They told me 15-20 minutes and I sat there for 40 minutes... right when I was about to leave they finally came to do my nails but the shellac manicure lasted less than 3 days and I paid $25. Cool.

It made me do at least one star. I’d offer 0 if I could. This is the second time in a week they have been unprofessional and rude…. Not to mention my nails looked awful afterwards! I got a gel manicure and the next week a gel pedicure. They charge $10 for a design my 2 year old niece could’ve perfected! OH and watching tv on their phones while trying to get my mani and pedi. Do not recommend!

When i went there was a woman who ending up walking out and complained that she had been waiting 4 hours and they kept stopping to service others . they were indeed trying to service people to the best of their ability but it was obvious they overextended themselves. Luckily i was only in need of a pedi and eye brow wax. The pedi was mediocre n socked until the water got cold ..but the lady rushed the whole process afterwards just not a service i would go back for. Couldnt get my lashes done while i was waiting another customer began to complain like the first lady of the time n inconvenience. They are nice ppl just really need to do better business

Horrible place!! 0 stars if i could! Slow, rude, painful and i got a hot stone massage. The lady brought them out way too early so my stones were cold. She maybe did 30 seconds per leg. They watched YouTube while trying to do my nails!!

Great nails place, went there to get a pedicure with my wife. Satisfy result. Definitely going to come back.

Took my daughter in to get a manicure, showed the tech what we wanted and he didn’t do it. He was too busy watching his phone instead of paying attention to what he was supposed to be doing. I’m definitely annoyed and definitely won’t come back here the next time I come visit!

The color was not the color I picked out in the book. Thw nail tech had me waiting for two hours when I was before two other people that walked in but they were regular clients. Then the nail tech cut me. She took too long. Im from Alabama and the same job I get done there Im in and out a hour, hour and half tops! And thats when they are busy! Ive never been in a nail place for 3 hours! This place is horrible and horrible service

I personally just go for my lashes & eyebrows....nothing else...... she does a great job everytime!

Rude and overworked staff. Polish was thick and chunky on my toes and nails. Two rhindstones lost color on one nail. How does that happen.

I just left this nail salon and I WILL NOT be going back. My first time going there 2 1/2 weeks ago they charged me $48 for a full set and gel nail polish plus my shape and I was okay with the price because I understood it will be more because of my shape (coffin). Today I decided to go back for a fill in because I’m leaving town tomorrow and wouldn’t have a chance to get them done. On the wall is a list of their prices and a fill in is listed as $15+ and I was going to get gel polish so I thought my total price would’ve been between $23-$25 because I don’t know how much they actually charge for gel polish, not thinking he’ll charge me for my shape too that he previously did on me. So when it was time to pay I’m waiting to see how I’ll make this payment cash or card. As I’m waiting on him to tell me the price he (the same guy that did my nails both visits) asked “Fill in?” I said “Yes.” I’m kind of looking at him weirdly because he JUST did my nails. He then proceed to look at them (my nails) then back at me, it looked like he was in thought. “Ummm it’s going to be $33 for you.” I was confused on how is it $33 when all I’ve got done was a fill in and gel polish (basic as ever). It’s not like he had to take these nails off and apply a new nail tip then acrylic and so on. With that price I should’ve just gotten a whole new set but I didn’t because my nails doesn’t grow that fast and I wanted the same shape and length for the color I’m wearing now. So all in all I’ll be taking my services else where that does a BETTER job at nails, that’s up to date on new nail ideas and have a better nail color selection.

Had a wonderful experience with them today and I am a frequent flyer to them. In my opinion best nail shop in Columbus MS

This use to be the only nail shop i went to in columbus. the last few times i’ve went my experience hasn’t been that great ! they do not have enough nail techs and it seems to me as if they had attitudes ! i went for a fill in and toenail polish ! i was there for at least an hour and some minutes ! i will not be going back !

They were a little skeptical to do what I wanted but it ended up turning out beautiful! Its been 2 weeks and my nails are still strong. Well done!

Love this place. I’ve been going for a couple years now and I find them to be consistently one of the best salons. Prices are very competitive, and most of the nail techs I’ve been to are very detail oriented and good. Keep up the good work guys!

Absolutely love this place. New management is soo much better than the other people that were there. They are always nice and they take their time doing your nails. The bathroom is always clean and the atmospere is pleasant. Linda is so sweet. She really did great on my hands and feet!! Definitely worth the money.

In town for a few days and need some works on my mani & pedi. Walked in without appointment and was greeted immediately. The technician was nice with small chats and at the end I was extremely satisfied with the results. I will definitely come back next time in town. Highly recommended!

Went here to get my lashes did. Never again they were so heavy and started poking me in the corner of my eye. Other than that it was pleasant

If I could give 0 stars I would. Im here from on the weekends as I work out of town. I had lost hope in Columbus nail techs so I took my business south. Lol. Anyhoo, I didnt have time before I left to get my nails done so I decided to give Columbus one more try. I went to this place and he said its gonna be a wait. Go! I said what? He shooed me off with his hands and said wait over hour go somewhere else and shooed me again. Im totally confused by this time and he said we not wait on you! Go! Lol. Even though it was broken English, I got the message. Please spend your money where youre appreciated. Ijs.....

Got a gel manicure and a regular pedi. Pedi was good but slight chipping in less than a week. The gel manicure was terrible. My nails are lumpy and the technician did not cover the entire nail with the Polish so I left the salon with a manicure that looked like it had been grown out for a week already...staff kinda made us uncomfortable. Could have done a better job at home and saved myself $55 :/

My nails were pretty, but they never lasted. One would pop off or break within the first couple days. The nail tech was rude, and made me feel as if I was imposing on her time.

The only place in Columbus that I trust with my nails. The pedicures are awesome!

8/16/19 I went in for a mani pedi. I ended up only getting a pedicure because service was extremely slow. When I went to pay for my pedicure, the man who I am assuming is the boss/owner was VERY RUDE. He threw my card back at me & also said negative things about customers aloud AFTER they walked out. Will definitely never be going here again.

There was one guy that work in there that is very rude. Seems as though he dont want to wait on anyone, especially if you are a woman of color. Me and my daughters WILL NEVER BE BACK and in telling my friends to do the same. The women that work in there are friendly. Such a shame though.

Worst nail shop ever. The service is poor and they are biased towards who they cater properly too. The manager is a good worker but he doesn’t make his staff work the same. Pedicures are garbage. Wait time is terrible. Do not come here period.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. The gentleman doing my nails did follow my instructions. When I pointed out his improper handling of my manicure he shoved me off. And told me to go somewhere else!!!!My son attends MSU so I am here often I will never be back !If you value your hands choose wisely!!!

I have given them 2 chances to make it better but no, I was more disappointed then my 1st visit. I used to go to PCN so I continued there but the guy who serve me was so mean. I was there to remove my nails 2nd time and instead of using nail removal stuff that guy just used his own nail pop my nail off and pulled it. It hurts so much and I told him 3 times and he keep on saying it just hurt little. I finally told him to stop doing it, paid his $10 and left. Very rude and insensitive person. Never going back there.

Long wait, prices seemed a little high, and I got an acrylic set that was waaaay thicker than anything Ive ever had. There is still acrylic on one of my nails that I cannot get off 2 months later.

If you dont have time to wait I suggest making an appointment. They say they open at 9, but I believe they open by 8:30 A.M. However the staff is so nice and friendly, they meet all of your needs!!!
