Horrible. Came here to do dry cleaning as it was the closest one to my house. They took it no problem. I come back a week later, and nobody was working. I stayed here for half an hour, and nobody was here to help me pick up my clothes I ALREADY PAID FOR. Would not recommend. Avoid.

Clean and reasonably priced. The dryers are big, they dry large loads quickly. In and out no long waits.

Love that they have a prepaid card instead of quarters and the different washer/dryer sizes to accommodate larger load amounts without doubling the price for each extra one. Instead its only $1 more to upgrade from a one load to a two load washer (for example).

They have good access to washers and dryers, but no bathroom open to the customers.

The staff was extremely rude. Sigh….I came in today 10 minutes before 6 pm and that was the time for the last load because they close at 7.It was a lady overseeing the operation. She was mumbling “washing machines shut down in 5 minutes” and I was just trying to get some clarification. I wanted to understand what she meant by shut down in 5 minutes, was it no machines would operate at all in 5 minutes or if you started your cycle before the cut time you would be fine.The lady was at first passive aggressive and didn’t give me any clear answer and as I kept asking for clarification she just started acting aggressively “start loading the machine and stop arguing with me!!”I mean I was not trying to argue with you. I simply wanted to get more information to see if I should go somewhere else……….Anyway……. Poor customer service…….

Best Laundromat with 50lb washers and a cavernous 80lb dryer. Takes a laundry card that you put cash on and no coin-op which makes it a little easier. 7.00 for 50lb wash and 3.00 for 80lb dry. Always dry/clean after one cycle.

Not crowded like most places.

I love coming here! Theres always availability and the place is kept clean. The laundry cards were a new concept to me but easy to figure out. Its a great way to do you laundry with a credit/debit card. I routinely use the drop-off service and get my clothes the next day, sometimes even the same day if they arent too busy. I want to give a special shout out to Pamela! Shes almost always there and her service is top-notch! I keep going back because of her.

Ive had to use this location for a few weeks while my dryer is broken. Not terribly expensive or packed with people. They have a dispenser for soap if you forget to bring your own too. Their staff is friendly and helpful and quick to answer any questions you have. The main worker Ive interacted with is Pam and shes great. The hours would be nice to have open a little later and the few arcade machines in the back dont work, but who really goes to a laundromat to play arcade machines anyway? Id recommend using this location for your laundry should the need arise.

A nice, quiet, and clean laundromat. I never see more than a couple people at once which is nice because they have limited parking for about 5 cars. Ive been going here for two years and have never had any problems. You buy one of their cards and can refill with cash or a credit/debit card. A 50lb washer (medium/big size) is 7$ but the smaller ones are like 4 or 5$, dryers are like 2$ for 35mins.I can do two medium sized baskets of clothes here for 10$

I always go here because it accepts CC. My most recent experience was a nightmare! There was NO ONE working there-which there usually is. I was there for 4 hours (still no one came in-thought they might be on lunch) and the card machines that ALWAYS act up took $30 dollars from me. I have called, left message, gone back in and left a note and still nothing... it’s been a week now. Once again.. NO ONE was there to help. Everyone in there was in shock at the lack of help, working machines and they all lost money too. Ridiculous.Update-I usually have a good experience here. Sounds like the woman (very nice lady) that works there was sick.

This place is not safe, had a guy yelling right in my face for wearing a mask and not shaking his hand after he was yelling at an employee for trying to make him wear a mask. He also was sleeping on a bench coughing everywhere and throwing his clothes in with other peoples clothes to wash his for free. Police were called by the employee twice, but they didnt do anything except ask him to leave. I was merely a bystander and he decided I was the one who called the police and threatened me and everyone else there (I didnt call the police). Hell be back for sure, and hes unstable and a danger to real customers. Stay far away from this place. Im never going back, even if they let me wash for free.

Owner never called the plumber to fix the restroom that does not make customers happy. I am still coming back to this laundromat.

Its in a minie mall got lost for a few service was good my first time there my daughter granddaughter order food dash but there was no delivery working in that area for this time

Very dissatisfied. One of the more expensive machines took my money and never started. No one was working there to assist. I was there 2 hours (Family of 5 lots of laundry) no one was working. I called and no one ever return my message. I decided to go back the following week to do laundry again and talk to someone. I went on a completely different day and time from before. The same, no was there the entire 2 hours I was there. I can almost understand someone not supervising, but come on return customer calls.

I used to come here for laundry when I lived up here. Lately, I have been hit up by homeless people every time I come here. The employee does not seem to care about it. I understand the problems that the homeless face but to the point where they interrupt people from conducting business Im getting tired of it. Something needs to happen or change or Im going elsewhere.

Clothes were stolen right out of the dryer before the cycle was done, meaning only some of the machines lock while they’re being used. Someone had it on film of the guy stealing my clothes, and the manager refused to call me back about a refund on my laundry card that I had just loaded before this incident with $20. Employee said this happens a lot and they don’t do anything about it, so I’ll not be returning even though I’m losing money. Dont go here!

Good basic laundymat

Machines are great, however, there is never any staff, so if there is an issue adding $ to your card, theres never anyone there to help.In regards to response from the owner. I know how to use the machines, I have used them many times, however, neither was working and when I called to report the issue, no one answered or called back

Avoid avoid avoid. Didnt relaize the hours were changed and this place closes at 7pm. Ok so I just figured I would get my clothes in the morning when they open wrong. Clothes stolen and the owner/manager is highly unhelpful. This is probably because ive seen the manager actually throw someones clothes out of the store 5 minutes before closing another time I was here. I have a current open police report for the theft.

