STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I grew my nails out for 2 weeks before going to get them done because I wanted them to be long. As you can see from the picture, she filed them all the way down to the nail bed. She couldn’t even file the nail straight (look at the thumb). She was clearly in a rush and only dipped my nails twice so the color is sheer…. Not how it is supposed to look. She was also looking around the room the entire time and destroyed my cuticles with the sanding tool. I called back and she told me to come in the next morning to have them fixed. I came in and was met by the owner who very rudely and unprofessionally said there “was nothing they could do because there is nothing wrong with my nails”. What happened to good customer service? Unless you are okay with your nails looking rushed and sloppy, you are better off going somewhere else. I will not be giving this business any more of my money.EDIT: all of my nails were chipped or completely fell off within 7 days. I went and got them redone at Posh where they did an amazing job. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere.

The person who did my nails coughed several times and I watched him take some cough syrup. I asked him then after if he was sick and looked me in my eyes and said NO.He lied!! I didn’t see him at any point wash his hands or use hand sanitizer. He took medicine, touched feet and multiple hands including checking ppl out at the front before he touched my hands. He also never wiped anything down I wiped the station for myself. I will never go back there. It’s supposed to be upscale especially for that area. That’s a downgrade for sure. I told him how I wanted my nails a certain way and he told me he couldn’t do it. It was something as simple as an “apex” curve in my nail and instead of him getting someone else to do it he just said I can’t do it and kept going. This place is all about money and can care less about service or safety guidelines.

I just paid $35 for dip powder removal and a basic manicure and this is what I ended up with.Let me start by saying this is not a one-time fluke. Ive gotten terrible service the past few times I have been here (twice in this past week alone). Today was kind of the tipping point. I went in to get dip powder removed since I had cracked 2 of the coatings on my nails, but I opted not to do another dip powder and instead do a regular manicure. The girl who did my service did an awful job. In fact, Im a little upset that I paid for the service and even tipped before she started the polish. Lesson learned!She cut my nails unevenly and she didnt file down the edges. Then she messed up the polish in a couple of places and didnt fix it, but instead used a TON of top coat. She got up and left me to dry my nails at the end but I sat there for over 10 minutes and it didnt seem like they were drying. When I tested them to see if they were dry, the polish was squishy underneath the top coat. This was on ALL of my nails, not just a few.She never came back so I dont know if she left for the day or what. I got another lady to take the polish off and she sanded my nails down. She was apologetic and even offered to do gel polish for me but I was so frustrated I said nope. I ended up walking out and this is what I am left with after $35.I have paid a lot of money to Devine over the past few months to get my nails done and for pedicures ($300+). I have tried to be understanding and I keep giving yall more chances but every visit lately seems to be worse than the last. I am not trying to be ugly but until your technicians can do better, I will not be coming back.

Wow what a horrible experience..went here today for a fill-in and as I was getting them done I had to keep looking at my nails and telling the guy they werent straight and they were even thicker than the pictures... I left so upset and had to go somewhere else to get them to fix them... Please dont go there they are inconsistent...

The older nail technician used an exfoliator brush on the top of my foot and toes. I have a red mark and nick on my third middle toe. He does not know how to shape or file toenails. I did not allow the technician to polish my toenails due to lack of services. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

My daughter and I both went here to get pedicures and powder polish manicure and were very disappointed with the final product and unprofessional service. We have used this salon in the past with good results. Not sure if it is due to a turnover with untrained employees or what the issue is but I would not recommend this salon to anyone.Melissa A.

I had the best pedicure in a long time. Iwish I knew the name of the young man who did the pedicure so I could request him the next time. I will definitely go back.

I tried this place for the first time after seeing they had good reviews. While getting my pedicure I told the man that my pinky toe on my left foot had started to hurt. He just smiled and kept doing what he was doing. He had scrubbed the skin off the top of the toe and cut the nail to the quick. And then on my big toes he cut really deep into the sides causing them to bleed as well. I also got gel polish on both my fingers and toes and the edges aren’t very clean and have bubbles in the polish. Everyone was very friendly though besides the service.

