I originally was working with another company to fix the issue, but after over a week waiting in the cold after they consistently blew me off and never showed up, I decided to give these folks a try, and Im very happy I did! Werner’s Heating & Cooling installed a brand new propane boiler heating system in our home a few months ago. From the beginning they were professional, pleasant, and responsive. They came out and talked to us about our options, cost, and so on and sent a detailed estimate. Our water heater went out over the weekend. This was the only company that would give me an estimate over the phone. I really, really appreciated that! We knew what our neighbor paid, so we had an idea and Werner’s Heating & Cooling came right at that amount. I understand it can be tricky to quote over the phone not seeing the unit but in the covid area, we didnt want to have multiple companies coming in. I dont usually write reviews but the service and care I got from Werner’s Heating & Cooling was exceptional. Firstly I discovered that my AC was not working at 3 am in the morning and I messaged them to request a quote. The specialist responded with the information by the time I was up at 7 am. He then told me they could get a technician to my house the same day. Secondly, the technician Sean was just as exceptional. He explained the problem to me clearly without any sales pitch. He was very knowledgeable about my system even though it is over 15 years old. Amazing!!

Sean was courteous and professional. He surveyed the job, asked what we were hoping to accomplish. He explained his plan. As he entered each time he took precautions to protect our floors. There was no mess left behind upon completion, Sean showed me how to operate the manual damper he installed, double checked his work area and replaced the breaker. Werner’s Heating & Cooling was well represented by Sean. Great job !
