Scheduled a 1:30 appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. My nail tech finished a full manicure and pedicure in under an hour and the service and prices are both amazing. Will definitely be returning.

Their service was absolutely amazing. I came here with my mom for Mother’s Day, and we got a Special Pedicure. The ladies were so patient and sweet and gave us everything we requested, including the nail color! Definitely coming here again! One thing I’d say is a bit more organization in terms of scheduling appointments because there’s a lot of confusion and quick dismissing over the phone. Apart from that, excellent spa!

I walked in. Fortunately they were able to take me right away. ROSE was an excellent technician. I picked to similar but different colors. I needed Coral for a wedding. I have natural nails. I asked for Mani/Pedi. She suggested gel for my hands I agreed. The only disappointing thing is the gel color she chose was neon pink. I clashed with my feet. I blame myself for not speaking up. The gel was completely dry in minutes. I dont get my nails done often, but will return to Rose if I need to in the future.! She was very pleasant and professional.

Twan and Tammy are great! I’m amazed that Tammy always remembers me no matter how much time passes between visits, and Twan is very knowledgeable with attention to detail. Great results each time I come.

The female nail technician who did my pedicure and lashes did an amazing job however, the older male technician who did my gel tips was very rude and harsh while administering my nails .. He made me feel uncomfortable and told me if my nails broke that would be on me.. Even though he is right to an extent its not what you say its how you say it ... I felt that was very disrespectful and unprofessional in the manner and tone he used. I would recommend certain staff be kind to all ethnicities not just Asians or customers theyve known for a while.. I felt the disconnect especially as a darker tone black woman.

Ive been going to Pinkys for years. I wanted to find a place to go for pedicures when I was massively pregnant and now I wont go anywhere else. Ive never had a bad or even mediocre experience, my manicures and pedicures are always beautiful and I always look forward to my next appointment.

Service was exceptional (Rose).Unfortunately, female manager (forgot her name) seems to think that her business is not responsible for providing adequate customer service while establishing/maintaining relationships with members of the community. I brought to her attention a spelling error in their brochure today and her response was that no one else had a problem with it or “complained” like me about it.Then she became dismissive and began to walk away from me when I tried to explain to her that I was in no way complaining. Lady, I’m not the grammar police but I just wanted to just let you know that people can expect a warm TOWEL and not a warm TOWER after their pedicure. That’s it. A simple thanks would have sufficed. She got so defensive and apparently avoids dealing with situations by walking away like a child.I even tried again to communicate with her before leaving by translating my intentions on an app on my phone in her native language and she then decided to turn a discreet conversation into a show for her customer making a scene.She has shown me in more ways than one that it’s all about the money to her and nothing more.(For her if reading this)Please start taking responsibility for your behavior and stop making conscious decisions that negatively affect your business overall.Everyone isn’t always complaining when making you aware of something or even when providing constructive criticism.Your immature behavior today was not only disrespectful to me but so outrageous/unnecessary as a business owner.

Made an appointment same day. Was seated right when I walked in. Everyone in masks. Manicure stations had plexiglass. Pedicure station felt safe. All in all a stress free pedicure. And my toes look great and my feet feel wonderful.

I went in to get a basic pedicure w/gel color (FYI gel is $20 extra) for the first time in this salon - had a great experience. They really took their time and did a fantastic job! Will return!

My pedicure they did a good job but a hour and half to dry smudge twice she had to fix it . I was like I will get gel for my hands for that reason she said ten dollars extra I was like ok 50 fine I got up to pay they charge me 55 I had to give a tip I got home I hit my bag it smudge my toes nail polish takes forever to dry so I have smudge toes she did a good manicure and pedicure just the nail polish took forever to dry 😩

I have been going to Thuan for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. They recently remodeled Pinky Nails and now have a great website as well where you can even book future appointments. Very easy to use.

My first time getting mani and pedi the results are great and service was excellent. The lady that worked on my labor formed feet and hands was a sweat heart during the whole process.

My pink and white acrylic nails look gorgeous and my spa pedicure was amazing. The salon is professional, extremely clean, and very well managed.

Each time I have come here the customer service gets WORSE! Technically speaking the work they do is pretty good. However, they rush you, they dont listen, brush you off. Please dont disagree with them about YOUR NAILS. As long as you shut up and pay....you are fine. Im done.

I got a full set of pink and white nails done. I have moved here from NJ and havent found a nail salon down here that does them like I used to get them done. However this place did them perfectly. I absolutely love the way they look. I will definitely be going back to them.

