I was charged $30 for a color change on my toes. No pedicure, just paint! I used to like this place, but after that fiasco- I wont be coming back nor recommending it to anyone. Lost a loyal customer.

Small place, apt only due to COVID. The young lady that worked on my nails have me tips to improve my nails and didnt nail shame me (very short nails). She was thorough but fast. Got a manicure with gel polish. Looks great!

I came here two weeks ago and paid $45 for a gel pedicure. In two days, the gel peeled completely off one of my toes. I came again today and I asked for the tech to keep my toenail square. However, she clipped it slanted and tried to send me to the dryer without fixing. She became very nervous once I pointed it out and painted my toe very sloppy. In order to fix the toe she had to file the toe down extremely low. I had to make her take the paint off and repaint it. Over priced I will not be returning here.

Quality service..Rose, Vee, and Kenny are great..you cant go wrong with any of them..Kenny does my services. Im never disappointed. He pays attention to detail and his polish game is strong and foot massages are awesome. Lol. Im super picky and to know I can just relax and sit without watching to see if something was overlooked is a great feeling.

I got a gel manicure less than 10 days ago, and the polish has chipped off looking like a French manicure on crack. Called the salon, only to get a bunch of reasons as why my natural nails would cause it to chip off. I had my nails done at this establishment with the polish having to be soaked and electrically filled off. So clearly its not my nails, it was the shoddy rushed service I received. I thought because it was the owner is why she was going so fast. The tips of my nails arent even smooth.

My first time going to this cute, quiet spot. I will differently be going back. This is not a place if you are in a rush because its small with only 3 techs.....they welcoming, and friendly. The baby of 3, i will call her, made my hands feel so good i left my phone and had to go back, lol.....Thank you young lady for the best nail experience i have had in a minute

I have been getting my nails done for years and never went to a nail shop that the people was so nasty, they charge for length and shape, That is to crazy. Will go there again.

Went in to get a soak off, got there at 6:30pm. I walked in to see 3 ladies waiting. A younger guy was sitting down playing on his phone and asked how can he help me, I told him I needed a soak off, so he started getting up to help me until an older gentleman rudely yelled that they were closed, it’s 6:30. I only needed a soak off which takes less than an hour, but there were 3 ladies waiting to be serviced so they were going to be there at least until 8pm. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. No stars if I could.

First time here and it was great! There was no wait and they had great customer service!

Just left there. Paid $68 for a pedicure and full set. I just needed a fill in and 2 repairs. Was told $28 for that. Guy decided he needed to take all but one of the nails off. Hence full set. Then told me the shape i had( coffin) would be $5 extra. Rose commented that my son was well behaved and then asked was i his grandma. Im 36. And i look 36. Never again

I normally go to this place and Rose does my nails and is good but today is my last time. $15.00 for just a polish change on toes I never paid that much ever the most I ever was $8 then the guy who was polishing my toes had a nasty attitude while filing my nails down I am so done they will not get any more of my money...

I arrived at 11:30 and was told to make an appointment so I did. I called and was told to come at 12:30 so instead of leaving I waited in the parking lot until it was time for my appointment only to be told to wait again. I was very disappointed because someone who arrived after me was being serviced.

The best my nails have ever been. I will be going back . Everyone was polite and professional, and the best thing was they gave me what I asked for and didnt try to push other things on me.

One of the worse nail salons Ive been in. Seems like nothing has been updated since 1900s. No one greets you at the door, I had to walk in and ask for services. The guy in the salon doesnt use headphones so you hear what he watching on his phone and his singing is terrible. I went to get lashes (individuals) on Monday. They fell off on Wednesday and Rose the shop owner felt it wasnt her fought so she couldnt do anything about it. I wouldnt recommend this salon to pet owner wanting to get their pet grooms. Absolutely terrible. Worse experience ever!

