So far, Ive had one of the best experiences with Allstate. It is a real insurance company, in my estimation. Not one of the ones that try to cheat people, but they seem to work hard to reinvest in their customers and clientele.

I have been an allstate customer for over 35 years, this agent never talk or explain my insurance needs during renewable or let me know the latest news concerning my policy..he only concern that I am a client of his. Example....I had water damage to my house, and he sent out a contractor and I called him to ask my deductible he stated 1000 dollars, I alway had my insurance deductible at 500 dollars since 1978. When questioned he stated that it was increased in 2015, one year after I retired. I told him I never knew that my deductible increase to 1000 especially since I retired in 2014, placing me on retired income..He just stated we did it in 2015, no other comments from him, He increase my deductible without my knowledge and has no care about his customer once he become your agent!!! Be aware!!!! In my honest opinion, he is not a good insurance person. Why didnt I know my insurance deductible was increase by him as a good insurance person would have done?
