The lady that answered the phone was extremely ghetto. It hurts me to say that as a black woman, but we have to do better. On top of that, I was told I’d receive a call back at a later time that day and that never happened. Just go with Progressive or The General so you won’t have to deal with this.

I am the Lienholder of a customer, they answered the phone literally one time and I called every hour trying to get ahold of someone I even emailed Steve to see what was wrong and no one ever answers the phone, when you have a job to do it makes it very hard to finish the task that you are assigned to do, I really dont see how they have 4 stars this is very unprofessional, if I only answered the phone one time in an 8 hour period I would be fired automatically from my job. this is uncalled for, never do business with this company
