This was my sons first ever appointment, as well as my first appointment in a very long time. The team was receptive to our family needs. They made my son very comfortable during his X-rays and cleaning. I was well informed about my dental health. I look forward to having Dental Zone as my primary dental healthcare option for years to come. Kudos to everyone we met today.

Very knowledgeable staff. It was expected that I would have had a difficult tooth extraction. The doctor’s skill and ability allowed the extraction to be completed without any issues.

I feel extremely lucky to be a patient at dental zone for the past year. the care and treatment i received was phenomenal. all the doctors are professional and efficient, yet they would still take time to ensure i understood the operations and address any questions i might have. the staffs and receptionists are also super friendly, helpful and accommodating. :)))

I had two fillings done with Dr. Victoria Vuong DDS, who was excellent and she explained everything she was doing along way which was nice. The fillings went well and I did not have any pains from the procedure.

I had a tooth extraction from Dr. Han and everything went smoothly today. Dr. Han kept me informed during the process of removing my tooth. Since I had decided to do an implant she was able start to the bone graft so we would have an excellent foundation to work from in about 4 months time.

I have been fortunate to be a patient at Dental Zone for many years. I am 80 years old. In my lifetime experience with dental care, Dental Zone is far superior than all I have experienced. They are highly capable, very professional, kind, efficient, accommodating and, in general, a lovely way to get dental care, something that is not pleasant for most people. I highly recommend all doctors, specialists and staff and trust them completely to render the highest quality of dental care and directives. Thank you for allowing me to comment. All the attributes I mention are often times lacking or non-existent in most of todays business and medical transactions, in my opinion, thus Dental Zone is beyond 5 stars!

While the staff here has always been lovely, this review is a huge shout out to Dr. Victoria Vuong! I am very resistant to novocaine and in the past, many dentists did not believe me when I said I felt pain during fillings. Today, I let Dr. Vuong know and she immediately took it very seriously.She gave me the standard dose, and started slow so that I could have a chance to tell her if I felt anything without having to experience any severe pain. I felt it right off the bat and so she increased my dose. She tried drilling again, same thing. We did this back and forth a few times and it made my visit (of which she had already been kind enough to squeeze me in) a very long visit. She had no problem taking the time out of her own day to make sure that we upped the dosage safely and that I could go through my filling pain free. I had gotten one good jolt of awful pain and, seeing that I was shaken up, she was very calming and told me exactly what she was doing and while she was doing it. She talked me through everything the whole time so that I could be more at ease.This was clearly very time consuming but she was patient and empathetic. She could have bene like every other dentist Ive had and plowed right through but she took the time to make sure my experience wasnt traumatic. I cant thank her enough! I will recommend her any chance I get!

Dental Zone has been my safe haven for dentistry! I would like to acknowledge this practice for their professionalism and Superior sanitation as we are in difficult times with Covid. I have been a patient for over 10 years and their care starts from the moment you check in with their friendly front desk to the very end with their wonderful insurance specialist, who walks you through your coverage and costs. The staff is kind and professional, the doctors are knowledgeable and helpful, and services are affordable and well executed. I’ve had terrible dental experiences in the past so happening upon this office was a godsend! I’ve had surgery to remove my wisdom teeth, had multiple fillings, multiple root canals, routine cleanings, and my comfort, well being and financial ability were always respected and prioritized.

Everyone in the front office is extremely nice, but the work Dr. Victoria Vuong did on my tooth was not done well. She fixed a chipped front tooth by putting on a crown. It lasted 3 and half years, which isnt horrible, but was not long enough for my insurance to cover it after it broke again, so I had to pay a lot to get it fixed again. The insurance will cover this every 5 years. The recent dentist who fixed it pointed out a things wrong with last crown and said it wasnt doesnt well. When I tried to bring this up with Dr. Vuong, hoping I could get some refund to help pay for the tooth I have to fix again, she got very defensive. I gave up on the refund. I would recommend going here for anything serious.

