Beautiful Salon! I took a young lady here several weeks ago, and we each got pedicures. This was my companions first pedicure, and my first time in this salon since the owners expanded and remodeled.Wow! The place is truly breathtaking, and is a full service salon. When you walk in, there is a refreshment area where you can get something to drink while you wait or during your service. It looks great, and is very tastefully done.The two people that worked on my friend and I were so friendly and professional. We were both very pleased with our pedicures, and the price was perfect.I would highly recommend this salon! I wish I had realized they had expanded sooner. I will be back! 😊
This is the second time I have gotten my nails done here in the past 3 weeks. They are under new ownership- they did not change their name. San did my nails and she did an incredible job. I have acrylic with gel over the top. Nothing lifted up and the color stayed on. I got many compliments on my nails, too. The salon is clean and beautiful on the inside. Totally professional and relaxing environment. The prices are very reasonable and there are always specials. I am new to this area from another city and was seeing a another manicurist for years. I was worried I would not find someone who could do nails well. San is very very good. I am so happy I went to Pascarti and I will keep going back.
I got a pedicure, and the new owners are amazing. The salon is beautiful and clean. The owners are so professional, kind, and great at what they do. I have never had such a detailed pedicure done before. My feet feel brand new!! The owners are also kind and very personable. I enjoyed the conversation. I can’t wait to go back for more services!
This is my first time coming to the place and loved how clean and cozy feeling it was when I walked in the door. I love how gentle and polite the employees were when they did my nails and I love how my nails turned out with it being my first time here. Definitely will come back again and recommend this place to anyone who wants to get there nails done.
Pascarti is such a nice salon! I went in for gel polish, but they had a newer upgraded version available called Dip Powder which doesnt damage your nails. They have so many color options for gel and dip powder. I asked about holographic and chrome, and they were so nice to test out the base colors withe the different powders to show me. The shaping of the nails was flawless. The staff is all really nice as well. They are personable and helpful as to whatever youre looking to get done.
I was very impressed by the attention I was given when I walked through the door I also had a super experience when I came in to do my nails. My nail technician San was amazing she made sure I was happy with my nails they are beautiful ☺️. I totally recommend going to this nail salon to get your nails done you won’t regret it.
I absolutely love this salon! The new owners are so so sweet and Keo matched the photo I brought her perfectly. Everyone was so friendly and caring. I’m so impressed with the final product and even more impressed with the hospitality.
Waited over 40 minutes to get my nails done when I was told it would be 15 minutes. Only one person working and they didnt say anything to me after greeting me. Very poor first impression and complete waste of time.

San is a wonderful nail technician. She shaped my nails so well and did them quickly. Ive had zero problems with my nails so far other than needing a fill after 2 weeks. I have no complaints. This is by far the best place and tech Ive ever been to. San has my business from here on out!
Just had my dip replaced and the service was great. There have been issues in the past and I believe management has addressed the issue. The front desk was very personable. Appointment was on time and my nails look great. When they do the dip they look good after 3 weeks. I recommend giving them a try!

I absolutely love this place! I drive 45min each way just to get my nails done here, that’s how good they are! Super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. They get me in and out as quick as possible without “rushing” the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
Not only have I been here once, but several times - and each time I come back I adore the staff even more! They fixed my dip nails every time *free* because I have bad luck with my nails. They also redid my nails for my wedding in 3 days, and they turned out fabulously! Kao is awesome- lots of experience. Angel is very sweet- very quick and skilled with her nail tools. The guy there is also AMAZING- best customer service and very kind. I am very grateful to them, and reccomend this place 110%.
I scheduled an appointment in advance and still didn’t get started until a half hour after my appointment time. This also happened to my mom & sister - who had to wait 45 minutes after their appointments.I received my first “dip” manicure. I am still in shock that I just paid $70 for this service. Especially having to sit there for 2 hours. The sad thing is, I feel like I should LOVE my nails after paying that much and I don’t. I even had to come home and file them myself because they were super crooked. They will charge extra for everything! The original price of a dip is $45 (that’s what I thought I would be paying) I wasn’t informed of all the extra pricing. Very overpriced and customer service is 5/10.
This business has flipped upside down and has removed some of its most key employees, now the owner who also owns at least 1 other business is rushing appointments and raising prices. You can not rush art, but the owner, Tina seems to think so otherwise. She is over stressed, under staffed and takes quantity over quality. DO NOT GO HERE if you want a simple straight forward sale, expect the prices to be at least 40% higher than listed and know that you are not as important as their back and forth conversations/arguments they share on the floor.
Not a pleasant experience. I came to get a full set and the acrylic job was done very sloppy. Nails came out stubby and blobby. I was given a coupon for 30% off before coming here by a staff member and when I showed my nail tech her mood automatically changed. She proceeded to ask the other workers about the coupon. I was questioned on who gave the coupon to me, when and where I got the coupon from by both of the workers.I believe that was very unprofessional and I most definitely will not be returning.

