I work for a restaurant company-- Airecom has been working with us for 2 years and I can not say enough good things about the work they do for us. Specifically, their technicians really show great hospitality matching what we expect to give our guests. While present in our dining room during service hours, they are considerate of our guests and open doors for them, even smiling, saying hello, and letting them know we will be right with them. Great representation of what we do here and our brand.Not to mention, they always explain things to me in terms I understand and genuinely care about what jobs cost for us and helping us save money while fixing things correctly. Prompt and courteous. Helped get our heating back up and running quickly when it went out in the middle of winter. They were also very helpful in solving our ventilation issues.

This company has serviced my office building 3 times in the last 2 months. They cant seem to keep the unit functional.Update:Our unit is over 25 years old, & had to have customized repair work. After talking to the site director, he assured me this is a quality company. I have discovered that Airecom had worked tirelessly to resolve our issue, even deploying multiple technicians to speed along the process. I now feel like this is a dependable company that does good work.This has caused me to update my stars.Update 8/25: I cant even count anymore the number of times Airecom has had to come back to our office its been 4 or 5 months of continuing visits.Im not taking down this review!! & I am lowering the stars, Summer is almost over... Ridiculous.

Weve been using these guys for 6 years or so. Theyre not the cheapest, but Ive been very happy with them.They have low turnover and we get the same technicians coming out to do work. Having people who are familiar with your equipment is a great thing.

Airecom has been servicing my husband’s small business and our home for more than 20 years. They provide exceptional service, always showing up on time! They also make a point of providing preventive maintainence to ensure our equipment doesn’t require extensive repairs. We have replaced several old units over the course of these 20 years and they have always made excellent equipment recommendations given our requirements. It is difficult, these days, to find someone who does exactly what they say they are going to do. 5 stars all around.

Airecom has replaced and serviced my HVAC at both homes I’ve lived in. They are always helpful and responsive, especially when my furnace wasn’t working during the recent cold weather. The on-call technician helped me try to diagnose and fix the issue over the phone after work hours on a weekend. Unfortunately, the furnace required service but I got an appointment scheduled quickly. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

They are hands down the best HVAC company in town!! They are professional and the techs are top notch!

Couldnt fix our machine and we had to have another company return. They charged me $1,300 for the initial trip (even with the parts under warranty) and then another $1,600 for their second trip to fix their mistake not even two weeks later. I still had to spend money for another company to come out less than a week after their second trip. Awful and extremely rude customer service. Would not even fathom negotiating the bill although it was their mistake. WILL NOT BE USING NOR RECOMMENDING. STAY AWAY!!