The service was very good.The staff, Dentist assistant and Dentist are friendly.The X-ray was comprehensive comparing with my past dental visits.The cleaning was smooth no uncomfortable feeling.They treat you as a valuable customer. You are arranged to meet up with the office manager for billing issues and scheduling the next dental visit.

I found this clinic here on GoogleMaps. I had to come in for an emergency swelling on my gums and retainer and Im so happy I found them. I explained my situation over the phone and the lady at the front desk did everything to find me a spot. When I came in for the appointment, Dr Hamati and Diego were incredibly attentive and professional. Great service and the place was very clean!

1 star b/c 0 star is not available. Worst customer service. They are on DeltaCare network. I submitted my forms. Lady called and left a message and asked to call back for an appt. I called and it turned out they do not accept new DeltaCare patients.

I have been with them for more than three years even after I moved further away.The staff are all friendly and professional. They took good care of the insurance and never need me to worry about the logistic. They upgraded the dental equipments about a year ago. I visited other clinics for consultation before. Dental Zone is definitely the best I have seen. Clean office, high ceiling, good lighting, cozy background music, every equipment has its own place and not scary. You will sure feel very comfortable sitting on the chair.My doctor Dr Vuong made me not afraid of going to dentist anymore. She is patient and comforting. Maybe it just works on me. But she will explain the procedure before she starts, she had a trick that make you not feeling much when she injects the anesthesia, and she walks me through her finding and the x-rays patiently. I really enjoy my experience with her!The location is within five minutes to the mountain view Caltrain and VTA station. And it is also very easy to find parking. The small plaza has its parking spaces, you find a tons of street parking if you are okay to walk a minute or two.

Everyone there is very nice and courteous from the receptionists to the dental hygienist to the dentist himself. Ive been going for four years, and Ive never had a problem with any of the way they handle my teeth.For covid, they take your temperature at the door, ask you to fill out a form about potential covid symptoms, require masks, provide hand sanitizer, and they have this thing that apparently sucks the virus out of the air. (I forget how they said it worked.) Personally, I think their covid policy is solid.

The service is great and the staff members are so nice! Although going to the dentist wouldn’t normally be something I’d look forward to, I can confidently say that I definitely look forward to getting excellent service and seeing friendly faces at Dental Zone again!

The service is good, but I always have to wait 30 minutes or more after my appointment time. It is very inconvenient when trying to manage appointments with my work schedule.

Came in for a routine cleaning which took over two hours. It’s a classic case of trying to squeeze in too many patients. The oral hygienists, nurses, and even the doctor are constantly running between patients resulting in poor and inadequate care. They operate more like a clinic then a dentists office.Cleaning was minimal they basically brushed and flossed my teeth. The cleaning felt rushed and took 5 minutes.Appointment scheduling was a nightmare requiring several calls back and forth. Receptionist had a difficult time speaking and understanding English leading to multiple miscommunications. Got a text the day of the appointment for the wrong time, requiring an additional call to rectify.

I had a cavity under a crown which my previous dentist did not notice. In order to save the tooth, it required removing the crown, doing a root canal, a crown lengthening (gum shortening) and cementing a new crown. Dr. Vuong did wonderful crown work and Dr. Han did wonderful gum work. It took 7 visits with excellent results.

Great service! Havent had any issue so far with them. Ive got cleanings, fillings and actually yesterday I got my wisdom teeth removed there and everything went smoothly, I dont even have any pain. Wouldnt even think of going to any other place!

Dental Zone is a very good place for most all dental needs. They provide general dentistry and have specialists on staff. The team is great and they care about their patients.

The doctors are friendly, patient and professional, and the equipment are new and clean. I had my wisdom teeth extracted there. Both the surgery and the recovery process went well. Before surgery, I was given a sheet of paper listing the fee insurance company will pay for me and the fee I need to pay, and that was exactly how much I paid. Highly recommended.

