People there are so nice. They also wash your clothes for you. Not for free of course. I also heard from someone in there that they do face recognition so you are very safe when you are there washing their clothes. I would definitely go back to this place

The best experience Ive had doing laundry, and the washers / dryers only take about 25 minutes each, so you can get all your laundry done within an hour! Theres nice workers, and lots of lovely plants to look at as well. Not too expensive, or time consuming.

My washer broke today so I googled nearest laundromats. I picked Wash’Ur’Clothes because of its great reviews. I wasn’t disappointed! It was very clean and Natasha was wonderful, she was very helpful. This will be my go-to laundromat whenever I need one. Thank you.

Washers and dryers are huge and quick ! None of my clothes came out damp and the service here is incredible. You can even sit and relax while your clothes wash because the air conditioner is amazing it feels so good in here (: I’ll definitely be returning!

I have been using this location for 2 years, and never had a problem. After today, I will not be back. This evening while I was doing my laundry. I was one of 7 people in the location, and I was the ONLY one wearing a mask. This includes the person working. Considering Franklin County is currently a level purple with new cases, I find this unacceptable. I will drive farther to keep myself safe.

I love this place and only do my laundry there now!They take cards, so no more messing around with quarters. And you can purchase soap there. But if you use the small washers, of course they have a change machine.They have a variety of sizes of washers and dryers, so you can do all of your laundry at once. This is a huge time saver! I did four regular size laundry loads today all at once in less than an hour today!Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are free dry days as long as you wash there!Ive not tried their drop off and pick up service though.

Constant loiterers coming in and out. Attendant and loiterers were not masked, nor were the other two patrons i encountered. Loiterers helped themselves to the wifi and vending machines while the attendant was in and out smoking. Posted immediately upon leaving. I encourage the owners to watch their video surveillance more frequently.

So........I dont trust anyone else other than myself with my clothing for multiple reasons. Nor am I ever satisfied whenever I have taken it places to be done due to time restrictions or I just dont effing feel like doing it.....but desperately should do laundry if you know what I mean. It is tedious and not how I want to spend an entire day doing on the weekend. The amazing folks at this place never disappoint at all. What would take me an entire 8 hrs at home. Takes no more than dropping it off at the counter and waiting for the phone call for curbside pickup. For a mere fraction of every other place I have tried. And the place is so clean that it could easily make a person throw the mask in with the wash without hesitation. 5 star service with a 1/4 of a star price. They even follow my written requests for wash Temps and amounts of detergent ect that I requested once and that was the very first time I went in. I will never bother looking for any other place to wash mine or anyone elses clothes ever again. Ever. I appreciate yall at Wash UR Clothes. Thank you

I’ve been coming to this laundry mat for about a year and I have been very pleased. It’s very clean and the staff is very helpful and nice. I went from going to buckeye wash and tan for years to wash ur clothes and I’m thankful I came across this business. To be honest I was skeptical about it at first but after my first time I was won over by wash ur clothes and haven’t went anywhere else to wash my clothes since. They even have free dry days twice a week. Definitely the place to go. You will be treated with respect and kindness. I love this place!!

They have a lot of washing machines and all of them work. The machines take quarters or download an app to start the machines with a credit or debit card. A few days of the week they offer free dry.

My wife loves this place and they have free dry days also you can use a credit or debit card.

I have been going there for years. But today really scared me. A man came up to me asking for money. Just paced infront of me. The guy working at the counter like this guy was not in front me. They lost my business they can not keep their customers safe.

The lady there was so very nice and helpful I couldnt see to put the detargent in the machine so she did it for me she went way above the place was so clean and quiet I will definitely be going back.

Came in on a Sunday night. It was pretty slow but there were still two attendants on duty which was nice. I hadnt been to a laundromat in years and whenever I looked stumped or confused, without me even asking they were right there. Its clean, well lit, safe and they have multiple sizes in machines, large enough for extra large comforters, etc. The only reason Im taking a star off is that it is an old school laundry so machines only take quarters (no credit readers like newer laundries) but they do have an ATM and the fact its old school could be a positive too. Its also kind of small, I wouldnt come when they are busy. They have vending machines and theres a carryout next door. All in all good place.

Went here for the first time on Friday and it was a very awesome experience! The attendant was very friendly with great rapport. The machines are all brand new and work great. Hands down, the best one in the area. I think we found our new neighborhood laundromat!

Very nice place to wash your clothes, have all brand new machines and the staff ( Joe) was a great help, he went above and beyond to help me and my husband showing us which machines would be appropriate for what we had to wash, because they have very large machines down to a load I believe it was. I highly recommend, the area like most at night would be my only concern but its on the edges of German village on high and just down the street in walking distance is buckeye donuts and those are 5 star also...

