Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend only have 1 star because you can’t leave zero! The guy that did my nails rushed and didn’t even clean the area before he sat me down. Someone got up 2 seconds before I sat down. They have the nerve to have their COVID-19 procedures posted multiple times but do not follow them AT ALL! One of my nails are lumpy as seen in the photo. He only did the top clear cot on one of my hands and when I said something about it he has the nerve to tell me he did. Please save your coins and go somewhere else.

I went to get a full set and pedicure here for the first time. My service was decent while my friend experienced terrible customer service. She kept saying gel polish does not last on her toes, by the time she walked out of the building the entire toe polish peeled OFF. On top of that, the nails are bulky and the manager refuses to fix the service without a discounted rate. Ongoing issues kept arising while trying to resolve the issue at hand. All in all, the business delivered poor customer service and I feel for anyone who comes into this place. My advice to you is be aware of the money hungry employees that rush the service you are paying for.

Super poor customer service and overall people skills. One of the employees were in a rush & messed up my nails. I was told I can only get $5 off and if I wanted my nails fixed I would have to pay a extra $10. I also received a gel pedicure and when I went to the car to check my toes the polish was gone please make sure you read the reviews and pay attention to what they’re doing. When I tried to resolve the issue I was met with a attitude as if I was the problem.

I treated my younger brother to a pedicure & this was the end result! We tried to speak to the manager and she said she didn’t come to the VIP room where we were because she “didn’t want to deal with it & they could only take $5 off because he wasn’t bleeding”. After arguing with her for 10 minutes, they charged me $23 for the pedicure. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I come in this nail shop every other week and this is just unacceptable. I will not be going back to this location.

On their website they said $25 for acrylic fill in. I went in, they took off my acrylics and used powder and did the design. this costs me $75. then my friend who got a full set on paid $70. how is it that mine costed more? It looks good just not happy

I have been coming to King Nail for over 15 years. I absolutely love Macey and her team! Professional, clean, and worth every penny. Eyebrow tinting, King Spa pedicure, dip nails are my favorite and are done with perfection!

I needed one nail fixed and repaint of gel polish. I asked for stones on one finger. The stones were laid on the gel top coat. Usually it is set on gel. After applying all the stones the tech put glue on it, ruining the shine and leaving the nail this way. One broken nail, repaint and stones for $50. I showed the man upfront how it looked and the nail was repainted plain white. I didnt get my money back for the stones that was 10 extra so 50 for 1 nail repair and repaint. And for the first time I was charged a fee for extra long. My nails have been the same length each time Ive gone. 😣

I really enjoy getting my nails done and having my eyebrows waxed at this place. I have been a customer ever since I moved to Columbia 6years ago. I have had pedicures here as well, just not every time. I’m always satisfied with the price, the wait, ( which I typically go early morning on a weekday) and the customer service received. I will not go ANYWHERE else to have my nails done. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

They hire professional nail technicians that are skilled and are eager to please. Song (Name of mail tech) is pleasant and does a great job on eyebrow tinting and waxing! Stop by and you won’t regret it.

Follows Covid processes of social distancing and cleanliness, always high quality service, and every one of the nail techs is amazing. Holly did an excellent job on my beach nails! My pedicure technician really made my feet feel and look great! The manager was a bit abrupt with me. I wont hold it against the workers.

First of all, the nail techs my sister and I had, did not know when to stop when it came to up selling. We asked for one thing and it’s okay to try once or twice, but they were asking way to much. I payed extra for gel, and my matte was peeled in 2 days. They also painted my sisters nails matte. It didn’t work and they just left her to dry. She had to ask for it to be fixed by a different nail tech. The man at the front desk was great, everything else was terrible. I get my nails done at least once a month, I would rather have paid more and had it be nice and last. Just go to POSH

Today was my first time at King Nail Spa and it was a very pleasant experience. Social distancingand COVID protocol was followed. Holly was my tech, she was friendly, very professional and skilled in her craft. I will be back as a customer, I will request Holly again and I would recommend King to my friends.

I was recommended to try this spa. I was very pleased with their services. Eventhough I was a walk in, I was treated very professional. I received a pedicure and eye brow waxed. Their prices is higher than expected but its worth the service that I received. I will go back, thank you Song.

