Great laundromat! Clean, many washer and dryer options- not all require coins but there is a coin machine there in case you need them. Super efficient washers- done in 26 minutes usually! Our washer at home broke so I had to find a laundromat until the replacement came in. This place was great! Ill be back when I need to wash large bedding for sure! The 60 and 90 lb washers are awesome!

Dependable laundromat, only real issue is the air conditioning needs service and makes it extremely uncomfortable to complete the laundry tasks, especially people who are older like me. I get hot easier than most.

This place is in a nice location. Love the fact dinner of their machines accept debit/credit cards. Not needing $20 is quarts is a huge benefit. They do offer free WiFi which is another bonus. Wish there was more seating near the washers. Giving a 4 star rating as not all the machines are modern so those that are tend to always be in use

Had to wash a bulky king size comforter. Their express washer is great for this. $8.75 Washes in 30 minutes. It did a great job. Laundry facilities were staffed and very clean. Was here in the middle of the day on a Monday. Not busy at all

They do not enforce Covid mask protocol. They try to cover themselves by putting a sign on the door, but the employee working did not wear her mask properly or enforce that others wear theirs over their nose and mouth. I asked someone near me to please wear their mask properly and they refused. The place itself was fine, but I won’t choose a place where they don’t care about the safety of their customers.

Our washer is broken :-/ So after 6 yrs we were looking for a clean laundry mat to use. There we Are! Its very clean, modern and friendly staff! They have vending machines for food, drinks, laundry supplies and even a change machine! Two tvs to watch, free Wi-Fi and lots of seating!

Very clean inside. Had to wash quite a few comforters and they had a 90lbs washer that took credit cards saving the hassle of getting $9 in quarters. The lady working there is an absolute joy to talk to. She also assisted and gave best opinion on how to dry heavy comforters without breaking the bank. Dryers take credit cards too saving me from carrying $20 in quarters. I would recommend coming here for your laundry needs.

I liked it what can I say the woman is very nice shes an elderly Asian woman she helped us load our stuff shes very friendly and helpful the way she deals with rude customers is hilarious if you dont want to be cursed out by an elderly Asian woman make sure your nice and treat her with respect overall great place to wash clothes

Haven’t been to the laundry mat in over 40 years. We’re building a new home and staying in a one bedroom apartment because we sold our other house.My husband and I have been very impressed with this place. Jamie is so nice and has shown us how everything works. The facility is very clean.

I havent been to a laundromat in a very long time, but found myself needing one now. I looked on line and found this one. It is Very clean and friendly. Other customers are friendly and happy to help. The lady running it is more than happy to help with all my stupid questions. The machines run on quarters or credit card which makes it Very convenient. When I need a laundromat again, Im coming here!!!

Very polite and helpful staff. The machines are in good working condition. Very few are ever out of order so its rare to have to wait for one. And the staff do a great job of keeping it clean. Would definitely recommend.

Very disrespectful accused me of vaping in the laundry mat when I just came back from vaping outside . She didn’t obey the 6 foot rule and the other Asian lady that was with her was not wearing a mask . Never going back here again terrible costumer service the lady with the white hair stinks of cigarettes and is very abrasive towards customers . Worst experience I have ever had in a laundry mat . Also her and the other attended kept on staring at me the whole time me and my roommate were doing laundry I feel so disrespected and judged by her. Don’t recommend spending your money here take my advice on that one!! These people do not know how to respect there customers if it hit them with a brick!!!

My dryer decided not to work tonight so headed to the closest laundry mat and this place was only 8 minutes away. Been awhile since I’ve been to one but I’d like that they all take credit cards. Plenty of washers and dryers. Free WiFi too. Will come back...well if I don’t get a new dryer or get it repaired before I have to do another load.

I agree with katie..... the laundromat is great but the attendant needs to be let go!!! She is rude, prejudice, bigoted and assumed the worst from the consumer. She creates a negative environment for the consumer. People who use it already understand the rules of the laundromat.