Im very impressed with the salon and spa itself! Very clean and well-kept the staff youre very genuine and friendly! Have a good eye and Steady Hand to create such wonderful shape for me as well as design! Im very impressed and very affordable price.
I have noticed the difference in how most of the employees treat Black customers and I can say that I am truly disappointed. With the exception of one very nice gentleman at the counter, everyone else, including and especially the owner have shown their racial bias in the quality of service given to Black customers. I have been to this establishment probably around 10 times, ranging from services such as a lip wax, pedicure and manicure and I can say with all honesty that the owner has not once been kind to me. She has never given me a genuine greeting, but when a White customer comes in she is extremely pleasant. I stopped going there for this reason and for the fact that the quality of work they do is a 5/10 at best.

Beautiful salon. Best place to apply and maintain the dip nails. The nail product has the color built in so no possibility of chipped polish. They always have the newest and greatest stuff.
Went to this salon for their dip powder manicure. The color options were great, the staff was friendly & super professional & I love the manicure! They have mood nail options & glow options! Cant wait to come back!
Ive had a pedicure and fill in done here on a couple of occasions. Overall results were below average to average at best compared to other places Ive been. The only real plus was the shop appeared to be clean.Unfortunately I found the owner to be rude. She definitely shows bias in the way she greets and treats the black customers. The shop is close to my home so I was excited about that but I will definitely not be returning.
This place is awful! I went in to get my wedding nails done and the nail tech did a horrible job! My nails looked huge and uneven. The staff was rude and were talking about customers right in front of me, saying rude things. They have a gorgeous salon with no one in it. I was still charged for my nails even when I was unhappy. I’m shocked they are still in business!
Nice place. 2nd time had dip done . I was very pleased that it lasted almost 4 weeks and i have my hands in water quite a bit. Nail tech Keo is very good . I would like more time spent on a total manicure e,g. manually grooming and oiling cuticles, massaging fingers and hands, hand scrub to remove dry skin.
First time coming here and I fell in love. I tried out a dip powder for my nails. And its way better than gel and it will last much much longer than gel. Also got my eyebrows tinted. The girls are pretty awesome at what they do. I felt very welcome. Would highly recommend going there, especially if you have anxiety.
I love this place the staff is awesome! friendly and great.. I was reading some of the comments and I must say I have never experienced a racial bias for being an african american person. i have been going there for sometime and each of the staff members have treated me with respect and talk during the time they are providing service. I enjoy my the time spent in the salon. its clean, profession and friendly service. Cant please everyone even if you try... Keep up the great Service! its hard to find.

I went to get a acrylic balance . I would not recommend going here if you are getting anything beside a basic mani. She did a great job shaping my nails but i feel for the basic design i got, the job shouldnt have took almost over 2 hours for a basic balance with no designs and just gel polish. Also this set is very thin and ive had 3 nails break in 2 days. It was a waste of $55 because im just gonna have to set removed and get a new set.

Ive been to this establishment twice. The first time was Easter weekend, the owner was extremely rude and my nails were horrible. On both occasions Ive noticed the owner speak to white customers more friendly, more in depth and more often than she did to black customers. One time she didnt even take her eyes from thher computer screen to speak to me. I returned the following Monday and asked for them to be fixed. The polish was not even and has began to peel. When I asked for the nails to be repaired the young lady who initially provided the service and laughed at my request. Literally! I had to basically argue with two staff members for my nails to bget repaired. Finally another staff member apologized, agreed that the nail were not done correctly, repaired the polish and gave me a voucher for a free balance and gel polish. Sadly, even that wasnt done correctly. The gel polish peeled from the acrylic and a fungus formed under my nail. In all the years Ive had my nails manicured I have never developed a fungus. I would NOT recommend this establishment.

