Heather has been extremely helpful whenever we have an issue or questions.

Matt and his team have been handling our insurance needs for 17 years now. We have had several vehicles, four kids learning to drive and so many changes. They have been a great support with all of our life events, vehicles changes, helping us to handle accidents, claims and so much more. Heather and Cory been always extra nice over the phone, answering all our questions and handling my anxiety . :-) I am so glad we have found Matt and his office many years ago and grateful for all their excellent customer service skills!

Until yesterday, I had used State Farm for 29 years as a responsible driver and 13 years as a mortgage-paying homeowner. Recently I had two accidents that were my fault within a six month period. Even though I had not been in an “at fault” accident since I was 17, State Farm used a 3rd Party to determine that I was a liability and dropped me. Matt Simonds appealed on my behalf but acknowledged the whole time that no previous appeals were granted. I have since switched to one of many better options in central Ohio but urge anyone who uses State Farm to go elsewhere immediately. Nothing like being told you aren’t covered in the face of a pandemic, despite having paid for family auto and homeowners coverage for the past thirteen years through the same agent. Truly unbelievable! Like a bad neighbor, State Farm doesn’t care. Pathetic.

The other reviews on here seem to be about State Farm as a whole. But honestly even still, Ive had nothing but excellent service from State Farm and the Matt simonds team for the last 13 years or so that Ive used their services. Both times I had claims everything worked smoothly. Any time I call with a question they answer quickly and informatively.

I dont understand how you could pay every month and never have to file any claim on a vehicle also giving family members referrals and Etc. but you have to get your car towed and play phone and email tag for 9 days than have to argue on the phone with someone over 57$ reimbursement thats fine you can keep that $57.00 u definitely wont be receiving this customer praises any longer