This place is always super clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. The machines are all very new and reasonably priced and there are a variety of sizes to fit any size load. There is an ATM, bill changer, and change machine in the building so you don’t need to go looking through the old change jar before you go. There are also several newer tv’s and some vending machines. Overall I couldn’t ask for a better local laundromat.

Dont recommend this place to anyone of color. I asked to use the restroom that has an outnif and order sign on the door. I witness a white woman ask the owner was there another rest room and the owner said that there was nothing wrong with the restroom. She could use it and that the lock was on the inside. So, I decided to ask to use the same rest room with the same out of order sign on the door and was told that I could not. . The only difference is that I am a black man. Isnt this 2020. I thought those days were over.

DO NOT GIVE THESE NEW OWNERS AS OF MARCH 2019 YOUR MONEY!! My boyfriend was doing laundry here and he called me to walk up there because he was not feeling well. As I was getting change from my boyfriend, who is African American, the owner was sitting in her car and yelled across the parking lot “Can you not do that in my parking lot.” Insinuating that I was buying drugs. I told her that I didn’t know what she was talking about but I was just here to do my laundry. I turned around and went into the store to finish putting our clothes into the dryer. After I finished I went back outside to see the self proclaimed owner of the store standing by my car with her German Shepherd. She was staring at me so I asked her what her problem was. She appeared intoxicated and instigated a verbal argument with me. She made comments insinuating that my boyfriend looked like someone who was there previously, I’m assuming because the other guy was african American as well. I just spent my hard earned money at this lady’s store to be made to feel embarrassed and like a criminal by the owner. She racially profiled my boyfriend and I. I feel that everyone needs to be warned not to spend their money here and to be made aware of racist business owners in our communities. I NEVER EVEN GOT AN APOLOGY!!

This is the best laundrymat in Columbus. Everything is clean and new. The prices are comparable to other places. The owers are extremely friendly and helpful. I would only suggest the employees wear something to indicate who they are. It was hard to tell who was working and who were customers.

Like new washers and dryers. The mega load washers hold a surprising amount. The ez card system is new to me but I can see the ease of it for city life. My only dislike is that its not 24 hours (8:30pm last load time), but again, I can see why certain places are not open late.

I enjoy this laundromat, the owner comes in some times and is very friendly, he always says thank you to his customers when hes on his way out. 3 women work here that Ive intereacted with- 2 of them are so nice, super attentive and very helpful. Theyll open the door for you when you come in with a heavy load and accommodating when the dryers arent working. The other woman is horrible, not helpful, rude, talks back to the customers, never opens the door and wont offer a new dryer when one isnt working. Dont go when shes working she provides horrible service.

First time here. My sister was going to wash her beddings. So I needed up tagging along with 6 baskets full of clothes, blankets and beddings. I was very pleased with my experience. Employees were very nice and helpful. One great perk my nephew had to go but the staff made his experience very nice. Got a popsicle out of it...lol I will be back again.

I am an employee and the hours are wrong on here. Our hours are 7 am and last wash has to be started by 8:30 so I suggest getting there by 8:15 so your not rushing. Our washing machines are set on a timer. Thank you and we appreciate your business - Amber

If I could give 0 stars I would. This new owner is advertising for laundry employees and when you get there the application process asks you to also work for her dog grooming business. On top of that they ask you what would you do in a robbery situation? Are you kidding me? Who wants to work for a roberry area? Im 42 yrs young and Ive never been asked this question and I was a business owner for over 5 years in the Savannah GA area. I would NEVER ask any potential employee that question. I gave the female owner some advice and I received the same demeanor as all the bad reviews Thank You...well no thank you is what I responded. I give this place 5 years max no matter how clean it is customer service matters the most and these people dont understand this concept yet. I should start my own laundromat business if this is customer service they offer! Smh! This person just tried to respond after my personal review and tried to disreguard me. Well hun Im not crazy unless you lied to me saying I didnt talk to the owner well the owners name is Trina and she did speak to me after I gave her some interview tips. These people are from New York I guess Trinas double said that too huh? . Oh and lets not forget to wash, trim, cut nails and take care of foea ridden animals. What I told this girl is if I wanted to take care of animals I would have applied to do so. I applied for a laundry position and not expected a question of what would I do if I got robbed. They just lost a customer today. I work in the service industry and Mondays are my only days to do laundry. Upon arrival to the laundromat I saw a sign stating that the last load in was at 3:30 for the holiday and the doors were locked. It was 3:25.