Awful customer service. Awful mani pedi. I had 4 acrylic nails lift & fall off in 1 week. I was very unhappy with the shape. I went back and requested a new nail tech for a repair and she was even worse. Didn’t even know how to handle acrylic powder and they look terrible and lumpy. They didn’t even get my vodka tonic right. Never returning.
Horrible experience! Do not let the aesthetic of the place fool you! I had gone two different times to this nail salon and both times by manicure, pedicure and overall experience was shameful. I live down the street from the salon and was really looking forward to my appointment based on a few reviews. Funny enough, everywhere else in New Albany and Gahanna is extremely difficult to get into after work, but Pascarti is as easy as walking in because they are dead. I am assuming that is due to the lack of professionalism and no returning business. To sum up the aftermath of my manicure...they were the wrong color (which she knew), crooked, cut down wayyy shorter than I had asked for and then were chipped, lifting and falling apart a few days after. (It was a dip manicure, those typically last me 1 month, not 3 days). I was upset and wanted to go elsewhere to get them fixed, but felt I needed to share my experience and give them one more shot to fix them. The manager I spoke to on the phone was the same manager that did my mani and pedi. She said no problem, and stated that I should come in and that they would take care of it and fix me up. To say the least, that did not happen. I came in to my appointment, that she had booked me and when I walked in, she ignored my every move and acted as if she had no idea who I was and then put me with someone else. Then refused to fix my nails, after she stated that she would and would also not pay for them, when she messed them up in the first place. The girl I had had that day was sweet and understanding but could only give me a 20% discount and sadly still did not do a great job on my nails. This place is ran very, very unprofessionally. -- I am sure there are a few great and talented people in that salon, but that one manager sadly ruins it for you all. The place is beautiful on the inside and the new little bar area was nice, but you have to work on your quality of work and customer service. I hope you all take the time to read this and consider you are losing a fantastic client that would have brought lots and lots of money weekly, to your business. Techs lack training. This is the second visit where the tech was asking another tech the steps in the pedicure process. I wonder if they are all fully licensed.

I had the misfortune of having my nails done by Vivian. I didn’t catch her name because she was entirely too busy texting instead of paying attention to my nails. Eventually she stopped texting only to FaceTime. She ended up standing up and walking to the back to continue her conversation. She applied an uneven number of coats to my nails, and did not evenly drill them down. I will only return to this location because my friend had her mani/pedi done by John and he was so personable and did a fantastic job.
I’ve been coming here for about a year to get my nails dipped and pedis regularly! All of the staff has done a wonderful job every time.
The owner had my son working while I was getting my nails done. I felt so disrespected. How rude. To make matters worse she had him tearing up cotton. Then asked if I could leave her a tip and rolled her eyes when I responded no thanks. After paying she said she forgot to charge me for the cut down, which is $3 but charged my card over $7 and said it was do to tax. Smh. Couldnt believe the lack of customer service and scam.What a shame cause the place was beautiful.Never again!!!!!
The atmosphere was gorgeous and the staff was friendly, and the free wine was fantastic, but a few things that threw off my friend and I....We both got gel Manis and basic Pedis. $69 after tax so $80 after tip, which seemed a bit high, especially for how basic it all was....-My friend got a french pedi- and the white was very large. She requested a thinner line, only to find he barely touched it, but she didnt want to complain again.-The leg massages were a quick rub of lotion- I honestly dont even remember it happening. :(-The manicures were good, but I had no soak at all, while my friend soaked. She cut my cuticles dry, which Ive been told is terrible for them.-The hand massage was again, non-existent-While our techs were doing our nails they were discussing getting drunk on the weekend, and having a party and drinking that night. Not very professional.Overall my toes and nails turned out well, but for basic service and the price we paid, I will most likely go somewhere else.

