Loved living here, great price great location great service

I lived in a studio apartment on the first for for 2 years. I loved the building and its charm. The maintenance staff is incredible and so quick to fix any of the problems you may have. Being single and living alone on the first floor made me a little hesitant at first, but I felt very safe in the area and in my apartment that faced the parking lot next to the building. I could not recommend this place enough for people wanting to experience either living alone or wanting to live close to downtown and OTE. Also, you get great natural light, so plants love it!

Living here was a great experience for me! Management and maintenance were always quick to respond when I had problems or questions and kept the building clean. The location is great for the price with the apartment located in a charming area of Columbus close to downtown, Olde Towne East, and German Village. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice affordable place!

I lived in a studio for two years and loved it! The historic charm, location, and price combined was wonderful, perfect for a young person living alone for the first time. By far the most effectively and speedily responsive landlord and maintenance crew Ive encountered in my history renting. Highly recommend!

I moved into Townley Court in 2017 and I had an adorable studio that faced the courtyard. The studio was big enough for me to feel comfortable and have enough space for all of my belongings. I then upgraded to a one-bedroom that had a great view of the Kelton House next door. The one-bedroom had much more space and beautiful bay windows that allowed a lot of natural light to come through the apartment. I was also able to pay for a parking spot that was extremely worth it because I did not have to deal with the street cleanings during the spring and summer. I, unfortunately, had to leave this past month due to relocating for my job. I truly enjoyed my time at Townley Court and will cherish the memories I made there.

From 2011-2019 I have been a satisfied tenant at Townley Court Apartments managed by Loving Realtors and Rentals. My favorite reasons include the level of responsiveness to maintenance when needed — often within 24 hours of request; accommodations available such as reserved parking spaces especially for tenants with odd hours, and service dogs permitted for the legally blind; security as a top priority extending beyond the peace of mind of controlled building access; and finally the perks of the location and proximity to both needs and leisure — examples include easy access to career workplaces downtown, a lovely dog-friendly park essentially serving as your front yard and backyard, the best library branch in central Ohio, top rated Grant Hospital, Columbus State Community College’s main campus, nationally renowned art institute, and the most complete art museum in central Ohio merely 2 minutes walk; the top rated children’s hospital in the entire Midwest is just a 2 minute drive as there is zero traffic in this residential stretch no need at all to jump on the highway; which by the way all the major highways have on-ramps nearby, plus transit bus stops leading all over just 1 block away; plus there are brand new electric scooters racks for rent at those bus stops.

Beautiful apartment building. Affordable place to live for students and those who work around Town street. The landlord is very nice, and the maintenance staff is timely. If you prefer peace and quiet this is a great place to live!Cons:The ceilings are high which can be an issue seasonally.Parking in the lot can occasionally be a hassle in the evening and morning.

It has been a great experience living in my studio apartment. Considering how affordable the space was, I think the quality of the apartment was great. Never had any issues with bugs. Maintenance requests were promptly taken care of. The location is awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot downtown.

Perfect if you want the city living experience at a great price. really cute and quirky apartments, safe and secure. Parking can be frustrating but it’s a really fun location. Lived there for 2 years and loved it.

It was difficult to get an apartment because you cant just walk in and lease or even a phone call (you have to leave a message and theyll return it), but since then Ive had nothing but good experiences!-theyre older buildings. Scuffs, scratches, and things breaking are normal. Maintenance is phenomenal! Mick fixes everything promptly and politely.-parking sometimes sucks, but you can usually find street parking within a block. Be aware of street sweeping!!!-the building is supposed to be smoke-free but people dont always comply, so sometimes it mixes with the older apartment smell and really stinks.-its a locked building so I feel incredibly safe. Its in an awesome location. Overall, for price and location and amenities you really cant beat it!

I absolutely loved living here. Its been awhile but the management was amazing and gracious when I had to move out unexpectedly. They helped me find another tennant so I wouldnt have to continue my lease. Very good people. My only complaints would be that parking stinks, but thats to be expected in Columbus. They also didnt allow pets when I was there. Obviously thats there perogative but its just a small turnoff. The area is beautiful and has gotten even better since I lived there. I would still be living there today if I hadnt been forced to move out due to life events.

Religious zealot who pushed for my views on god, jesus, etc. Went appplectic when I told him I wasnt a believer (what you think we all came from nothing??!). Oh, and he had a giant bible on his work desk in view as you walk in. Luckily I found a great apartment one street down, but at the time, I realized he took to suddenly strongly dissuading me from further interest in Townley Ct.

Terrible management. Immoral and incompetent. Constant money grabs. Mr. Lovings Will charge you for broken window panes that were broken when you moved in. Will conveniently forget that youve unsubscribed from his $50 air conditioning fee for months on end(absurd). Water doesnt go down the sink but instead comes back up with rust and god knows what. The lease includes such loving clauses as paying for the apartment until someone else rents it. These cute little apartments are some of the cheapest around for a reason. Plus its hard to sleep with the sirens and helicopter landings happening at the hospital all night.

I lived in a studio at Townley Court for one year and loved it. I definitely would have stayed longer if I didnt have to relocate for work. The building used to be a hotel that was converted into apartments so it has a lot of vintage charm, which is much preferred to cookie-cutter new builds imo. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with great restaurants and parks nearby. The maintenance staff was always quick to address concerns and management was very accommodating when I needed to extend my lease for a couple months before relocating. Super great, affordable place to live.
