They are so kind and and every time we talk even it is enjoyable and personable. Recently, they did renovations on our home and it was done beautifully and it made it easy to decide to keep renting. 7rent is an amazing company and Angel is an exceptional individual. I had an unexpected family situation and arise and needed to sublease. Angel and 7rent were incredibly supportive and assisted me each step of the way. The apartment itself was great at Michigan ave. It was clean, up to date, and in a great location. I couldnt recommend the company enough!

While out of town, we had a tree fall onto the house. We returned two days later and the roof had already been patched up and the tree removed. Within a week, the roof was completely replaced and the internal damage to a bedroom was repaired. 7Rent has proved to me that they put their tenants first. The contractors that they use understand this fully and work hard to keep tenants happy because they know that this keeps their employer happy. 7Rent and their contractors could not have been more responsive to this incident.

We rented for 2 years from 7rent and had a positive experience. It was easy to contact them and we got responses via email or phone. They handled a rotten tree trunk issue quickly and allowed us to paint a couple of rooms while living in the apartment. Property manager was good with our dog during tours.

The location of my apartment is perfect, it’s very close to Ohio State’s medical school. Also, I really like the fact that 7rent doesn’t charge a parking or a trash fee like Northsteppe does!! That’s definitely a plus.

The manager and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very prompt manner. My family is very happy choosing this company for renting instead of private landlords. Just wanted to say thank you guys for the house maintenance. The gutters look really sharp with the covers on them and there doesnt seem to be any excessive drips now. Everything is draining properly! It was also great to get the new sump pump installed so were not worried for late Spring when the flash floods come. The maintenance team is great.

Bad company to rent and work for they do not care about there employees or anything they are going threw if it does not meet there standards i got fired and they trying to evict me over things that has nothing to do with the company I got fired for things in my personal life the had no concern for them to get involved and even be able to file a eviction on me they had to lie when I have never missed a rent payment but they doctor up the paper work to make look bad i would never recommend anyone rent from 7rent or apply for a job he as if things dont go there way they will throw you family in the street with no remorse