I just love going here to get my nails done. They have great customer service and they are very fast. My hands and feet always look great when they’re done.

The place is popular and they do take temperatures and practice social distancing. My pedicure is nice but my manicure is not impressive. The fumes are really strong with minimal air circulation (in my opinion). They ARE welcoming though.

I went initially to get a gel fill-in and was very impressed with quality of service, friendly professionalism/customer service and clean facility. I then decided same day to get the individual lashes, lash tinting, eye brow wax/shaped and was just as equally satisfied with each of those services. Highly recommend to others. Definitely plan on returning.

I had Song again today and she is by far amazing. Song will always be my go to when visiting King’s!! And I’d hate to leave out the guy that welcomes you when you first arrive. His customer service is what makes you want to see what’s in store inside. All around hands down great experience!!

This spa is like an oasis in the middle of a cement strip mall. My mother and I came here to get pedicures together. I called ahead to make sure they could fit us in and do our nails at the same time. Sure enough, when we walked in they immediately sat us right next to each other. The decor is absolutely beautiful. It is very tastefully done and everything matches. They even have a bar with wine and assorted alcoholic beverages. The chairs are some of the best massage chairs I have ever sat in, and I left feeling like a professional had rubbed the knots right out! The pedicure tech herself was very professional and my nails were impeccably done. She massaged my legs and feet for a long time, and was very detailed on my nails. The tvs were on a nature channel and instrumental music was on in the background. It was so much more enjoyable than hearing a tv blaring. Overall, I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. It was about 5 dollars more expensive than other places but you pay for the experience and decor. SO worth it.

Cut my nephews toenails dangerously short. When I voiced my concern, I was told hes not bleeding as if that was the very low bar that they set for themselves. Eventually, the male owner called the police on me and tried to file a fraudulent theft of service claim. My receipt for payment kept me out of jail.

It was so nice to be treated at the door & everyone doing their part to keep employees and customers safe. I loved how they displayed all there guidelines for my safety as I got pampered. What really caught my attention was the no cell phone rule, I read that, put my phone in my purse and legit relaxed. My nail technician was so sweet and had minimal conversation with me to make me feel comfortable and understand everything. She even took her time to show me how to work the massage chair, no one had ever done that before. The lady who did my eyebrows was so sweet, patient and careful too. Definitely going back!

They are very happy to allow wait times of over 2 hours while telling regular clients not to bother waiting! The clients looked dirty and unkept! Will never go again!

Second time I came here seems like they want to ensure you spend $100. I repeatedly told the lady I wanted regular and I wanted the $35 pedicure. I got a manicure and pedicure and eyebrow wax. Guy at the registre guy talking $52 I choose the $32 pedicure and then gone say we take off $5. I will not be coming back. Money sucking theives ! My nails did not get done like I showed Bryant either. And I requested Song by the one who did my eyebrows wanted to do my nails knew she wasnt up to no good.

My girlfriend is very disappointed in her nails. First thing was the nail color, they ran out of the color that she wanted. Didn’t tell her till the last minute but by that time the lady didn’t even give her options. Or even asked what other color she wanted she just basically did what she wanted to do. Next thing was the design of the nails, the guy didnt even ask her if she wanted a design, when she did say she wanted a letter on one of her nails the guy he claimed it was too late.

They used to be excellent.. last few experiences left a lot to be desired..I tried an ombre the guy rushed it bc it was so many waiting.. left dirt particles stuck in it and bumps and humps.. so I said ok no more manis bc before that it was another bad experience with a tech with an attitude... today a pedi the tech was so nonchalant did feather light scrub for about 7 seconds and that was it.. n by then I was thru his customer service was horrid.. no more!

I was referred here by my sis and I WILL NOT be going back. I had to correct the greeter when I first walked in. I AM NOT a girl so I preferred to be address Mrs or mama. He address everyone girl and I personally thinks thats unprofessional. The nail tech did an awful job on my toes

This is a beautiful salon no doubt! This was my first time here, but I will not be coming back. I feel like crying I’m so frustrated. My nail tech while kind, did not listen to any of my requests to shape my nails. He left them messy, unshapen, and filed my til my toe hurt. I’m so disappointed.