I decided to try this place to get my nails done for my birthday rather than my normal nail salon. I was skeptical because of the reviews.When I first walked into this salon, I was greeted with a Hello, how many I help you?, which is great! There was only one customer ahead of me so I didnt expect to wait very long. I looked for my preferred nail color and had a seat. One of the technicians came to me and asked what I was getting...and I kindly let him know that there was a customer waiting ahead of me and that she should go first.He seemed as if I had said something to offend him and just walked away. He did not assist the young lady. He just stood over Roses shoulder and talked to her instead. After waiting for about 10 mins, I was assisted by another technician. And older man who sat in the far back. The nail prep process started out fine....until he used the acrylic to form my nail. For some strange reason (and this has never happened before) it burned my nail so bad. It felt like my nails were on fire!!Then, the man started to get really rough with my hands. He was snatching and grabbing my hands pretty roughly. He even used the sharp part of his nail to try to separate where the acrylic had stuck to the sides of my nail and he was literally pulling my cuticles back with his thumb so hard! Then he started to drill into my cuticles and he even cut into them.My nails are supposed to be coffin shaped. They are very skinny at the top. I didnt want a skinny coffin. They also look very rounded/curved downward. They almost look like bird claws.Unfortunately, I cant say that my experience was as pleasant as the other reviewers, so I will not be returning.

Prices can be a little high but they do a great job (if you see Rose!) one of the only places in Columbia I go to

Garbage- unprofessional- overpriced- 2 nails broke the same day I got them done- Pedicure was trash and the worst I have EVER had!!! And I get 1 every 2 weeks without fail but toe nails still have hints of the previous color Around the edges and patches of dead skin on my heels/ the owner of the shop was more concerned with gossiping on the phone, complaining that she had to shut last week because of the rain and the empty streets . Next thing I know she is playing match maker to someone she claimed was her husbands no-name friend and her sister!!! There is a sign that ask people to speak softly but she and the “ unknown stranger” are having full on speaker phone convos on her sister that’s being hooked up! That was more important than attending to customers. The very young lady that did my nails stopped numerous times to answer and send text messages with no regard for my time as a paying customer. Although my review is unfavorable it is truthful... it’s your money to spend- either spend it wisely elsewhere or lose it here..... I coulda had a v-8, some scratch-offs and a couple of quick picks!!! I will not return here for any services

I wont be going back. Being new to the area I choose this particular nail salon because it was around the corner from where I live and I wouldnt have to travel far. This particular day someone else did my nails and not Lee. The nail tech that has did them at lease 4 times already. This other tech whom I cant remember by name did a horrible job on my nails. I was getting a fill in and 1 repair with gel polish finish. The polish was all over the top of my cuticles and some spots he didnt polish all the way. I was in a hurry to get my kids from school that day so I had no time to let him fix the problem. I had to come back to get my nails repaired again because two of the nails had broken over the weekend. Rose shaped my nails and fixed my cuticles cause he didnt do any of that either. He was standing there and they were speaking their language as she pointed out the problems she seen with my nails. I told her Lee had done my nails in the past. But that Friday he was busy. But she stated next time let him do my nails. If I like the way he does them let him do them. My response was well you seem to do a good job. She stated to me nooooo nooooo Im toooo busy Ive been doing this for 26 years already and Im tired. Any of my employees you like can do for you..........It would have been a lot better if she would have said Im often busy with my regulars but anytime you come and Im free Id be happy to do them for you or make an appointment. Her attitude about the whole thing turned me completely off because Im spending money in your business and I dont think she was professional about it at all. So I no longer need there services because I just dont feel welcomed.

Took a friend there as a treat. Nail color change only. Bad and limited selection of colors. Both of us had watery polish that bubbled inmediately and we had to crouch in front of a tiny fan to dry, no nail drying station. Plus, more expensive than other places that have more amenities.

I go here all the time. Rose and Adam are the best in town!

I went back at ten and waited until 10 minutes after 10 and still no one opened the store. Needless to say I went somewhere else. Please update your hours!