This is the worst nail salon I have EVER been too. If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed a picture of a full set, the nails looked clumpy and short. I told the owner I did not like my nails and they did not look like the picture. He told me “oh well nails arent perfect” and that I would have to pay for another set to fix them. Not only do they do HORRIBLE THICK SLOPPY nails, the owner has NO training in customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

New to the area and was looking for a nail salon. Checked out Google for top salons near me. Wasn’t sure what to expect since the prices were really great. Looked good in the website. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Although the place was crowded, I only waited a few minutes. I was so pleased with my experience. The place is extremely clean. I had the most amazing pedicure. Top notch, relaxing and as good, if not better than best salons across the country. I had just a basic manicure which was one of the lowest costs I’ve ever paid for a manicure. They did a great job. Next time, I’ll probably try the gel. I was smiling from ear to ear when I left. It was truly a fantastic experience. I loved every minute of it. Will definitely go back.

I got my nails done today at Devine St. Nail spa! I have never been before and was expecting good results due to the positive reviews on google. I was not disappointed. The staff are friendly and do an excellent job to make sure you are happy! I love my nails and I will be coming back!!

I’ve gone to Devine nails for several years now and the quality has gotten worse and worse. Two years ago it was perfectly fine and my nails were done well, however in the past few months when I’ve been it has been awful. In my past 2 trips I have gotten acrylics and gel, I have rough unfinished edges that were uneven and extremely sharp. The gel polish is streaky and practically see through in several areas. And finally the part that made me the most nervous was that the tools used were already opened and looked like they’ve been used on other people. The last time I went was a few days ago and my nail beds are still inflamed and one is still bleeding. I wish that I could continue to go since the location is so convenient but I can’t justify paying 60+ dollars for nails that hurt to get done and look like I painted them myself :(

I called Devine Nails to see if they could take me for a mani/pedi and was told they werent busy and to come on in. I was there 5 minutes later and they were extremely busy, with many people still waiting for service. I waited for 30 minutes to be seen and was not pleased with the level of quality. My cuticles looked awful and the gel mani chipped and peeled off of several fingers two days later. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

This place does a decent manicure but I decided to try a pedicure and was disappointed. The color started chipping after a few days (normally when I get a pedicure it lasts at least two weeks) and the girl just left me sitting in the chair with no shoes on and walked off. Normally at other places they help me put on my shoes and get out of the chair. Don’t think I will be back

I just got home from my manicure a little bit ago and instantly wanted to leave a review! This was myfirst time at Devine Nail Spa and I’m so glad I chose to come here. I walked in (the spa was super clean btw) and was taken care of instantly. I did pay 60$ for an acrylic full set, but it was well worth it bc we used five different gel polishes (10$ - gel and five colors), I got a coffin shape (5$), and had previous dipped nails removed (10$). I wish I could leave a photo to show them off!! I already can’t wait to get them filled; the nail tech did an amazing job :) I only wish I got his name for next time!

Awful! My dip nails look horrible. Not smooth, uneven and bumpy. I Asked the nail tech to fix it and did nothing but put oil on my fingers. Biggest waste of $70. Pedicure wasn’t bad however. Save your money and time.

Its great and service was amazing

I went here to get my nails done last Wednesday. The staff was very nice and my nails looked great after they were done. The only issue is in less then a week the gel manicure that I got here chipped on two nails very badly. Half of the polish is gone. Usually when I get gel nails done at other places they last around 2 to 3 weeks. Very sad that my nails lasted for such a short time as I do not get them done often.

I went here today and felt rushed my entire experience. My nail tech kept leaving me to check on others during me entire service. He even started with someone else while I was sitting there. Not a good experience 😕 felt extremely rushed.

5 stars!! This is the only nail salon I go to now and I drive almost 30 min to get here. Their prices are great, the people who work their are wonderful and they take their time. Very clean and relaxing place. The owner is very attentive and shows a lot of care for all his customers. Best nail salon around hands down!

New to the area so I gave this place a chance. Its hard finding a place that not only meets your standards when it comes to nails but one that makes you feel comfortable. This place was by far the best place Ive been to in this city. They were very clean, polite and professional. Tom started my nails and unfortunately I forgot who finished them but they came out absolutely beautiful for my engagement photos. I plan on making Devine Nail Spa the only place I go. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is a wonderful location! Very clean and the staff is very friendly. It does take time to get your nails done, but only because they make sure it is absolutely perfect and exactly what you want! Ive never walked out unhappy with my service. Prices are very fair. One of the best in Columbia!

Was looking for a spot to get awesome birthday nails, and saw this place opened up fairly close to my office. Saw a few reviews and pictures of great looking nails andI arrived at about 11:15 on a Friday and was immediately greater as I walked in. place super clean and very large. I showed the nail tech an example of what I wanted (light pink shimmery nails with tips)The lady really took her time and was a perfectionist with my nails. It took about an hour, but I got the most perfect elegant birthday nails and I cannot stop looking at them! Wishing this new place lots of luck! You will not be disappointed!