I come here every 2 weeks for an acrylic fill with gel polish and a pedicure every 4-6 weeks. I’m always very happy when I leave. The salon is clean and so are the materials they use (they open brand new materials in front of you too)! Twan is amazing with shaping my acrylic nails into the perfect stiletto shape and applying the polish perfectly. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, which is a must! I recommend this salon to all my family and friends. The prices are very reasonable, the quality is amazing, and the experience is very relaxing!

Pinkys always does a great job with my nails. They recently got A renovation and it looks nice and bright. I appreciate that their prices are consistent, other places seem to just charge me whatever they feel like.

I called ahead for an appt. 30 min later for 2ppl for pedis. When we arrived they were ready for us and we were seated immediately. I didnt get the techs name but she did an amazing job on my feet that have been on lockdown for 4 months. Will definitely be back!

Went here based off reviews & I’m glad I did. Quick service, pedicure looked great. The technician was very skilled at figuring out what I wanted- even when I, myself didn’t even know.

I used to come here off and on, but after a few negative experiences Im not going back. The woman doing my nails was very rude. She kept answering the phone while doing my nails. Both times I had her she cut my fingers. The second time she cut me twice and just laughed. No apology or anything and my acrylics were way to thick on some fingers and different lengths. When I tried to tell her, she became irritated, looked at me like she didnt know what I was talking about and starting talking back and forth to the owner, not in English. Maybe if she wasnt holding the phone between her shoulder and cheek while doing my nails they would have turned out better. Pretty unprofessional nail salon and Ive been to several in Columbia over the years.

My nails (gel full set) looked amazing, better than any place Ive ever been to in the past. They were a little more expensive than other places Ive tried, but I will return again and again since the service was so exceptional! I love this place and would never try another salon now. This was my first time coming to this shop. I want to say that I was impressed by how friendly, clean and professional the staff was. I saw them get a lot of there tools from an autoclave machine which shows good sanitation. My nail tech Tammy took her time and was very informative about good care of my nails and prevention of fungus being that I work in healthcare. I thought that was very nice and showed she was observant. I was greeted from the time I entered and felt comfortable until I left. I would recommend my friends and family here any day and yes I will be returning.

Even though I have a nail salon right next to my house, Ill make the drive to come here! First time I came I gota full acrylic set and they lasted 3 weeks, no issues. The second time I came to get a gel manicure after having a horrendous experience at a different salon. My nail tech worked with me to get my natural nail shape right, and they look fantastic. Everyone was friendly, and even though I came around closing time, I never felt rushed or treated like I was a bother. Prices are also really reasonable in comparison to other salons Ive visited. This place is definitely my new home salon!

Best nail salon Ive ever to! I always get pink and white on my nails and not only does this salon use the highest quality products, but they fill both the pink and the white ensuring everyevery fill looks like a fresh new set. I dont ever plan to use another salon!

The special pedicure is definitely a bomb. I felt completely relax and loosen up while the tech did her job. The lotion they used smell amazing, and made my feet felt totally different. Having so many good compliments about this salon. You guys should totally check this one out

Ive come here a few times to get a gel manicure, and they are always fast and polite. However, the last two manicures I got separated so badly as my nails grew out, I couldnt even wear them for a week before they started to get caught on everything. I got the manicure in the picture 3 days ago. Very disappointed! The manager did say I could come in and they would fix it for me at no charge, but when I went back, they gave me a hard time about not remembering the name of the technician who did them the first time (they never said) and wanted to charge me $20 to pick a different color for the new manicure.

I got their organic pedicure last time and it was much better than many other nail salon that I have been to. I couldnt get name of the lady work on my nails last time but she did a great job. Ive been here twice and enjoyed it both times. The place is really clean and the staff is very nice. Also they are reasonably priced! The first time I went Id gotten a gel overlay. My nails lasted FIVE weeks. I normally dont go that long between fills, but I was amazed! My nails did not crack, break,or chip at all. My second time I got a fill and a pedicure. He opened a new set of tools when I sat in the chair to get my pedicure done.There was a customer there complaining and the staff handled the situation very well. Ill be back for a fill this week 😊

Went to Pinky Nails & Spa for the very first time today and i truly enjoyed it. The place was quite clean and neat. The owner and staffs greeted and welcomed me pretty well and we did have a great time together. I got Deluxe Manicure by the sweet lady and i really loved the way my nails came out. So fantastic. Im kinda picky with the way people shape my toe nails before but she really impressed me well. I would give nail salon 5 stars for their great customer services, friendly staffs and good prices. Highly recommended!

