Clean and plenty of working machines in all sizes. Love the card system so you dont have to fool with quarters. Dryers are fast.

New customers I put 20.00 on a card the money came out of my account but did not go on the card. I showed the attendant she would not refund my money or give me a card with 20.00 on it. While I was there the same thing happend to several other people with the same result. Do not go here they will rip you off.

Amazing place! Super clean with a ton of machines. Also they have arcade games, food and drink vending machines, big screen TVs, leather couches, massage chairs and a decent bathroom. Plus, if you pay for the washer, you get the dryer for FREE!

Today was my first time here. Im new to the area amd thought it would be a good idea. I was wrong. They use a laundry card system that doesnt like to read the cards the machine gives you. They have a back wall of games machines but only 2 work apparently. I put $1 in quarters in a basketball machine just to go to the desk when I didnt know it doesnt work. She said machine isnt working I said I put a dollar in and Id like my money back she told me NO like there are no signs she still refused my $1 back. Ill never come here again

The laundromat wash is good but its only one person handling all that and that is a big laundry not too much cleaning going on

Overly expensive, cockroach in bathroom, dryer didnt work, told the guy working there and he said yesit hadnt worked in 2 weeks. But no sign to tell people out of service

This location is all around wonderful. The facilities are clean, COVID compliant, washers and dryers work great, and a friendly staff. The cards you load money on are easy to use and load. Parking can be a little iffy, but it is definitely worth it!

Clean fast I wouldnt leave your car unlocked and make sure you dont set anything valuable on top of the washers like your wallet or card for Gods sake!

Staff is definitely not friendly. High tech equipment, but you have to watch the machine calculations because itll raise the prices if you use anything but cold water cycle. The vending machines were also broken during both visits, someone needs to get on top of their maintenance team.

The employee had no interest in cleaning as you can see from the photos. The machines worked as expected and the employee was nice and efficient when I needed help.

This is the first time that I have been here and can say my experience for the was alright for the most part. Its clean, spacious, and there are plenty of machines to use. However; please be weary of the fact that there are 2 different sized dryers. The larger size only gives you 6 mins incrementally versus 12 mins for the medium sized machines. Also this place doesnt offer 100% free drying as there digital sign suggest, they give you a specific amount of free mins for drying on your card based off of which size machine you washed in. Which is very misleading. All and all, its a pretty decent place to do your laundry.

Confusing at first. But with help from the assistant things worked out great. Washers are good. 18 minutes dried your clothes. I will return

Great concept and idea. Free dry and good washers. Staff is a different story and best of luck contacting a manager/owner if you ever have an issue. Had a problem with dryers and couldnt communicate with staff due to language barrier. Then called and asked for a manager and nobody could understand. Nobody even knows who the owner is or how to get a hold of them. Because of that, I have about $200 worth of kids clothes ruined and nobody even knows where to find a manager or owner. Great facilities...horrible leadership. Need resolution.

Not a Great experience. This location when I last visited had no cleaning supplies for customers to clean down outside washer or dryer to use. Staff had no mask. Covid 19 this clearly in violation. They Need to Have staff wear mask. Have cleaning supplies available for customers in front of location. Staff need to be more customer service friendly. Hope this serves as notice to make positive changes.

Came here and it is clean when you walk in. I went to the back to wash my hands after loading clothes.There was a baby roach 🪳 on the wall crawling. I told the attendant and he ignored me and continued to clean. Like it was nothing wrong. SMH. I think I’m investing into front loaders for my comforters. I know it’s common sometimes but it’s obvious they need to be upon the pest control more and have it more frequently. No I won’t use them again. Never had this problem at the East location.

This is best laundry mat I’ve ever been too. It’s clean and the customers and staff are friendly. You won’t have to worry about anyone stealing your things because every machine locks. I got all of my laundry done in under an hour.

This laundromat is so nice. This was my first visit and I didn’t know how the process worked. The attendant was very kind and helpful to me. It’s a family friendly. They have a nice variety of snacks and drinks. Oh and comfy sofas to relax while you wait.

