Love spending 20/30 dollars on laundry and clothes still being wet and soaking and dryers not work and best of all walking a half a mile. In my option very inconvenient. Have been a resident here for 2 years and it’s time for me to move to a more convenient area with less crime rates more up to part. And most importantly feeling safe.

My visit to this housing location was quite nice. It was clean, quiet and pleasant. The entrance had the ability to require a code to enter but the gates were open. There was plenty of parking spaces available. The laundry room was very clean; you use a key card thats paid in advance to was/dry clothes. The elevators worked well and the apartments each had unique shapes, of course because of the shapes of both towers.

Maintenance never fixes anything, and when it becomes a problem for the office they claim you never reported any issues.

This is not the place even for the most desperate person to rent. Please check out the photos I uploaded. Trash in the hallways. I was there to visit a friend and greeted by trash outside of the elevator. Trash lined the side of the building. Please let this review serve as a reminder to keep your community clean!

The rooms are spacious all utilitys included with rent .Theres cable, WiFi room, pool hall, T.V. room, great workout rooms, full gym, Landry mat, fully stocked vending machines, as well as a barber shop. This is a one stop shop and good security gate, security doors to enter lobby and security guard on patrols. Great place for familys or singles play ground​ right outside of the gate with field so kids can play. Multiple stores, post office, pharmacy within walking distance. Cant ask for more it may be in bad neighborhood but they have taken proper precision.I would recommend Latitude Five 25 to anyone looking for a reasonable and safe place to live.You cant bet the view either.

Save yourself the trouble!!!Even if this is your last option for living, I repeat save yourself the trouble! The pictures are very deceiving. They do not show the roaches, dog poop everywhere, bedbugs and the lack of care for residents. Google needs an option for 0 stars because that is all they deserve!

Will is the best thing about living at Latitude Five25. He is always professional and takes great care of his residents. He genuinely cares about our needs and does what he can to help resolve any issues. I also really love my skyline view!

Ms. Angie is one of the kindest staff members I’ve encountered at Latitude 525. Every time I’ve interacted with her in the building she has always greeted me with a smile and warm conversation and is always willing to go above and beyond to answer any of my questions and help me.Warm regards,Micki

Its nice having all utilities included, but there are still a lot of issues. The air conditioning doesnt work half the time, if at all, during hot summers. The elevators go down often, which considering its a 15 floor building, is unacceptable. Although there is security officers roaming the grounds, the security gates for the front of the complex rarely work. I can say that some of the staff do good work, the maintenance lady Angie is very friendly and does a good job cleaning.

I took off work to come out of town to tour apartment because two weeks prior I was told I was all good after sending in application but once I make it to Columbus I’m told my income isn’t enough and I need supplemental income to even apply after I’ve already applied truly wasted my time on a place that’s more focused on make sure you make $2100 then the ability to pay

Garbage everywhere, has no minimum sanitary conditions to live.

This place is uninhabitable, it has no sanitary conditions to live in, everywhere you look there are cockroaches, ants, all kinds of pests, and it is also infested with bedbugs on the carpet, on the walls, everywhere. There is no 24-hour maintenance, the photos you see in the ads are all fakes were brutally edited to look like a place where you have the slightest chance of living in peace. If you want to live in hell, be welcome or never put your feet here or refer a friend.

The Apartments itself are ideal for single living. Utilities being included makes it very affordable. William is one of the staff members who helped me not once but twice with choosing and leasing my apartment. He is knowledgeable and very respectable. Good choice for first time renting or if you want to save on living expenses.

William is the the best thing that happen to me. When I came to latitude. I thought all has failed and he helped me get and apt at latitude 25. Its great to have someone the genuinely cares. My apt is great. I’ve had no problems and I’ve been here 2 years plus.

I was shocked and saddened at the conditions I observed at this apartment complex. Cockroaches thoroughly consumed the unit I visited, nearly eating more petfood than did the dog. Rodents could be seen daily. How awful that a professional property management company receiving government-subsidized funds could allow tenants to live in such squalor, or that their conscience could even allow fellow humans to so dwell.

Ive been here a long time and I have to say that the new manager Robin is one of the best. She is turning this place around. Its looking better.

Will honestly has been a big help he explains everything to me make sure my needs are well met and he honestly goes above and beyond his job to make me feel comfortable especially with this being my first apartment and he honestly has a positive attitude all the time ! And not only him the whole team has helped me and feeling comfortable even down to security !

I was contacted by someone living there thats trying to sublease their apartment for the last 2 months of his lease for 500 and claims after his lease runs out my wife my I can take it over by simply switching the lease and the price would increase to 750. Am i being tricked into something that isnt true ive called all the numbers given and not been able to get a answer.

They send you a message answering your review but its all a lie, they dont worry about solving your problems, they dont answer your emails, and if youre a resident they can only answer you at 2pm, who has free time at 2pm to solve your problems? Everyone works, stop making people clown. NEVER COME TO LIVE HERE !! HERE IS HELL !!

Want to agree with below about the bed bug problem. Have letters dated from March where we were promised bed bug treatment. Now they just say we are working on it. No hot water for this weekend, was told by office worker William to call emergency maintenance. Maintenance waited till the office closed to say there was nothing could be done until Monday. The building finally has AC but as we have reported many times our apartment does not. Fire doors still not locked neither is the gate, so anyone can enter at any time. For the past three weekends one of the elevators has been down when there are several wheel chair bound individuals whom Ive spoken with. Waiting for up to ten minutes for an elevator. This is all just the problems in the last month. I have four other tenants who have dogs who have died or gotten extremely ill while living here, my poor dog has epilepsy now. Developed a month after we move in. I knew the first month when the ceiling gave out and soaked our bedroom, and they made us live with the mold for two months, that thered be no help living here. They charged us and made us sign an extended contract to get a new apartment. Even then, and still now, they refuse to be courteous about breaking the lease when they are in clear breach of contract. Was trying to escape a horribly violent living situation where my life was threatened, the exact kind of tenant Latitude 525 wants; the desperate. I whole heatedly attest that homelessness is a huge step up from this place, and if I had had any way to not waste these past 14 months here I would have. The manager Will is awesome. He has made living here very easy.

