I went to night and day dental in Clayton NC yesterday and had the best experience ever!! Everyone was incredibly friendly, I received very detailed information, everyone was very patient and understanding. I could have gone to another location but I thank god for sending me to this location, I’m comfortable and looking forward to my next appointment!! If your looking for fast affordable dental service this is the place to be.

My dental assistant was the bomb.com.She was working with Dr.G tonight. Its sad but I dont remember her name. Description.:Petite frame with small box braids. She was so knowledgeable! I appreciate the quality of care that I received! The dentist was knowledgeable and very personable. His bedside manor is EXCELLENT! I have dental anxiety but this visit was top notch!

My family and I have been patients at Night & Day Dental for almost 4 years now. They have always been friendly and take excellent care of all of us. The later hours make it’s so easy for work and school hours.

I have always been anxious about having to go to the dentist, i can never relax, it’s almost my worst nightmare because of bad experiences in the past. With that being said i will for sure recommend this office. They are amazing everyone is super nice. I saw doctor Baker and he made me feel very comfortable, i was actually happy to be in the dentist office (which has never happened in my life). Then i saw the dental Hygienist Mrs. Marie and i can not say good enough things about her, she did a phenomenal job, she took her time, i was extremely happy to have her taking care or my teeth. I felt so comfortable that i went 2 days on a row to see her and since then i know i won’t be seeing any other hygienist. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice, just do yourself a favor an make an appointment you won’t regret it.

Great place! got in within 2 days for a extraction staff was understand and compassionate. I’m deathly afraid of the dentist and I had the best experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have always feared going to the dentist since I was child. The people here are so nice and friendly. They have really worked with me and my crazy schedule. I have even been seen on Saturdays which is almost unheard of. I really like the manager, Crystal, who I hear through the grapevine is always working whether in the office or away, I believe it. Its a well run machine they have going.

Dr. Baker was awesome. He just finished doing an extraction on one of my top molars. My appointment was at 7:40pm I arrived 2 minutes early and I was on my way home before 8:20 pm. He explained what was expected and what was happening the whole way through. His assistant was very attentive during and informative afterwards. If I had anything that I was unhappy about or disappointed in it would have to be that I couldnt have had the tooth extracted same day as the initial appointment even after having previously completed a round of antibiotics just prior to the initial appointment and paying the cash price for the emergency appointment. However, I was able to get an appointment early the following week despite being in pain, it was almost $200 more expensive than what my original dentist would have charged (he didnt have any openings) but I guess affordable enough to get it pulled. Reason they wouldnt allow a same day extraction at the initial appointment was they wanted to make sure I had adequate time to make an informed decision of whether to have a root canal with build up and crown after, or to have it extracted. Difference in price for that 1 tooth and the two different options was right at $3,000.Make no mistake: my five star rating is for Dr. Baker and his assistant only and the service they provided.If I had to give the entire experience a rating Id say 2.5 stars. The process in general to get the service I originally desired is what brought my rating down.

Night & Day dental is wonderful. Everyone was very professional, the wait time was great, the thoroughness was nice, and they know what they are doing clinically and financially. Even though I had a complicated order, per usual, 🙃 they were thurough and put my needs before their own. I also really enjoy the fact that they have office hours that work for more than just the 9-5, and I think that is where they really have that power as a business. The front desk were bilingual and that was nice to see. I really enjoyed my time there.

From the moment you walk in the door until you leave the entire staff is amazing. I am horribly anxious about seeing a dentist and that anxiety melted away when I was put at ease by everyone taking care of me. Dr. Craig is very patient and explains everything that needs to be done while the techs and hygienists are friendly and professional. I will no longer have the anxiety issues as long as Night and Day Dental is around.

They were very patient, understanding and really seemed to care. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentistry, but everyone I met with put me at ease. They were so very considerate when it came to putting my treatment plan into place.

Had a appointment at 8:30 pm they called and bumped it up 4pm. Got there at 345 and was out by 415. Quick easy to the point. Staff was very nice and helpful.

How many of us, just dont like going to the dentist. My experience at Night & Day, the Doctor was gentle and theory. The Doctor educated me, and understood how I was feeling. The office help was friendly, caring, and they worked together to get the job done. Im so glad I went to Night and Day! I cant wait for my next appointment!

She was extremely nice and very welcoming. Im pretty sure my family has found a new dental practice for all of our dental care!

My mom had pain so I called this location and scheduled an appointment. They did x rays, dental exam but didnt give her treatment because they didnt have a space for treatment. They did not explained that when I called for the appointment. She came out crying confused because she had her pain worse and didnt get treatment (she is over 65 years old). She cant get emergency treatment in any other dentist office because she has certain amount of money allowed per year for dental (medicare part c complementary)and it was explained at the time that the appointment was scheduled and they used it and didnt gave her relief. Now she still have the pain and not even a tylenol was recommended and she cant get any treatment and wait until an appointment is available in this location. I am very disappointed on how an elderly woman was treated and left in pain after all.

First time here as a new patient, it was a great experience from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone looking for dental care.

I visited Night and Day Dental in Clayton. It was my first time at this location. Since they are open until 10:00 at night I had a 7:30 app. The office was very clean and the young lady that checked me in was very nice and courteous. I was having pain in the upper right molar. After the X-rays the dentist came in Dr. Baker and he too was very nice and thorough in my exam. I received my antibiotics and a plan of care. It was a good experience. Great staff

Was a wonderful experience from making my phone call with knowledgeable personnel who answered phone to the clinical staff with giving great care andspending plenty of time showing us the xray and specific follow up directions. Our family dentist was closed so we called night and day to help with an adult tooth that fell out. Fortunately we put it back in within a hour after it fell out and the dentist took a look same day we called and thinks it will be fine! We put it in milk while we figured out what to do and are so thankful we could save this tooth!! Follow up in 2 weeks to see if the nerve successfully reconnected. Praying it did. very affordable! Excellent service.

