I got my nails done by Thang and he did an amazing job! My nails look just like what I asked for he was very patient and reassuring. He made me feel confident that my nails would look good. I haven’t had anything this beautiful in years. Will 100% be going back . Thank you again

The nail tech didn’t do my acrylics very good. i have spaces where it looks like they’ve grown out already, pretty disappointed will definitely go somewhere else next time*updated*i returned and got a fill and this time it was excellent no gap or anything i will now on go to tim for a fill in & will definitely return they made it right this time i’m glad i went back

Got my pedicure after waiting quite a while and it was good, though it chipped within 24 hours.Asked for dip ombré nails, and the first time it was Barbie pink, so I asked them to remove it and then they started over. I didn’t want to hurt her feelings because she was really sweet, but my nails were really thick, not straight, and looked nothing similar to what I wanted. I kept having to ask her to correct them, shorten them, etc over and over. After it was done she knew it wasn’t what I wanted after asking me and said I should have done acrylic, but it was too late by then. I asked for my money back but they said they would have to take them off to refund it. However I had already been there 3 hours and was late for a meeting. I didn’t know it would take that long… so no refund, I got my nails taken off today at home and I probably won’t ever go back here again.

I always ask for ThiThi. She does a great job. I don’t mind if I have to wait for her.

Hang nails left as you can see in the picture, cuticles not pushed back or whatever is supposed to be done before doing nails ( I noticed cuticles hadnt been pushed back after leaving a lot of excess skin, I pushed back in pic same day nails were done) so nails look very short as you can see in pic

Three ladies walk into a nail shop...We all walked out with glossy, glittered toes and nails with flowers! Special chair for the birthday girl. The staff was talented and prepared.Pedicures, salt scrubs, and massages.We look forward to going back.

Every time I go the air is out and it is so hot in there!!!!! I think its so terrible the owner makes his employees work in these conditions. It is very unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers. Also, they are always out of my nail polish color. Service seems to be getting worse for sure. It has really gone down hill lately. Not the sam as it used to be and there are so many new salons opening in the area much better. So disappointed!!!!!

The man did not introduce himself or actually speak to me except to get mad because I didn’t want gel. Down hill from there. I told him to just even up my nails. He cut my little toe to the quick. When I yelped he gave me a dirty look and started to cut even more off. I had to stop him! My nails are UNEVEN and JAGGED! . He swiped an emery board across my toe nail once per toe. One big toe is about a 1/4 inch longer than the other. Maybe they have some good people there but not the rude guy I had!

I will never go back to pro nails again. Every nail was uneven the acrylic was so thick it took an hour to soak it off. Not to mention, my daughters nails fell off after only a week of having them on!! I will never pass ombre nail spa up again.

Total Disaster! The male nail tech was too busy trying to watch a soccer game on tv. Color charts are totally different from the color you get! Best to get a true picture of what color you’re choosing on the nail itself. You could tell this man was very inexperienced by the quality of work he was doing. Don’t waste your money. I paid $33 for nothing after the second attempt of color. Total waste of time and money! It would be very helpful if these people who work here speak our language. All I got was mumbling—you can’t even understand what they are saying. Worst nail experience ever! First and last experience for me. Wish I had recorded them!!

They really did not do much of a pedicure. I walked out with marginal improvement to my feet. Definitely not worth the money.

Lena did so good on my eyebrows and acrylics! Mango and Tim have also done my nails and did an amazing job. This is by far my favorite place to get my nails and now my waxing services done. 😁

Stay away …stay very far away from this place! New to Columbia and I am in shock about how horribly bad my experience was here. Let me say first that I have been getting my nails manicured every two weeks for 35 years - so my hands/cuticles and nails were in great condition and I thought I knew what to expect.I was there for a simple manicure and the tech was so rough, I left there there sore and bleeding. First of all,, Ithe place is dirty and I saw no evidence that my tech was using clean, sterilized tools. She kept going to other stations and pulling tools out of different drawers. Then she cut my nails incredibly short, for no discernible reason. And unevenly. But the WORST part of it all was that she kept cutting over and over and nipping over and over and filing roughly. The nails were cut so short hat she was filing my skin. She also dug in to my skin with her fingernails.I told her several times that she was hurting me. She kept going. There was definitely a communication barrier - but it’s no excuse. She should have understood by my physical reactions that she was being too rough. After all the unnecessary nipping, she actually used the nippers to rip off my cuticles, causing several fingers to bleed. She reached in her drawer and pulled out wadded up tissues to dab the blood. I finally had enough and withdrew my bloody hands and tried to leave. She grabbed my hands and sprayed them with alcohol and the stinging and burning was intense. There was no way I was going to allow her to paint when she started - never even telling me to wash my hands before she started. I wanted out of there.Now 10 hours later, all of my fingers are burning and stinging., I have 7 of my fingers slathered in Neosporin and covered with bandaids, praying I don’t get infections. There are other issues I won’t even bother to address - this is bad enough.Manicures aren’t supposed to cause pain and bleeding. So unbelievable and disappointing.Never again.

I have gone to this salon many times and its always a good experience. They are now my place to go. You can make an appointment on their well organized website and even pick your technician. They also give you notification reminders of your appointment. They are clean and organized which is a big plus for me. They are busy but thats because their good.

This was my first time getting acrylics and it was amazing! My nail tech, Mango, did these beautiful long stiletto nails and I immediately fell in love. My tech was very nice and gentle. His work was actually faster than expected. So fellow goths need dagger nails, this place got you covered.