Ms. Angie makes the complex worth living in. She’s pleasant in the AM, and keeps the place sparkling.

Generally a decent place to live. The building is in good shape. Rent is reasonable. Utilities are included.The staff are friendly though sometimes too busy to be available. Will is very nice and helpful. I had to amend my application once and Will helped me through it. Hes always ready to help.But it takes forever to have someone respond to your maintenance requests. I made a request to have my window screen fixed about 20 days ago and nothing has been done by now.

Angie the cleaning lady here at latitude five 25 has gone above and beyond her job to help secure peoples packages when people in the management office have stopped and become uncourteous and unsympathetic to people who pay rent and provide them the reasons for their jobs in the first place. COVID -19 does not excuse such horrible actions. I honestly wish Angie the best in her future. Thank you for standing with residents throughout this pandemic crisis. You’re doing more than you should ever even have too.

These apartments are absolutely awful not only do they have a ROACH INFESTATION but they also have a horrible BEDBUG INFESTATION. They will give you specific dates that they are coming to your apartment but really will have you waiting for WEEKS to get treatment in your apartment! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE! THE MOST DISGUSTING APARTMENTS COLUMBUS HAS TO OFFER. I am very disappointed.

Door got kicked in by a crazy person. Maintenance half fixed it and said they would be back the next day to finish the job. I was told it will be fine if nobody bashes it in again.For 2 weeks my door didnt lock properly and was extremely difficult to close. Then I went to enter my apartment and it broke off the hinges again completely, leaving me with a door that wont close at all.The management here absolutely doesnt care about their tenants safety.

This place have roaches very badI seen roaches in the lobby and in the laundry room and even in my apartment.They dont have a moving elevator so a lot of my things was put in storage because it didnt fit the reg elevator.I was afraid to have guests over and i ended up throwing away 90% of my stuff when i moved out because of the roaches

I’m very satisfied with our apartment, love the balcony. Staff here is wonderful all of them!!! Friendly easy to work with always willing to answer questions or resolve issues. Every building has issues but they are addressed. Residents in the building are also very friendly overall happy!

For a place in a low income area it is not too bad. The building is in decent shape. The apartment I visited was small but ideal and functional. I dont live there but I visit friends there. Everyone has been friendly in the elevator or in the hallway greeting each other.

Angie and tonya are the best at keep the residence clean,safe, and sanitize.

I love my apt!!! William is the best leasing consultant that I have worked with. When my mom was in the hospital he sent her FLOWERS. He Is very RESPECTFUL anything that has been wrong with my apt. he is always on the job to get it done for me. I am happy that they have someone like him at Latitude

A bit of a story, I was staying with a friend there, I moved in with all of my belongings and after only 4 days I found out that my friend had lied to me about the apt. I think maintenance should be made aware asap that there is an extremely bad pest problem. My roommate is no longer my friend, I was forced to move away from Columbus leaving literally every thing I own behind. The problem with large apartment complexes is getting pests and ANY kind of bug is very easy. Fix this so another poor soul doesnt suffer how I did.

I really wanted to like this apartment complex when I moved to Columbus... But as anyone who lives there (no really, ask anyone there) can tell you, this place is a nightmare to live in.I was not there the previous winter when the heat was out for weeks, but I was there when we had no A/C during a literal heat wave. My apartment was 104 degrees for two weeks.At the same time, the hot water heater failed. Even though they said they fixed it, I had no hot water for MONTHS. When it finally came back, it was lukewarm at best.Other apartments had complained endlessly about roaches. When they finally started coming into my apartment, it was like an invasion. I was killing 5-10 a night.Finally, when I spoke to code enforcement, the leasing office, and public health, the managerial staff allowed me to terminate my lease early but not get my deposit back. I moved out within the week.THEN, months later I get a letter from a debt collection agency for $2,000 for terminating my lease early...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I have known Will since i moved in the building he always sensible and ready to help politehe is always available and ready to help when things are wrong he comes up with solutions i would not have enjoyed my stay as much if he wasnt here. I count him as a friend

Why do you think that its okay for human beings to live in such horrible conditions? You raise our rent and we have to pay for all of the inconveniences. The office staff is rude and very unprofessional. Except for Will. Hes super nice. So on top of the high rent the management company decides to mail you an invoice for your rent....then they charge you a 3.00 fee for their decision to mail you the invoice. The pest problem is really bad. The building has roaches and mice. In the summer time the carpets in the hallway have fleas. The only reason I stay here is because the utilities are free. Please do not waste your hard earned dollars at this property. This place is a joke.

Is the crew who was working on the central air returning this upcoming week i seen them on my floor working Thursday but the never made it to my apartment did they miss mine or are they coming back on the 5th floor of 521 by the way.

The staff here are very friendly knowledgeable ..Miss Lisa is the best if you have a problem she gets on it right away ..they have great amenities and are very close to the freeway ..I have lived here for about 6 months now ..I have friends who have been here for 8 yrs ..I should have moved here years ago ..

He is on top of his job, Will stay connected to you until your move day and there after as promised to please you and he is always here when needed

Will is only one i deal with cause he is the only one that gets things done. He always has candy for the kids and he got my laundry card fixed asap
