Our A/C wasnt working during the hottest week of the summer and Elders Heating & Cooling company sent out their technician, Nelson, on the same day we contacted him to get us sorted. Nelson was very friendly, very efficient, and took the time to explain the issue to me which I really appreciated. He was also very conscientious and wore a mask and special shoe coverings when entering our home, so we felt very comfortable having him. He fixed the issue very quickly and gave us tips for ongoing maintenance. Fully recommended!

We called Elders Heating & Cooling to give us estimates on prices of new units. Frank came out an saw what we had and gave us 5 different units and prices. Not being in a hurry because ours was still functional I told him no hurry but we still had our new furnace/AC unit installed in less than 2 weeks. Installers were prompt, professional and courteous. We had our vents cleaned at the same time which was suggested by Frank. Fantastic service from start to finish.

We had the best experience with Elders Heating & Cooling. We had been given the run around with other companies and outrageous quotes. They were professional, listened to our issue and were very prompt. They could have charged us for a part we did not need, but they took the time to ensure it was not needed. Not only did they get our air conditioner fixed quickly, but for a lot less than what we would have paid. They now have a loyal customer.

I cant recommend Elders Heating & Cooling highly enough. Ive used them for the past few years for routine maintenance, and Im sure that their service and good advice have helped my aging system last longer than it would have otherwise. Will definitely use them when the time comes to replace my system. A special shout out to George. He is thorough, an excellent communicator, and really knows his stuff. I have been so pleased with him and always request him. Would give this firm ten stars if I could!

This Elders Heating & Cooling team is awesome! I was blown away by their perfect rating, and gave them a call. They replaced my entire AC central air system and it blows colder than ever. The guys were prompt, professional, and did the job in a very reasonable amount of time. Just in time, because we were in the 90s all week! I contacted Elders Heating & Cooling in reference to my AC not cooling my home for the the last couple of days. I was scheduled for a same day appointment between 4-7 pm. Frank emailed me to let me know he was on his way and showed up 15 mins early. Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, he thoroughly explained diagnosis process to me and pin pointed what the problem was immediately. I thought the problem was that my AC was low on refrigerant, He explained that the issue was my dual capacitor was not working. He replaced the capacitor and the compressor came on and my AC is blowing cold again. Excellent service, very reasonable pricing I highly recommend for any and all AC issues.

The appointment scheduling and dispatch personnel are always incredibly kind and helpful, which make the non-face-to-face interactions pleasant. The 3 or 4 different installers, technicians, etc that have been to my house have all been friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. Also of importance, theyve been on time and communicate well by calling or texting when theyre en route or running behind schedule.
