I’ve been coming here regularly for over 3 years now and have nothing but great things to say. Tanya and Alan both do an amazing job and will make you feel like family. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! I previously exclusively did gel on my nails but made the switch to dip about 2 years ago.

Locally owned and always very clean. I leave happy with my nails and the experience every time.

I have been going to see Tanya for quite awhile now! I love that they take appointments and I’ve never had to wait because of this. She does quality work and genuinely cares about the condition of your nails.

Princess nails is top notch! Alan and Tonya run their business extremely professionally, with only appointments, it ensures that their customers arent waiting for long periods of time to get in. Its really peaceful, never crowded, and its the best me time that Ive ever found! Theyre really the best in town.

Very rude!! I brought my daughter in for her birthday and was immediately told no acrylic nails 😀😂 so that told me who they wanted to patronize this establishment.

I’ve been going here for two years, and have literally zero complaints!! I always go to Allen, who always greets me, remembers my color (&usually has it pulled), asks about my family and life and work. I used to get gel there, but have now started getting dip. And I love them every time. They are so gentle, and kind.For pedicures: my feet blister super bad in the summer from flip flops, and Allen has always been so gentle and if I don’t want the bottom of my feet touched due to blisters just healing he works around it and never seems annoyed like other people I have been to!! They give the most amazing feet/calf massages. I’m super ticklish and never feel tickled or anything like that when they do my nails!!They only do appointments, which I love!! And I never ever have to wait for my appointment! Great prices and great people!! Seriously go no where else!!! This is the best place in Columbia, and I have tried everywhere else before.

I made an appointment for gel, and expected to have manicure as well. I had never asked my nail artist at other places for mani. They do it anyway. However, at Princess nail, she didn’t do it since she told me I have just made an appointment for gel, not manicure, and she said that she asked me at the beginning of my session if I wanted mani and I said no! Honestly, since she was wearing mask or for whatever reason, I didnt remember that. But even if thats the case, She didn’t even clean around my nails for this reason and my nails looked messy. Cleaning around the nails after applying the gel has nothing to do with manicure! That was disappointing!

They do not take walk ins and I feel that is very ghetto everyone cannot take the time to schedule an appointment for something as simple as a polish change. The workers are also very rude. I will NOT be back. Ladies, let’s put our money into a BLACK BUSINESS instead of giving these people our money who do not appreciate our business

They were extremely professional and were amazing. I got a mani/pedi, the massage chair was immaculate and the pedicure was the best i’ve ever had. Super hygenic and gentle. definitely my new go to place.

Im one that usually walks in without an appointment. They have always been able to fit me in for a pedicure. I think it is a great place to go and they are nice.

My pedicure was great! What was even better were the massage chairs! They are amazing! Is like getting two services for the price of one. The place is clean and comfortable. Even the chairs in the waiting area and drying station are comfortable. I have finally found my go to for pedicures.

Maybe 3.5 stars..... The decor is super cute, the 2 employees are really nice, and the man gives the best foot rub! When it was our turn we each got a very decent pedicure. It wasnt perfect, but the messaging made up for it.The only problem was the wait. We waited about an hour before we were seated, and since there were 3 of us and only 2 employees it took awhile. It was my first time there, I would probably go back if I was on that side of town again and had the time to spare and sit around.

LOVE it! Salon is very nice, very professional. They carry lots of OPI gel colors which I love. Definitely coming back.

FYI THEY DO NOT REMOVE INGROWNS. Mine are not bad just being pregnant it is easier to have someone else work on them. I would call it a fluff pedicure.

This place is affordable, clean, locally owned, and I love my services. If you are looking for a high end spa-like experience with temple rubs and a waterfall, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE. This is a simple mani pedi joint. They are fast, clean, through, and affordable.

People were so rude!! Had a 12:30 appt showed up, they said because I didnt tell them I wanted Gel nails that I would have to wait til 2pm what ever dont have that kind of time in my day!! Thank you but no!! Went to Milys down the street and they were very happy to have my business!!

They spent 11 minutes on my nails and it looks like I painted them. The place smelled really odd and had a very small variety of nail color choices. Would not recommend

Tried to go 3 times and no one in there they said all full up and again no one in there would not go back even for a free pedicure very bad business.

I was very disappointed with my service today. The massage chair I sat in was broken, the guy working on my nails was brusque and didnt pay attention to my questions. I have gone here before and been pleased, but I was so disappointed today. A waste of money. Will be going home and fixing my nails.

I have never been to this place, I just moved here from Colorado and I am looking online for a good salon, however based off the response of the owner to Margie Mcbrides complaints it sounds unprofessional. Who responds to customers in that manner.

Awful!! Rude didnt want to help. Went somewhere else had better service.

Very sloppy gel manicure. Sharp edges, large missed spots on multiple nails. And did not shape them how I had asked them to. I was really disappointed.