I HATE laundromats. Unfortunately, the apartment I moved into doesn’t have W/D included, and the available shared facility leaves a lot to be desired. Laundrymax was so clean and fast. I was so impressed at the variety of washer and dryer sizes to choose from. The washers didn’t have that nasty laundromat smell some get. My clothes smell like my laundry detergent and look and feel clean. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I love this place! Everything is so nice. The place is kept clean and all the machines are brand new. There are sinks to use and they provide quality products. Restroom is always kept clean. There are brand new arcade games that work perfectly. In addition to all of that there are the best employees there that always ask if you need help and make it a priority to provide you the best experience every time. I highly recommend this place over any other place. The employees are only concerned with keeping the facility clean and being there to help you at all times. There isnt only one person there that is worrying about running a tanning salon first and the laundromat second. You also get free drying when you wash your clothing and youre also given a $3 credit for every $20 you spend. This is the best laundromat Ive ever been too.

This is the first time that I came to this laundry, I went to so many laundrys in columbus but I can say this is thr cleanest and quickest laundry I have ever been. The staff ( jagruthi) is really helpful through out the process, so I finish my laundry in 40 minutes

May be a new one.... but the customer service is excellent... the staff especially are very good they helped me very well and guided me with all the machine operations... they machines are new and my clothes came out wrinkle free... when asked regarding the same... they staff taught me... they are special machines in which clothes get wrinkle free... the Manager working there is really cool and helpful...!!!!

Dryers are not free. They said companies dont have quarters. Yes they do in the vendor Machines.

Good size place to do laundry, decent staff, and plenty of machines as well as if you have to take your kids with you there is a small little arcade area and you can get snacks. Downfall not all of there machines are in working order

Was a really great place to do laundry, until tonight. The person who works here waits until 944 to say I have to put all my minutes on the dryer before 945...now I have to take wet clothes home after spending 30 dollars here tonight. I will NOT be coming back. Wish I would have known before.

I love this laundry place it is always clean. There are more then enough washers and dryers for me to get in and out in about an hour. The attendant is alway very helpful with whatever I may need which is usually the machine to reload my card.

It is a good deal 23 for 20,when I compared with other laundry around, I saved my money and time, they have very big washers where I used to use 3 washers to wash all my clothes where I need to keep lot of money but now am using single machine, not to mention about free drying only takes 24 minutes to dry our clothes. In the mean while to relish ourselves they have play station kids arcade, all kinds of snack and soda wending machines and lottery massage chairs.. it was nice experience doing my laundry in such a neat environment with pleasant music to my ears

I love this laundromat! It is very clean with a modern look. Flat screen TVs line the walls all the way around the faculty. I enjoy the arcade area with my children as we wait. They even have a galaga. The free drying is sweet. The staff might be the friendliest in the business. This is the only laundromat to use if you have to use a laundromat.

If its your first time you get free drying so come here and wash your clothes. All digital so dont worry about coins.

Stays crowed and parking is kinda hard to get. Only if you want a good spot. Large washer machine is either taken or broken. Still a decent place to go wash. My complaints are minimum.

I love this place. They have comfortable and clean furniture which makes the experience more like being at home. Perhaps the biggest draw for my family is the credit card machine allowing this to be only one stop.

I have been here before and I enjoyed it here. But when I came today me and another black person were accused of stealing laundry soap from some foreign people. And the manager is foreign as well and she was accusing us. This is why there is so many issues with this world now. Im not sure if I will return to this place again. If I do hopefully she aint here.

When I walked in to 2210 Laundry Mat I was very impressed by the appearance, number of washers and dyers and cleanliness.I was greeted immediately by a lovely employee who went to great lengths to explain the operation of the facility. Many amenities such as TV, WiFi and vending machines and comfy couches on which to rest. It was a most enjoyable experience and I will return here regularly.

Laundry MAX is a very nice place to go

I love this place! The staff is very patient and friendly. It has everything you need to make your washing experience quick and entertaining. Nice, music, games, flat screen TVs, plenty of vending machines, including, laundry soap. They also sell laundry soap. They have laundry cards, which you can pay for with your credit card. They also, have $2 massage chairs. (Dont put your laundry card in it 😶.) Theyre a little pricey. But, the extra large washers and free extra large dryers, wont have you at the laundry all day. Its like being at a laundry club lol. Plenty of seating and machines. I just saw, that you get $3 added to your card if you add $20.

She remembers where I work, even though I am one of many, many people that go there. She is always helpful, whether it is having difficulty putting money on your card, questions about the equipment, needing change, or anything else.