I scheduled an appointment here for yearly check and cleaning. Because they were busy, they just checked my teeth and ask me to come another day for cleaning.Later on, they call me to change the schedule again.That is not professional at all and wastes my time.I’m scheduling with another doctor.

Very good. Nice newer office, equipment is up to date, patient communication is well set, sufficient parking... oh, and did I mention that people who works there are nice and professional? I go there for maybe couple years now, visiting some of the same specialists that I saw in a previous office, and I am very well satisfied with the quality of service and results of my treatment.

These folks are good. They have treated me well for the initial urgent incident a few years ago (resulted in a crown on a tooth chipped long ago playing basketball), subsequent preventive care and maintenance, and now for a minor accident that damaged some teeth. So both the routine and the urgent are done well here, by my experience.

Dr Vong,Soshan,Diego,Maria and a new hygienist (Helen) I met today were all awesome as always. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. They truly make me feel like I’m a friend. And they always ask about my mom who was also a patient before insurance changes. Thank you everyone at Dental Zone!🤗

I went in to Dental Zone with my teeth seemingly on the precipice of disaster, and walked out feeling better about my smile than I have in ages. The entire staff was incredibly kind, and every procedure - from cleanings to fillings to root extractions - was smooth. Ill definitely be coming back if Im ever back in the area :)

The staff is courteous, prompt, and attentive. Ive been going to Dental Zone for the last two years for regular teeth cleaning and one time for a cavity filling. Facilities are clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Pretty straight forward. Options laid out. Kept me well informed. Had a few procedures including a root canal, every one of which was relatively painless.

My first visit was fine the actual dentist is nice but staff is horrible. Assistant seemed like she was incompetent kept marking wrong numbers on chart that the dentist was giving her so all she had to do was write it down she couldn’t even do that. Then I was told on top of insurance I would still need to pay $500 seemed a little pricey but ok. I then found out in January my insurance was covering more on dental work so I called to ask. I have now been calling for three weeks and no return call. Every time I call they say she will call me back and still waiting. Person who answers phone barely speaks English and I have to repeat and spell my name at least 2-3 times. This is just unprofessional. If I was you looking for a dentist go somewhere else. I will be switching.

All the staff are very nice and attentive. Going to the dentist is never a picnic, but all makes it more enjoyable. I recommend this site.

I was welcomed and brought to the back right away. We got started on the cleaning and immediately thereafter the dentist came to finish the check up. Very effecient.

I dont recall the hygienists name, but Ive never felt my teeth cleaned so thoroughly, and with such meticulous aggression. The process tested the limits of my pain tolerance, and I couldve raised my hand to make it stop, but it felt so satisfyingly-efficient that I didnt want to.

My experience was very good from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the tech person who took X-rays bent over backwards to keep me comfortable, the hygienist was extremely gentle and Dr. Vuong was really thorough with her exam and questions. Ive found my dentist and dental clinic!I continue to be impressed with this clinic and Dr. Vuoung. She listens and responds to my preferences and is taking good care of my dental needs.

I have been a patient of Dr Grace Juan, orthodontist, since March 2016. She is great at her job. My treatment has been the combination of both invisalign and braces. I consulted with a couple of other orthodontists before deciding to get my treatment from Dr Juan. I find her very knowledgable and honest, and these qualities are very important to me. I highly recommend her.

Worst dental place Ive been too. Rude staff & force patient to take unnecessary procedures. I couldnt made an appointment for regular cleaning because the receptionist told me I have no other way but deep cleaning. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they said my teeth are totally ok and deep cleaning is only optional. Such a waste of so much time and money!

Dont believe the reviews, the cleaning might be fine but other work is completely unprofessional. How hard is it to run an honest and professional business? Completely misguided advice, horrible communication with clients, and dishonesty in charging copays. The woman handling payments and appointments is completely incompetent, and disorganized to the point of being negligible. More law suits are likely to follow. Avoid at all costs.

