If I could give Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning more than 5 stars I would. After waking up with no heat the morning after a snow storm, I panic-searched google looking for someone to come out. Seeing their 5 star rating they were the first on my list to call. I got a call back as soon as they received my message and I had an appointment within an hour. Luckily it was a quick fix and he set us up with their yearly maintenance plan so we hopefully never run into a morning like this again. Wonderful response time in an emergency, quality work, and well worth every penny.

What an amazing experience! Once we finally got the guys on our books, they came out and totally replaced our HVAC in the house. They did the work pulling ducts between my tight floors even though it was an extremely challenging problem without complaint! This was work that other companies wouldnt even call me back on after seeing it the first time. Thanks for the good job.

Getting the estimate was super easy; they were prompt and thorough when getting back to us via email. When it came to the install, the gentlemen were all so wonderful! Super friendly, very helpful, and they explained everything. They worked extremely hard from 8am-5:30, replacing our entire unit. They really exceeded our expectations- so glad we went with them!!

These guys are fantastic! My heat stopped working on the morning of the years first snow. Within a few minutes of leaving a message, the office got back to and scheduled the service appointment. The technician (James) confirmed the appointment via text, and messaged again when he was on the way. The service was efficient, and James quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very helpful and even offered to help me clean my air filter. Now, we can watch the snow from inside a warm home.

Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning has serviced our HVAC for years and we have always been completely satisfied with their service. The technicians have been knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Recently, it was finally time to replace our old furnace and heat pump. It was the coldest days of the season, but they took care of us quickly, and had us up and running again in a reasonable amount of time, and got us a great system at a great value, with discounts for being maintenance agreement customers!

Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning is a Highly Recommend Company!!! Sam arrived within the first 30 mins of the time frame quoted!!! Im not technology savvy. Sam was really patient with me as I was asking many questions about the unit he installed. I really appreciate how well he manage to keep his area clean as he worked!!

The technician was clearly familiar with the furnace motor, and he identified and fixed the problem quickly. I have had an annual inspection contract with Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning and several installations of new equipment. I have never had a bad experience with them. It is a relief to know I dont have to worry that part of my life being well taken care of.
