Quiet Community

For $615 you get a nice small 2 bedroom. BUT there are always people standing outside just talking. Someone spray painted the side of my car. One night someone randomly knocked on our door then ran away. There is always someone’s car alarm going off and the ambulance or fire department is always coming to the complex. One night there were people just hanging around my car talking and smoking. Other than that maintenance is really good at coming out when something is wrong. They lady up front tried to make me pay a late fee for rent but I wasn’t late and she was presistent on me paying. She didn’t even try to see what was going on. I had to contact corporate myself and they fixed the problem. Not the best neighborhood but you get what you pay for.