A quick preface—I’m a very clean person and I’ve always been kind of put off by laundromats. But after some chronic problems with my apartment’s machines, I made the switch, and I have not been disappointed. This place is clean and the machines work well and reasonably quickly, as long as you’re careful not to exceed the optimal load sizes. The prices are kind of high, but you can optimize cost efficiency by using just one of the biggest washers ($7 for a 50lb wash, $9 for a 70lb wash.) They use a laundry card system where you load cash or credit onto a laundry card they issue you, and you use that to pay.I’ve been here three or four times now, and I’ve only seen someone at the desk on one of those occasions...but that said, when I did find an employee to explain the washing card system on my first visit, she was kind and accommodating!

Just so you know. This is the SECOND time that I show up at 9 AM, and there was no one to open. Waited outside for 45 min. Whoever is supposed to open should be fired. This is TWICE already. I dont like wasting my time, nor do the other 10 people who were outside waiting for you to open. As an owner, I know I would be upset if there were 10 people outside waiting from 9 to 9:45 with at least 2 loads each. Thats a lot of money. Completely unacceptable. Bad business. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD AND TIMELY SERVICE. TERRIBLE.

Not bad compared to most places I could go to to do my laundry. Clean, attendant was sweet and kept asking if I was okay or needed help. Back area seating was quiet to study while. The attendant turned off the tv when she saw I was studying, which was very kind of her. Overall I’m pleased.

Havent been to a laundry mat in years! But the lady with red hair was very helpful as I try to learn how they work again! Definitely will be a customer for life! Oh and its nice and clean too!

The attendant was as sweet as can be. I think her name was Justina. She was constantly cleaning the place and the machines were spotless. The machines were efficient and reasonable. Ill be back!

Yes, it is expensive, but the machines work (do not use the HUGE dryer right near the front door... waste of money). Love the big washers and the place is usually clean. The staff is helpful... the large windows up front make it feel safe and there is always someone working. That helps too. There ARE bathrooms for patrons, FYI.

Pretty great, was able to get all My clothes, towels, and bed stuff washed at really low cost and I love their whole card system. Only thing is I got unlucky with My drawer being that the locking mechanism was too weak to hold all My things and it would just pop open, and the timer just kept rolling. And make sure you get the durable bags because the option that says scented and pull string for the same price have neither of these things and fall apart pretty easily.

Have kind of an interesting way for you to pay for your wash with a little card little place is nice and big and it is clean the parking lot is rather small though its good for taking maybe one or two laundry loads if you live in the area

This is our favorite laundromat. The different machine sizes are great for when we have very large loads, and the dryers are the best that Ive used anywhere. The seating areas and free wifi are great for doing work while were washing clothes.

It’s clean but so overpriced $9 just to wash one load. Thankfully I have a washer I just come here to use the Dryer since mine is broke.

Minimum of $10 for a laundry card is obscene. Cant use credit card, cash, or coin on the machines. Just want to wash a comforter.

I am glad I looked at user reviews before going here. The owners replies to bad reviews is really what keeps me away. A customer complained about having to use Blue Bubbles prepaid card scheme and not being refunded the balance of what was left when finished. The owner responds with New advanced technology for better clean, requires card. Lmao. What??? If I wanted to waste a half hour researching this, I could find a hundred laundromats with state of the art machines that take coins. The card system is obviously just a way to make more money. If the owner just said, Sorry, but the card system is best for our business and most customers like it, that would at least be an honest answer. Shady.That plus what is apparently poor parking access...Ill pass.

Horrible Customer Service!!They scam people by forcing them to put money on a prepaid card that can only be used at the laundromat. I then did not use all of the money on my laundromat card, so I asked for a reruns and they told me they were unable to do it. I was not told this ahead of time. So Im out money and they get money for absolutely nothing! Its a scam, at minimal they should post signs notifying people that there are no refunds once money are put in there mandated laundry cards.

Now my regular laundromat. Costs more than most places, but the machines can hold way more than most as well. Bring a few loads, put them in one machine, and you save money. Ive never had a bad experience.

I went my first time on monday and there was a very kindly short-haired blond woman that explained to me how the self-laundary sytem works. As a foreing in this country, with all the huge difference from my own, I am very gratfull for her help. The machines were very good also. So, I recomend it without hesitation!.

Very pricey. The dryers are turned down so you have to keep feeding it. All money is put on a card so no qaurters ( which is about the only good thing I experienced on this trip) IF I only had a load ot two, this place is ok but if Im doing more than that then I recommend wash and tan on 161.

I think their washers and dryers are over priced by far. The staff is a little strange (but arent all laundromat staff a little strange?) I went here recently to wash some clothes because my HE washers and dryers were out of commission. I put $30 on a card and spent $12 to wash 2 loads of laundry! Wow! That is ridiculous. I feel bad for the college kids around the area I dont know how they can afford to clean their clothes.

Very clean and air-conditioned, but owners a bit strange, bordering on harassing. I used a Groupon for a 20.00 laundry card and then loaded 15.00 more on it. The clerk then said I had to provide private info,including phone, address and email address. When I declined, she said I had to surrender my laundry card. She followed me for 5-6 minutes while Iwas loading machines, until I finally gave in, when I just went ahead and wrote something illegible on her clipboard registration sheet. Aghast that she wanted to confiscate the laundry card because she could not collect private information.