Jamie and her ladies run a great coin-op Laundry. Its always clean and theyre never crowded. Their rates are also reasonable. We travel four miles to do our laundry here and also have them do our Dry Cleaning. They also give really good advice if you need it ( and we do, we really do, lol ).

I use this laundry for my comforters.Its always clean and quick. I enjoy being able swipe my debit card on the machine, its much easier than locating/remembering all those quarters. Woman who operates this location and tends to the counter is very nice and helpful as well.

Not enough dryers. Just had to take my clothes home wet. Way too busy. People bring in like 25 loads and when there are more washers than dryers regular people just trying to do a load can’t.

The older lady that is always there with the white hair doesn’t line children and always has little remarks about my son. He was helping push the cart for the laundry and told him to stop. Told him to get off the chair basically was complaining about things just to complain. My son is a very well behaved boy and there was no need for it. Not a child friendly place. Won’t be getting my business again.

Dirty. Cramped with not enough room to move around or push carts of laundry. Had to wait a long time for an attendant who was off doing something else. They charge 75 cents for a dryer sheet.I have been going to SC Wash and Tan on 161, which is farther away, but clean and easy to navigate. I thought Id try this closer place, but it is definitely worth driving farther to get to SC. Never again!

I always use this laundromat. As a college student, its very quick and cost efficient. I use it instead of renting a w/d set in my home.The prices are decent for me since I only do laundry once a month or so. The washers and dryers can handle a lot of heavy duty load, and take coins or credit card (which is a huge plus in my book).I spend an hour and a half here tops to do 25lbs of laundry including folding and separating.The facilities arent always clean, and its always very busy at times, but its exactly what I expected from the get go.

Dont try to use your card here, however if you go during the day, the staff is awesome. Kat is sassy but she helped the time pass, without the staff I probably would choose somewhere else. She not only talked to me between customers but she ended up helping me clean my jacket which I didnt even think of.

Best laundromat in the area. Clean and quiet. Surprisingly accepting credit cards. You can pick and choose based on weight which is good. Very well maintained latest industry grade washers. Free internet available so you can kill your time while waiting.

Great laundry mat, though I noticed that cleanliness in the restrooms could be improved. Washers and dryers work really well. This laundry mat is a one of the best places around to get your laundry done.

Coin operated which is good. Nothing to do while waiting for your laundry. No magazines or anything forbids to do, so bring your own book. Dryers didnt work very well.

Been to this place 4 times now, using 4 different machines. Each time Ive had more than 1 piece of clothing with bleech spots when I go to fold them. I cant afford to waste anymore of my nice clothing getting ruined, so I wont be back here.

Clean laundromat..free wifiI usually really like this place...clean safe enviroment..but the last two times i have been here the ladies that work here use a lot of the machines leaving not many to choose from..today all 3 90 lb were being used and 2 60 lb plus a few 50 lb..8 of the dryers were being used by staff.at the same time...while i understand they have laundry to do for drop offs..i feel there should be a limit to how many, at a time they can occupy..it took me two trips to get my blankets done because no machines were available..and it wasnt from the customers in the laundromat..Also..the older lady that works there is very sweet and nice...the other lady...not so much.

UPDATE: They refused to dry clean my dress because the label says Machine wash. The dress is half white and half red, and I didnt want the red to get on the white. Again, horrible service. That was their last chance for me.Horrible customer service. Everytime I go there, they are, if anything, consistent at being rude. I had enough of it today: someone left a crayon in the dryer and the woman didnt even apologize about my destroyed load when she found the crayon. When we asked if anything could be done she said no and - without saying what it says or explaining or expressing any remorse - said to look at the sign behind us. I get its at your own risk, but Im just asking for 1. a laundry maid who actually knows how to wash and 2. one that is suitable for public interaction.

Decent place to do your laundry. But they need more dryers. The place has like twice as many washers as dryers and if you come when its busy, then youre likely to see a line backed up waiting for the dryers.

