I moved here from WV where I had State Farm insurance. Found Erics office on West Broad street. Talked to Katie and had my policy and renters insurance no issues. Now I have my policy and my home owners with them. You wont find better agent or better people to work with. Katie is simply amazing every time I talk to her. I have been with State Farm and Eric Snider for over 20 years, and I couldnt be happier with their service! I have heard so many people over the years, relaying their bad luck stories regarding their insurance companies, high costs, bad service, coverage, etc., and every time I thought to myself Thank God I have insurance with Eric Snider! In all these years Ive never had a problem. The fact is, when I did have the occasional smashed windshield or fender bender, all I had to do was make a call. Erics team was on it immediately. They handled everything, calling or emailing me to let me know what was being done, how much it would cost, and so on. It couldnt have been easier! My car was recently totaled. Eric let me know what my options were, and put me in a rental car. Now I am going to receive a nice check with which to buy a comparable replacement car. I am so happy that they made everything easy for me, as I am not able to get around after a surgery. I highly recommend Eric Snider / State Farm – I have no reason to switch to any other insurance company; I already have the best!