I come to do my pedicure. I just want to get the regular color for my toe this time but the nail tech name is Giang, she try to push me to do gel color again. I reject her and I say I don’t need it so I choose basic pedicure . When she talked to me, she so rude and not polite. When she finishes massage, she try to ask me again to do gel and she try to explain. I say ok. I paid $43 . But when I leave, I look my toe, she painted color very ugly and color over my skin. I agree when I come the store little busy, but please don’t be rush. I wait 45 minutes, but she take care my foot only 20”. I feel so sad about that. I hope when I come back, the other nail tech can take care me except her.

Lena does a great job with acrylic nails and eyebrows. She takes her time and does it right. Pro Nails is very clean and professional. I have been going there for years.

I visited to get my dip nails updated. I went with a few pictures for reference. Although I was told my preferred design wasnt possible (it would require them to paint a design, so I understand), we found one of them that would work. Sonia did an amazing job and asked how I liked it along the way.

It is way Better than the one on Nashville Hwy.They are rude, and will not take directions on what you want, they give you what type of nail they want. One lady who has been working there for a long,long time got upset with me and snatched the towel from over my hands. Because I told her that, I wanted another nail tech. Because of her RUDENESS.

The front desk receptionist made my visit go from an averagely happy customer to the most grateful ecstatic patron ever! I didn’t catch your name and I am from out of state so I don’t know if/when I’ll be back but thank you SO MUCH for being awesome!!! 🥰

They’re a great salon and even with today’s experience we will only use Pro Nails!!My daughter and I have used Pro Nails for awhile now and normally the service is superb; our regular techs, Thang, Mango, and Ken are excellent.Unfortunately, today my daughter got someone else and the experience was not good. I don’t know if there was a language barrier or what but it was nothing like she asked for, he was rough and cut her cuticles up, he filed her so thin her nail beds burned, there are air bubbles and uneven acrylic, and he was sloppy. Even when she tried to tell him he just kept going and jerking her hands. She asked for an accent nail and glitter over white. He did one coat of white gel and told her she was done. She was so mad but being only 16 she didn’t want to make a scene. I have had this same person before and had a similar experience. Mine were so bad I took them off.

The atmosphere is great staff are very friendly and they do a great job there was a little bit of a wait but well worth it!

I asked for just basic french tip nails. He does them and when he’s done they were literally dripping down my fingernail and i had to wipe it off. Also charged wayyy more than expected and listed on the price list. I will most definitely not go back.

I’ve been told by many people to come here and I’m very disappointed the lady barely spoke and when it come time to cut my nails to length she cut to short not my normal size at all and didn’t fix it ! It was the fastest full set of acrylics I’ve ever had in my life ! I’m very disappointed ! Sloppy polish all under my nails not ok, disappointed bad. !

First time! It was crazy busy for Tuesday, an hour before closing time. I almost left but they got it together. Angela was great... precise and neat. It wasnt bad but I think it would have been better if it werent so many people.

Even though I sit over 3 hrs for a appointment once, I decided to give it another try. Made an appointment online, walked in was greeted by name and told to have a sit at nail tech chair, 15 minutes later owner walks in late for the person waiting in his chair and starts the person I booked is on Vacation smh so nobody couldnt called to reschedule. Sad part is you wait and go back over and over bc this small town have nothing!!!!

Went in together my nails done the tech was nice but started filing my nails without asking and made them too short and the tips are not good he was filing and not looking ended up filing my skin instead of the nail and at the end when they rub your arm with lotion he didnt do half of one arm or the hand

I would rate 0 if I could. Today was my birthday so I went out with someone to get my nails done. Supposedly they were finna close so they tried to get me to get gel but I told them I didnt want it and they kept bringing it up. Not only did they add extra money to be paid for I dont even know. $135.... If were gonna pay good money atleast do it how we want it. They rushed us and argued with us. We ended up staying an extra hour to dry. He checked my nails and said they were dry and rushed me out of the shop when they were not even dry. By the time I got home three nails were messed up badly and I didnt even touch them. I would sue them if I could but I dont have time for that. do not go here horrible place to get your nails done. Also the water for my feet was way too hot and when I asked for them to cool it down they made it cold very cold. They have no patience nor intelligence they dont know what there doing. Besides that they did my feet good

I love the new look of Pro Nails and having an appointment makes things much easy and spend less time waiting. My favorite nail tech there is Eddie he is amazing. They also have a second salon on the north side of town in the Kroger shopping center.

I got some gel polish on my natural nails two days ago and the polish is already pealing off. (I haven’t been being ruff with my nail at all.)

I just left crying. My nails arent what I asked for they didnt make it right. There isnt enough acrylic on the nails. When u pay 145 for services you want a good job done. You want what u ask for . This is the first bad experience I have had with them and I am very disappointed in how they handled it.

Always overcharges me. Should have been $35 but instead charged $40. Also I asked for round tip and a design and he did square and no design. Once he started the clear coat I knew he wasnt going to do it. He was in too much of a rush and left my nails rough. He didnt clean up behind each nail either. I wont be back.

I only go to Pro Nails. The shop is clean and newly redone. They are friendly and professional. Kathy always does a great job, but she is at the Other site now. Sonia also does a great job and I never have an issue with my nails. It is the best in Columbia, Tennessee.

Has to wait for 45 minutes for pedicure b/c a child was sitting in a chair and the mother wouldn’t let her move. The child was not receiving any service.Hopefully management will address this. If the chair is needed for a paying customer, then a child should not take up a chair.

I have been to multiple nail places lately and they have done a very poor job but techs doing my nails today have done an amazing job. I would highly recommend them.
