I got the dip nails two weeks ago. Came in for a fill in to be charged for a WHOLE NEW SET. Mind u they didn’t even change the old nail. I didn’t complain tho because nails are a lot of work. But now I’m nail is BROKEN again. It’s only been two days. Don’t recommend

I love Trang she has a beautiful spirit and shes very talented. All the designs I ask her to do, she definitely mastered them. Its a very busy shop so schedule an appointment if you have a full day ahead of you but they dont schedule appointments on Friday or Saturday.

Im new in town, I was in need of a new nail place, so I typed into Google closet nail salon to me and CK nails was the first to pop up, and they are literally 3 minutes from my house ... they are really nice and did a fabulous job on my nails ... Ive just moved to Columbia from Los Angeles. I always get my nails done every two weeks. I have almost never been satisfied with my nails and definitely not twice in a row. Trang is THEE best. Friendly, professional, and talented. The pink is from today and the purple is from two weeks ago. 😍🤩🤩😍

My nails literally popped off like press ons.

My visit was horrible!...nail tech didnt know what she was doing.... she kept looking at my nail after the first coat and still did a second one even though it was faulty. I kept asking what was the matter but she continued speaking to her supervisor in their language even though i asked them to speak english so i could understand what the problem was. I have very thin nails and my finger tips hurt and she kept laughing. I left without my nails being done because I didnt want her touching my fingers anymore. Shame on them!

My nails broke off as soon as i left came back today to get ONLY one nail repaired just for the lady to look at it and then say something to dj and he started laughing!!!! Ill just come get pedicures from here on out!!

Business Hours are from 10am-7:30pm I walked in at 7:03 wasn’t asked what service I needed but instead was told they’re closed I pointed to the sign on the door and both a guy and girl stated they take the last customer at 7. I kindly stated I wasn’t here for nails instead lashes and they still refused service. I previously came here years ago to get lashes done on a regular and couldn’t remember why I stopped so I wanted to give it another try. After this I won’t return I’m completely done and btw the way they do nails are mediocre. Nothing to brag about. I came all the way from northeast Columbia to this side of town and I think it’s really inconsiderate to take your last customer at 7, 7:15-7:20 is understandable.

Got my nails done for New Years. They had gel powder base for tips before putting on gel powder and they have chrome, so I did a chrome with a sparkle accent nail. Super nice and I love my nails

Ive been getting my nails done here for almost 8 years!!Kelly and Randy are both awesome along with baby Mimi, she takes her time on my manicure and it always comes out PERFECT!!! Oh and Tommy is the bomb as well!!

Not sure what is going on with this place lately, but their quality of services has dropped drastically. This was my go to place but Im probably going to have to find a new salon to regular.Long story short, I came in for a manic, pedi and an eyebrow wax. They started filing the gel off of my nails before realizing, oh, its not a fill in (my nails were freshly done, I just wanted cuticles removed and a new color).The pedi actually tore the bottom heel of my left foot. I had to go home later and pull off some skin that had been cut and then refile the area to smooth it out. Toes were painted a little sloppily and the polish is already wearing off (got them done 3 days ago).And the eyebrows. I asked for them to be cleaned up, and they waxed off half of each one so now it looks like the old 90s pencil thin eyebrow shape and Im not into that at all.So I am not sure if Ill Ill ok me back but I used to love this place. Must be some changes in management.

They do good work but the customers service is poor.

DJ & Trang are the absolute best here! But Kelly & Ray are downright rude and disrespectful and have no business decorum at all! Ray talks to customers like he’s their father and then gets mad when he’s told to not address people like that. Kelly tries to get all in your face if you’re not satisfied with the services she provided. It’s a circus show in there.

How did this salon ever get a 5 star rating ? I went to the salon based on the six reviews I read and was sorely disappointed. This salon is very dusty, its on the service stations, light fixtures and the ceiling. There were leaves all over the floor. The place is cluttered clothes laying aroung on the seating. During my manicure, I watched the lady do four facial waxings with the same wax stick (they are supposed to be single use)!! All four women had their brows, lip and chins done. Surely, she has a package of waxing sticks. All I could think of was how many boogers and crumbs being shared on that stick .I agree that the nail techs are nice but obviously dont value being tidy. I just wanted a manicure and possibly some colored powder or chrome nails. They dont do chrome nails or gel nails. They dont use cuticle softener. Gee did my manicure and only massaged my hands. The polish was on my finger pads, she sent me to the dryer seat anyway and the manicure hasnt lasted 2 days.

Appointment every two weeks for about 3 months now. Has been satisfied so far.

DJ is phenomenal but for me to call and ask if theres a wait, show up three minutes later and have to wait 45 minutes is crap. Shes done that 3 times. Then to charge for removing polish during a fill-in is crazy. Never coming back which sucks because DJ is awesome.

Waited for 3 hours 12/14 to have fill on feel nail. I was tpatient and polite. Explained I did not want acrylic thick on nails becaue I didnt want them to look fake because they are not. What did I get.... Thick acrylic that was obviously way above my nail her. Was told to come back in and it soul be fixed. Told I had to wait another 30 minutes when I said I only had l3we than an hour for lunch. 30 minutes and still waiting. Now she says another 30 minutes. 20 thumbs down and no respect of anyones time

My favorite nail salon, great work

Brought a gift card, which consisted of a manicure and pedicure for for my lady. Took her in to have it done. The day after it was done, the Polish started coming off! I call them about this, and was told that they could not guarantee their work. But to bring my Lady back in, and they would redo her nails.When I explained that for the amount of money spent for the gift card and the service received, there is no reason, that the polish should come off the very next day???Was told if we were not happy with there service, that we should go somewhere else.Thats not good customer service. Thats not good business, PERIOD.Especially when we went to Walmart, purchased polish, and my lady painted her own nails. And the polish lasted for a few weeks, before she had to redo them.To take someones money, give subpar service, is just wrong.