Huge washing machine for less than $9 that can wash two King comforters. Drying can take a while. Pretty clean with helpful attendants.Edit: 5/25/2020 Absolutely amazing this place has been open throughout the lockdown. Cant imagine all the people that would not have had clean clothes if it werent for this place. And now open until 11OM, later than Walmart and as late as the Kroger across the street. Amazing. Will be in to wash comforters again soon! Always the little people that save life! Credit and respect!

I have had a great experience here the past few weeks. I was in on May 16th around 10:30 and a very disruptive customer was doing laundry. The manager and her boss handled the situation very well, so that other customers could finish their laundry or to pickup. Also, sunlight is very clean.

I love that it has a lot of machines and dryers, yet the owner needs to have the washer cleaned, cause they leave a sour smell to your clothes...

This place is a very nice laundromat. Unfortunately the staff there is very rude. Best time to go is late in the evening when the lady that works in the morning isnt there.

Came in on a Tuesday morning and lots of machines available. Got thru eight loads in record time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Havent used a laundromat in a while, so I was glad there was someone there to help explain the differences in the machines. Should my washer break again, this would be the place Id go.

Great experience. Dont forget to take the quarters! Lots of options for washing & drying even dry cleaning & ironing i guess. U can buy detergent & fabric softener there if u forget to carry it. Enough seating arrangements for waiting.

I am writing in response to Cameron who claimed the “attendant” was a bigot and rude to a disabled customer. I have used this facility on numerous occasions and have personally witness several customers acting out and disrespecting the facility. I have seen this attendant give help to people who do not speak English, elderly people who struggle with the new machine technology, and physically clean up after people who trash the facility. While the attendant may not be everyone’s “cup of tea”, she protects the facility and people. I am sure most would go back for the clean facility and good laundry services.

I am so disgusted with the “Lady” acting as the the attendant. Not only was she rude to me while breaking my $20 bill down to change machine sized bills, but she actually called the police on a customer with a disabiltiy because she was making the othe customers uncomfortable. She did this, even after the customer explained her disability in detail. The bitter “lady” behind the desk should not only be removed from this establishment, but should also have anyone who has the time to do so pop in and congratulate her on her bigotry until she is finally removed by the owners. Again, a disgusting display of human ignorance.

New machines are fast and good at washing, but to use a credit/debit card they charge a $15 bank fee PER SWIPE (thats PER WASH and PER DRY!), on top of the machine fee for the load. They supposedly refund the bank fee one or more days later. Out of ten loads, one machine took my $6.50 + $15 but wouldnt start and wouldnt refund my money.There is no customer service here on-site. There is no phone number to call for assistance. There are no directions for troubleshooting/help/refund. The business phone is just an answering machine.I do not recommend this laundromat unless you have gallons of quarters on-hand or a couple-hundred extra dollars in your card account to risk on faulty machines and the promise of a refund later.

I do my laundry here every so often, Kat and the other peeps there always make waiting on the laundry bearable and are extremely friendly, sure a bit sassy at times, but wonderful.

Decently clean with grumpy, impersonal staff. Its like any other laundromat, but without homeless people borrowing quarters. What else do you want?

Horrible customer service. I showed up literally 3 minutes before they opened and the clerk refused to acknowledge that my friend and I were standing out there in the pouring rain, each holding 2 full baskets of laundry. We waited until 7:30am, which is the posted opening time, and the clerk wasnt even paying attention to the clock in order to open when she was supposed to. We noticed her unlock the door as we got in the car so I went back and asked why she wouldnt open the door for us and she got majorly huffy and said we dont open until 7:30 and when I pointed out she hadnt opened the door at 7:30 either she turned around and walked away without apolagizing or anything. If you go later at night when you dont have to deal with the rude staff its a pretty typical laundromat, however the dryers at Hilliard Coin Laundry (where we went today after we found out we apparently arent suitable customers at Sunlight) took about 30% less dry time.Oh, and if youre googling a place to wash a horse blanket, Sunlight doesnt allow that either.

Second, extremely RUDE customer service from an elderly woman working the front desk.Please avoid patronizing this establishment if you have ANY other choices in the area. I suggest the cleaners on Bethel Rd at Kenny. Half the price and terrific customer service!