Thank god, I did not read the reviews before I went to Pinky Nails and Spa. I would had missed out on the very reasonable prices here. They offer the best nail polish colors. I really am very impressed with the service. I can really see myself to come back and get a pedicure here. It felt very relaxing and I can not wait!

I cant tell you enough how great this place is! Found this wonderful shop on the way back from my gym and absolutely love it, went here to get a pedicure as a walk in and saw that they offered eyelash extensions as well, I had to try it and I am so happy with they way it turned out! The staff is very friendly and very social, makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend Tina, she did both services for me! Shes amazing! My go to place now!

I have been going to Pinky’s nail for pedicure for years passing several Nail spas because I believed in Service with smile and loyalty. Today I went in with a gift card that was presented to me for my birthday but due to hectic schedule was unable to use by due date. I asked if they would honor it and the response I got stunned me with the person absolutely rude it is expired and no we will not take it. They lost long term client to poor judgement of one person who needs to be trained in customer service. Not upset at not accepting just how it was handled rude a noxious and very unprofessionally.

I came to Pinky’s because my normal salon had a long wait, and I needed my nails done desperately!I did matte black with a pop of gold shimmer on the ring finger. I didn’t catch my techs name... but she did an amazing job!She listened to my concerns about the acrylic separating from my natural nail at the edges and fixed it.Thank you! I will be back again.

This spot is cool. The owner is very nice and the service is pretty consistent. I had one time where the nail tech painted my polish too thick and I was able to get it re-done free of charge.

Manicure, pedicure, waxing. Its a small place but I really had a relaxing and great experience. Only 5 spa chairs so making a reservation a good idea.

My 1st and last time here. The tech rushed doing my nails and taking my cuticles out... did not take her time to do it right. Took her 10mns to do my pedicure and usually takes at least 45mns to do a good job. Will never ever go there anymore. Very disrespectful speaking vietnamese infront of customer and after making a complain the techs were laughing... very unprofessional!!!! My last time here!!!! The worst I have ever been to!!!! The only reason I came was because of the reviews

My mom and I got my eyebrows done here. The lady who did our eyebrows was very kind. She made me feel less scared about getting my eyebrows done because it was my first time. I like how she made me feel at home and she had a conversation with me and my mom. So far, I give this place five stars.

Got my nails done on a Saturday. Sunday my gel polish was peeling. I had one repair and the lady put a curved nail on my finger. Mind you none of my other nails were shaped like that. I tried telling the lady it was too curved and it would break. She insisted it would be fine and sure enough thay nail broke. I had to work so I went back on Wednesday and got that nail fixed and my polish fixed. Only for a few days later the gel polish to start peeling again. Im pissed because I dont live in that area had to come back and my nails are still not right. And to top it of the shape of my nails are uneven. So disappointed. I came because of reviews and I was in the are at the time. But never again. If you want good service Try Nail Works in Annapolis. They are located off of WEST ST.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure. I asked for the same color for both and the colors didnt match at all. Im also concerned about unsanitary practices. The technician cut my cuticles, instead of pushing them back, and cut me in the process. I was bleeding a lot and she simply put nail polish over the fresh blood. This is unnaceptable.

I like this nail spa. I went their once for pedicure and got a really nice massage. At least for guys its not expensive. :)

I came in this place for the first time today and fell in love. They were great in cleaning my cuticles and applying gel color. The result looked amazing!

Pinky Nails did an okay job on my shellac manicure today. The tech was polite and made a few attempts at small talk. Since I do not particularly care too much for chit chat she did not overly talk, which I preferred. My tech had to do an eyebrow waxing during my session, which I did not mind as they were soaking in the aluminum wraps. I did mind however, that she washed her hands with only water for a few seconds in between customer interactions. Also when she was finished with my manicure, the bowel she used to soak my hands in with water and set it back out for the next person. Also the tools such as the nail clippers, cuticle pushers, and cuticle cutters were washed with water only and returned to the drawer. Ew. The paint job was done well with my only complaint being that I had to ask for a final file at the end to smooth out several rough edges. She massaged my hands for a few minutes and used a hot rag, all very nice. So if you dont mind unsanitary uses of equipment this is the place for you. The decorations are green and not unrelaxing and the incense they used was not too bold. They would get 4 stars if they were clean.

Wanted to like this place but wont be coming back. Surprised at the good reviews because my experience ended in chipped and broken nails within a day, which has never happened before. Staff wasnt talkative either, making the experience painfully boring.