This is the best Odontological center in Mountain View. They take care of you like a familiy member. Explain every step of every proceture. Show you every charge in advance and talk to your insurance to make sure they cover the most of their parts. One time i had my wisdom teeth removed and they drove me home just in case. They are a family practice and they act like that.

What a phenomenal dentistry. This was my second visit after a routine inspection and panoramic xray. I returned several months later due to scheduling conflicts and laziness but finally decided to get my four impacted wisdom teeth out.Theyre open on Saturday so scheduling was a breeze. I came in the day before to take vitals which took all of 5 minutes. I even asked to have my teeth cleaned before the extraction and they said it would be fine and to come in a little earlier.I picked up my meds from Kaiser for the next day and came in. Check in is always easy if they have your info, and if they dont then taking a picture of your details using their iPad is equally simple.I had my teeth cleaned by my wonderful doctor. Then Dr Wayland came to explain the entire procedure and give me some sedatives and asked me to relax and go on Facebook.After about 30 minutes we were ready to roll. He gave me the IV himself, one of the most painless Ive ever gotten, and began the procedure. The next thing I remember is being done and waking up along with saying a bunch of ridiculous things.I was taken home by my parents as you need a ride (Im 24) and am healing as I write this review. About 15 minutes to 10 pm, I receive a call on my phone. Its Dr Wayland checking up on me! We chat for a few minutes and he tells me what to expect for the next few days. I knew he was nice, but calling your patient on a Saturday night is something Ill never forget.Thank you Dr Wayland. You are a phenomenal doctor and Im so lucky that you were the one to take car of my 4 impacted third molars. I was slightly uneasy going into this but after you explained it to me, I was 100% at ease. Im recovering really well thanks to you.

I had my normal visit with Dr. Vuong because of a problematic filling that 2 dentist before her did not do correctly. I payed out of pocket to have her fix it for me. She did an awesome job and It is worth the bucks even when my insurance doesnt pay for it.I also just had Wistom tooth extract with Dr. Wayland. Extremely experience, put me on IV sedation. IV sedation doesnt quite affect my memory as it may sound like, I can remember almost everything after 4 hours.Dr Wayland did an awesome job removing my wistom tooth without me feeling anything. The only part I forgot was the ride home.I remember what happened once I am home.

Dr Kurosch HATAMI consistently provides a very good level of service. He does not try to push clients into getting unneeded services and he has a very pleasant manner of speaking with the client while he works.

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. I EXPERIENCED LOSS OF MONEY, WASTE OF MY TIME AND PAIN.ENDED UP GOING TO A DOCTOR IN PALO ALTO AND HAD TO GET THE ROOT CANEL THERAPY DONE TO FIX THEIR SCREW UPS, WHICH COSTED ME 2K OUT OF MY POCKET. I SHOULD HAVE FILED A LAWSUIT BUT DO NOT HAVE ANY TIME.

I like this dental office. Clean and professional. They have patience to explain to you what is the problem and they give you options. Since moving to Palo Alto, my family has been with them for 6 years. My dentist is Dr. Vuong. Never changed. I told her that she can not retire until all my teeth are gone. Originally, they were located in Palo Alto on El Camino Real, just a few minutes walking distance from my home. Now they moved to Mountain View. It is a 10 min. driving distance. Because they are so good, my family followed them. These days it is hard to find a good dentist in the Bay Area. 15 years ago, we used to have a good dentist in Palo Alto. At that time we lived in San Jose. Later on the dentist retired. Then we struggled for several years to find a good dentist. We tried several. Eventually we settled with this dental office.

Waited an hour even though we made an appointment. The place is like an oven with the sun coming in the glass wall.

I filled in the forms on ZocDoc but when I showed up, they demanded I fill in all the forms again. Unprofessional and disorganized.

I have had Delta Dental for some years now, but I have never before had the experience of a desk person who was so well informed, friendly, and communicated so clearly, and where the office felt it was being run efficiently with no tension or confusion.
