Our AC unit went down and within a couple of hours Sean came out and identified the problem straight away, which was the capacitor, and charged us a very reasonable price for the service. Thompson came out to my condo to do a diagnostic test on my heating system since it had cut out over the weekend. He was able to fix my heat within 15 minutes after he arrived! Super professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about my system. He couldve easily left right after the problem was fixed, but he stayed and ran additional stress tests to ensure the system wouldnt cut out again. So, I went for Thompson Heating and Cooling as my second option and surprisingly, they came out the very day and confirmed that I needed a new furnace. Having received a good report about their service and honesty, I had to go for a new furnace which they replaced it for me at a very reasonable price and in a very professional manner. Alex responded to repair my AC unit that was not working properly. He diagnosed the problem and advised me what needed to be done. The blower went out and Alex put in a new one and my AC unit is back up and working again. Alex was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommended his services always.