I am a woman of a certain age and at my last night dental appointment, Marie took a moment to show me my x-rays so I could see exactly why they needed to do the impending procedure. Never have I had someone take the time to do this!. The staff is also very accommodating, professional and friendly. They were also able to get my son in at the same time so I didnt have to make two trips. Tamara took good care of him as well. So glad I found this dental office!!

This is the worst experience I ever had at a dentist. if you have ever had hesitation about going to a dentist this is definitely not the place you want to go absolutely the worst ever.

I called them at 4o’clock and I was scheduled for a 6:30 PM appointment to have a tooth extracted. At 7:30 I walked out with the tooth removed. The service was quick fast everyone was very polite the dentist was concise and to the point and did not try to sell me a mouth full of teeth that I cant either afford nor want.

First time visiting this practice. Every one was friendly, and I was informed of my options without feeling pressured. I will be returning.

First dentist Ive contacted in some time that could actually make emergeny appointments. Called, was scheduled for an appointment, and had a problem tooth removed on the same day. I was in and out in about an hour. Easily the best dentist Ive been to, and now my go-to for anything else.

This was my first time visiting N & D Dental!! Upon arrival, I noticed the cleanliness of the office. The staff was very welcoming!! Shelley was my Dental Hygienist. She was very thorough explaining everything that she was doing; asking me if I was doing okay along the way. She explained how to care for my teeth post visit. The dentist came in and was very thorough as well. He offered valuable suggestions for the health of my teeth. I truly enjoyed this visit. I will definitely return for further treatment as well as recommending them to family and friends!!

I just had my wisdom tooth removed. I’m 33 weeks pregnant so I was really nervous. Dr. Lee was great. Him and his assistant were quick and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Their office if very clean and they sanitize after every patient that walks in. Front desk was very nice. I definitely would recommend.☺️

AMAZING! The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and polite. You don’t have to wait but about 5-10 mins before being called back. AWEFUL!!!!!I went in under a recommendation for cash pay/ no insurance. Let me say OMG. I was seen and was told I needed over 5k in work on two teeth. I freaked, looked for a second opinion. Ended up with two second opinions. Both where confused at Night and Days statements. Had what was needed done for $250, yes you read that right.These people are crooks beyond crooks!!! Run, don’t skip.... run

They have always been above par In every aspect of their business! Their customer service is fantastic, every single person working there has an answer to any question you may have and of they dont know the answer, they will get it. The friendliness is genuine and make you feel extremely comfortable in what can be a quite an uncomfortable situation! For me, I was told I had to get a full mouth extraction/dentures and to say I was not only the most embarrassed Ive ever been in my life, but also the greatest blow to my confidence/appearance Ive ever had. Immediately following the news, both girls (assistant/tech/hygienist? Not sure) went right into telling me the details of how both procedures work and as the convo went on, I realized its not as bad as I thought it would be thanks to their reassurance and nonchalant-not a big deal attitude towards it instead of apologizing or acting sorry or showing pity! For that - I am forever grateful! That choice they made set the tone for my opinion and thoughts on thw entire thing. And lastly their bedside manner and professionalism is 12/10! Especially the guy who works in tje front, he has the patient of a saint and will go above and beyond every time! Overall - I cannot recommend night and day dental enough!

Man started going to Day & Night dental last year... They work with my work schedule since I work nights... The staff is very professional and upbeat... atmosphere is amazing and it doesnt smell like a dental office.... I just got 2 cavities filled in under 45 minutes and IT didnt HURT!!! From start to finish no pain not even when they numbed it... I highly recommend Day & Night dental in Clayton.

This place is awesome! I got two fillings today, and they were done quick and painlessly. Also, the big needles they use to numb your mouth? My dentist managed to make them not hurt, I’m impressed.

My daughter and I are very grateful for her, for the first time in my life ive fell asleep during a dentist visit. Very accommodating! Extremely professional. Painless! The receptionist, the temperature taker, the hygienist and the dentist exceeded my expectations! All Night and Day dental are not created equal! But the Clayton facility is Awesome in every way! I love the hours, the availability and the service. Amid COVID19 they were on point with cleaning, social distancing, sanitizing. I actually witnessed ink pens being sanitized. This was my secondary dentist but as of today going forward it will be my exclusive dentist. It was worth my travel from Tarboro NC! Keep up the awesome work! And Kudos to the great staff!

I chose Night & Day Dental because of the hours and I work in Clayton so I can go right after work. They were wonderful. There were able to get me an appt within 2 weeks. From the moment I walked in everyone was pleasant and the Doctor was awesome! Im excited I found this office.

My brother went and was humiliated by the young dentist, he has bad teeth and is trying to get them fixed. Something he shouldnt feel bad about. On top of being rude didnt actually do anything but send him away with antibiotics 🤦 I work in customer service and this is simply not how you treat customers.

My wife found this place. I was looking for something that might better fit in my schedule. Night and day dental does night time appointments! 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. No other place I know does this.The staff from front desk to dental assistant to dentist to manager was great! Welcoming and very personable. Great experience and I highly recommend this facility.

I received excellent care at night and day dental! They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable! Going to the dentist can be intimidating, but night and day dental eases all your fears! I recommend them 100%
