.And today she actually was rude.Here is the story. It was a new girl who did acrylic set for me last time. I saw that the acrylic layer is too thin and nails look ugly, i tried to explain that to her, she tried, but, obviously, she did not have skills to do the job.In 2 weeks most of nails just fall apart, i came to the salon today and said very politful that the quality of nails was really bad and that i dont want this girl to work with me any more. All staff looked at me like i am an enemy. The owner did my set with such face like i owe her at least million of dollars. Then she gave me invoice for the new set. I said that i came for balance, and its not my fault that the nails had been done so bad, that she has to remove and replace some of them.Long story short, ive paid for the full set and asked her if is she going to apologise for all this inconvinience. She said that she is not going to do that and that i am free to go to any other salon. He face showed to me that i am not welcome at this salon anymore.I felt terrible and humiliated.Will never ever come there again
