My experience is this service severely lacks in its intended business model. It is confusing yet straight forwardhey supposedly locate apartments.

Annie was very responsive to our calls and emails. She answered all our questions, set up a walk through for us, and helped us get the rental we were interested in quickly. We were very happy with her services.

I have contacted this company more than once and all you get is a recording to leave a message. This is not the kind of service someone looking to rent now needs. And the big part is they never call back. Dont waste your time.
