This place is always kept clean. Most of the equipment is new. The older ones are well maintained. The owner and the lady attendant are both extremely nice to their customers. The dryers are hot. They have TV to watch, vending machines for soda & snacks. Smoking area outside and plenty of parking spaces. They stay open later now. (Think they close at 11) The bathrooms are spotless. They have soap powders & etc for sale (vending machine sizes) and a change machine. Usually they are not crowded but sometimes they have been really busy. I assume that depends on what time you go. When I go it has always been later in the day/ evening hours so I cant really say how busy they are during other hours.

Very good laundromat! I really like the people and the atmosphere more than the other ones Ive been to. The customer seating is much more comfortable. Free cable TV and Wifi. Very clean facility- inside and outside. The staff are always extremely friendly.

Its been years since I went to a laundromat, but Soap Haven was amazing! Very clean, places to sit and wait during the washing/ drying process and they even have vending machines for snacks. Try them out!

The people that work here are pretty cool especially bobby. They have some good washers and dryers and plenty of room to move around and fold clothes. Very welcoming atmosphere mainly due to the paintwork and space.

Sush a great laundromat, very inviting place to wash your things. Deep washers that leaves your things smelling and feeling very sanitized. I highly recommended this gem!! 💙Jenn D

Extremely clean and polite staff. The attendant even gave me some of her dryer sheets to use when I forgot to bring mine. Comfy chairs to fold your clothes as well. This was my first time coming and I’ll be coming back to do my laundry here!

This used to be my favorite even after I bought a washing machine and dryer still can hear but last time I came here theres a new attendant she was so rude and nasty I came in to get the change in my laundry and you get my laundry out of the car she actually asked me was I doing laundry there while I was getting quarters I mean why would I be getting change and carry and laundry if I wasnt going to do my laundry do people really want your quarters that bad. And unfortunately after I loaded all of my laundry into one of the big washers I didnt even work I had to turn around and take it all back out of that one and put it into another one and I think I rushed off because it when my clothes are coming out in dryer it was 30 minutes till close and said she was already locking the doors she wanted me to hurry and leave

Very clean quite machines work great. Good place to steal a little quite time. Free WiFi snack and drink machines. Covered bench for us smokers. My one and only choice for doing my laundry outside of my home.

The website said one time but the clerk put us out before 10PM and our clothes wasnt completely dry and she didnt refund any money saying that I can come get my clothes tomorrow

Customer service is wonderful. She even did the laundry for us. She was very nice and it was very clean. Every two weeks we will return.

While my clothes where washing I was sitting in my car waiting for them to get done the attendant pulled up and went in I had left my dryer sheet on top of the machine I was using when he picked the up I flashed my lights to let him know that they were mine i had also left my basket in the cart as I was getting out to go in I was confronted in the parking lot by the attendant who started yelling at me about flashing my lights at him and was threaten and treated like trash because I asked the attendant if my basket was a problem being in the cart he stared at me while I was waiting for my laundry to finish and when I started back he threaten me with violence l have been going to this place since they where a 24hr laundry and have never been treated like this I have met the owners several times and they were always nice but now with what happen Sunday night 2/2/20 around 9 pm I will never go again and I recommend no one else goes there either was also told by attendant that he close the place when he wants the time on the door means nothing

Me and my coworkers did the drop off service and we went to pick it and all are stuff was mixed with each others also my one co-worker and me got less clothes back this place needs to do weekly drug testing to the man and lady that run it never going back if I could give it negigitave stares I would