Ok, got a pedi by a friendly guy. Pedi was ok, but the guy talked to me and made me laugh. I liked that. 😊 Then I got my fingernails done. I am not an easy client, but I’m very pleased. I got an ombré’ with two colors that the technician told me were difficult to mix. She did an awesome job, but she was not friendly. What I have to say is that, I really hate when the tech doesn’t talk to me at all and only speaks a different language to other people while she’s doing on my nails. It always makes me feel like she’s talking about me. She did snap at me a couple of times, I didn’t like the color, and I didn’t understand the process so she had to take a little bit of time to make it right and help me understand. I don’t think she liked that at all. She did a great job, but she was not friendly. I will go back because when it’s all said and done I was pleased with how my toes and my fingers looked. I have been there twice and both times I have been pleased with my results.

My experience at King’s is always nice. From the time I walk in until the time I leave I’m 100% satisfied!!!!! I love the COVID-19 screen such as temperature check, washing hands and most importantly ensuring everyone is wearing a mask!!!

Waited 25mins even though I had an appointment for an 8min manicure. My gel polish was not applied well and 24hrs later it’s already peeling. I’ll try somewhere else.

This is my favorite nail salon. Macie is my nail tech and she does an amazing job every time. She’s very professional also. Since they re-opened since the pandemic they take your temperature before entering the salon and you must wash your hands. You must wear a mask while receiving services. This makes me feel more comfortable while I’m there.

I have been coming to Macie for years!!! That tells you the quality of services she and the techs at King nail provide. I have never had a negative experiences experience, and my nails lasts.

So I think I found my new nail place! Moved here a couple months ago and I have had my nails done at 2 other places and this place was the best hands down. First off before you even enter the building they check your temperature and once you get inside they have you wash your hands before you get your service. They are actually practicing social distancing, everyone wears their mask and the place all around is clean and professional looking. Kenny did my nails and even though I felt that he rushed a little, he did my nails exactly like the picture I showed him. Price wise they are very reasonable I had a pedicure that was $35 and my nails were $55 because I got them long coffin shaped and I had the acrylic polish on my nails. The only thing I didn’t like was the lady who did my brows did them way too thin for my liking so I won’t be getting my brows done there anymore but I will definitely continue going to them for my nails and toes! This is a great place!

So I was trying to find a place closer to home to get my nails done, as I have been going somewhere near where I work. I am so glad I chose this place! Not only can you make an appointment online, but when you get there you do not have to wait even if youre a bit early. They have tons of technicians, and from what I could see, they are all really good! I came in with nails that were less than desirable and left with probably the best and most beautiful nails Ive had. I have acrylic nails and I needed a fill, a cut down, and of course gel polish. I also opted to get a design on a couple of nails. I am so pleased with the end result! Emily was awesome! I dont think I will be going anywhere else in the future other than King nails and spa!!!

The best salon visit I’ve had in a long, long time. I’ve lived here for about 6 months and I’ve been to 2 other salons that were ABSOLUTELY horrible (Polished nails & Gervais nail salon). From the customer service to the quality of their work. King nail spa hit the nail right on the head! Macie was about her business and has the hands of a goddess!I am forever loyal to her and honestly never want to find out how the other nail techs perform.I got a simple white tip nail this afternoon, a treat from my husband after the hair salon. I really needed a relaxing experience on my birthday. I was not disappointed. I wasn’t forced to make small talk about my life and my man. I didn’t feel awkward and uncomfortable because of employees boldly s*** talking in front of me.It was clean and quiet and I THINK they have a no children policy because of covid and I think that’s great.I ended my visit with some brow services which was a big shocker because I do not let anyone touch my brows. I’m a DIY kinda girl and I like what I like - but miss Macie came through and gave me the arch of my dreams! LOL she won me over with the free hand lotion (it smells amazing and says New York on it so I immediately made it my purse lotion)

The customer service is good but the actual service I received and the pricing was not. I asked for a manicure (regular, no gel, no acrylic) and was charged 20.00. I’ve never paid 20.00 for a manicure and I am from the DMV. The manicure was horrible the nail tech brought a bowl with cold water no soap, did not use any solution to soften the cuticles. Did not use the tool to push the cuticles back before trying to cut the cuticles. The manicure was rushed and overpriced.

I’ve been going to Tony at King’s for years. All staff are nice and I do quality work.