Awful! The kids are loud, and constantly cry everytime I am there. I wanted to come for a relaxing mani and pedi but the kids run around and cry. Came out more stressed than I already was. They look professional, but they are completely unprofessional. Nails and feet were great but was not relaxing at all.
I would not recommend to anyone! I went there 2 weeks before Christmas to get my acrylics taken off and get a gel Polish. The whole time the women was doing my nails she was distracted by the other employees and the employees children. She was not paying attention at all and grinded my REAL nail down to the skin on one of my index fingers! She said oh Im so sorry and held pressure on it and went back to grinding my real nails with a tool that is supposed to only be used on acrylic nails. She then put the gel polish on. It started to chip in less than 2 days because my nails where so thin from her grinding them down to nothing. After the gel polish starting to come off, I was in so much pain because all of my nails where so raw because there was barely any nail left. HALF of one of my thumb nail came off and it is now nearly April and I finally was able you get my nails done again because they are full grown back. I have been to tons of nail salons and have never had a worse experience.And to top it all off, I was charged for a manicure and I did not even get one. I called back and she said I could come back and she would refund the extra amount or I can get a discount for the next time. Well, my experience was so bad I did not even want to go back for the money.Do not waste your time and money here. If you like having nails, stay away from this place.

Long read.Sorry in advance.I was in in September to treat myself to a gel manicure. (I dont often get the charge to treat myself with a full time job and 2 small kids). I was impressed with how much the salon has changed over the years. I have been casually coming to this location since it was just a small place with a few staff - DeJa Vu and other names, too. I was pleased to see that the lady who I always thought did a great job - was still here...not completely sure of her name but she tells me it is Tina.I was sat with a technician named Vin who I believe is the daughter of the Tins whom I recognized. She was young and only in high school, but I thought..surely she will do ok. :)Wrong. She talked me into a dip (NexGen) manicure, which I was very excited for - but was $$$. It turned out pretty terrible. They looked very clumpy and uneven. They were not pretty at all. And to make matters worse - they popped off the very next day! I was shocked, I was told that my $60 manicure would last a month. I have had many gel manicures here in the past and was very satisfied, so I wanted to get the chance to get a new set.I called and was able to speak with the lady on the phone. She advised me to text an image to a cell number. Which I did. I had correspondence with a gentleman named Kon. He assured me that I would be given a gift certificate for the $58 & change that I spent and I could redeem it at any time. Phew... I was thrilled. Perhaps just a pedi next time. I asked if I should come in to get my certificate, our could it stay there until I come back in. As I dont live close and dont get pampered often. He said it would be ok in the salon and that I did NOT have to fetch it. GREAT I thought.So, yesterday I swing in the shop (3 months from service date, yes...dont get pampered often) & brought my phone with the texts that I had saved in case I needed them. But I did NOT think I would.Wrong again. The receptionist acted as a go between and would NOT entertain me with a brief meeting with the new manager. It had been too long, plus Kon was no longer there. Ok. But I saw Vin & Tina were there, so I offered to wait - so I could discuss with Tina after she finished with her client. Nope. Not going to happen. Leave your number - we will call you. I was flabbergasted. But acquiesced, left my number, and drove the 30 minutes home...completely dumbfounded.No call that night, so I called back today. Same receptionist answered. Asked to talk to Tina and she was not in yet. Ok, have her call me when she comes in - I said. She has clients - he said. I understand that, it will only take a minute.She called me today and I explained the situation and circumstance and offered to come in, show the text messages, and even settle on the amount owed - so she didnt lose on Kons.She did not make any effort to perform customer satisfaction. She was rude. In her defence, she did offer a half price service. I explained that did not want to pay MORE money, when I was already in the negative.I offered to settle on receiving half of my credit back by way of retail or anything really - but not wanting to spend another dime if possible.She said no. I was stunned. At this point the conversation was very uncomfortable and NOT satisfying me as a consumer. So I explained that I would be providing feedback on websites and social media. She said, go ahead - obviously not interested at ALL in bad publicity. So I hung up.Frustrated.Dissatisfied.Will not be back. Not that I am sure Pascarti Staff care, but would definitely NOT recommend to friends, family, or the public in general.BE BLESSED IN 2017.