BEST NAIL PLACE!!!! If you want your polish to last super long, here is your best bet. Although my nails have grown out, the polish has no chips or scratches and its been a month and 1 week.The staff are super friendly and the environment is clean. Would definitely go back again.

Came here because my regular salon had no openings, and I was pleasantly surprised!It looked incredibly busy when I walked in. Many other people had to wait because they were getting a manicure and pedicure, but I was only getting my toes done, so luckily enough, I got a chair right away. I would definitely suggest trying to schedule and appointment with how busy it was.Everything seemed to be very clean and my technician was efficient, handy, and gentle. She didnt say too much, though. Also, the massage was very thorough and definitely not rushed. It was great!Overall, seems like a good place with tons of business! Very happy with my toes.I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

They will explain to you that they are not like other shops. I wish I could insert a picture for this review... So I go in and I asked to get a gel manicure and literally this girl! I told her the color I wanted and I was expecting it to be good like I know I have short nails so I wasn’t expecting too much but still. She was rushing so much put half of the gel onto my finger past the nail so it was dried on from the light so uncomfortable and look so bad a 3rd grader could do it better. She also filed all my nails crooked and they look so bad!!!!! Like than she scrubs my arms great and all but the lotion she used was like glue so to say the least I will not going back and best part they charged me $40 for it all and it was the worst manicure I have ever gotten!!!!!

This place is truly amazing! The nail techs are so talented and they do a fantastic job! I dont live here but we always visit family that lives here and whenever we go get our nails done together, we go here! Today, I came in with a photo of watercolor nails that looked a bit time consuming and difficult. It turns out that the nail pic I brought in was done with nail powder, and I wanted shellac, but the man who helped me still did a fantastic job and they look amazing!!!!

This is the best nail salon Ive been to in Columbia. The staff was warm and inviting, spoke clear English and always made sure to ask if i was comfortable. The two technicians working on my nails took their time and made sure that I was happy with their work. I will be going back again and again!

This is my favorite nail salon. They always have 10+ nail technicians so they are able to squeeze anyone in in a timely manner. It is always crowded but they dont make you feel hurried. They provide excellent acrylic services and they do a decent pedicure. I once had a splinter in the bottom of my foot and they wouldnt rest until it was out. I live on the northeast side of Columbia and usually go to a nail salon thats more convenient to my location, but I will drive out of my way to go to Devine Nails, now. The facility was so clean and beautiful. Additionally, they were so gentle on my feet and reasonably priced. I have already recommended them to my sisters and I will be back soon!

Loved this place. Everything from the service to the complementary drinks, to my nail technicians. I had amazing conversation which made the service superb.You definitely pay for the service you receive, and its a little pricey if you are looking for a cheap option. However, if you are looking to pamper yourself, this is the place to go!

I live on the Northeast side of Columbia, and I make the 30min. drive just to come here and see Tara. The salon is gorgeous, clean, relaxing, and Taras work is spectacular. After having a manicure and pedicure by her youll never, ever want to go anywhere else. The massage is phenomenal! Their price point is very fair considering the work they do and the hospitality provided. I always leave satisfied and excited for my next appointment!

I would never come here again, way to over priced. Normally when I go to any other nail salon a pedicure and dip nails will only cost $60. Here it cost $98 which is insane! I cant tell you what a delightful afternoon my daughter and I enjoyed here! It is a dream come true! I have always enjoyed pampering but never went for mani/pedis because I was so leery of the toxicity of all the chemicals and didnt enjoy breathing in the fumes either. This place is all the pampering with products that are actually good for us! We were intoxicated with the essential oil smells and the salt foot soak. This is just how it should be....an unbelievable treat for the body and the senses that does you good in every way. There was a pregnant woman enjoying a pedicure next to me and I was thinking how wonderful that she could be pampered and feel beautiful without exposing herself or her baby to any harmful chemicals. Ladies, this is how it should be!! Our girls were sweethearts, the service was excellent and the place is just beautiful. I couldnt recommend this place any more highly....Ill never go any where else for this service.

This was my fourth nail salon in Columbia. I shared my nail issues from the last salons I visited and the staff and my nail technician were so wonderful and made sure those things wont happen again. The staff is very professional and friendly. I will continue to go back!

My manicurist did a great job! I got a gel mani and a gel pedi and I love how my nails came out. She was quick but also did a great job and did my nails exactly how I wanted them to. Definitely recommend this place.
