If I could give them zero stars I would. Theres a young heavy set guy in there thats just rude. Let me spend my money somewhere else. What I dont pay for rudeness and disrespect. They only want black people to spend their money there but not treat you with respect. I went to get my nails dipped since thats what I have. 1st he didnt how much it would be, but quickly said $50 for a full set. Then went to speak to someone else about it, which he didnt tell me what they said. He then threw the swatch down... I dont know about anybody else, to me thats rude. However, I will never go there again. They were recommended by a friend.

I try not to leave bad review but she did my nails in 15 and when I tell you my 9 year old could have done my nails better I am to upset. Never returning. The wife was upset and it showed in her work....

Well, Ive been coming here for a little minute now. I do agree with other reviews. My nails have acrylic all around them caked up. My nails are chunky and thick. I would love if I got the same results every time but the more I seem to come the worst it gets. I would love to get the nails I often see her daughter possess. I will be getting these soaked off because Im fed up. Im always pleasant and I tip every time but the last occurrence. I truly was unhappy. I got a simple square shape and French tip. I work too hard to have to explain what looks nice when Im dealing with professionals. This is another reason I stop getting my nails done because I felt some dont care and I was just a easy dollar. I hate to have to write this but Im tired of being dissatisfied when I felt I ask for the simplest things. The men are great it just a hit or miss and Im tired of missing.

I came here 4 days ago and asked for something really simple. I just wanted acrylic nails with no polish. They were very rude, terrible customer service, and didn’t say one word to me the entire time they did my nails. Didn’t even ask what shape I wanted, just did what they felt like doing. Also a few of my nails are crooked and they just look terrible for something so simple. I tipped way more than I should have but I won’t be coming here again.

She rushed through doing my nails I got ombre and it was not blended well. Never again

I like the guys in there..the lady is kinda rude and if she doesnt really like you she will rush on doing your nails. I like the place just not her. Id recommend letting one of the males do your nails as far as shape. Only thing shes good at is design and eye brows

Being new to Columbia I was searching for a good nail salon the day I went here. I got a full in and pedi and my daughter got a fill in. Pedicure was done by a man not sure of his name it was okay not the best. Fill in done by I’m guessing this Megan lady she was rushing and came off with an attitude and when I told my daughter she said the same after she had done her nails as well. She got mad because my 12 YEAR OLD ALMOST messed her nails up. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! And then me and my daughter nails broke off the next day that never ever happened to me so therefore NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went to get my lashes done and eyebrows waxed, left with uneven brows, told her I wanted short and medium lashes and ended up with long, they fell off in two days because they were done in such rush my last time using them

Came in right before they closed on a Sunday. Had a good experience the male owner gave me a gel manicure and pedicure. normal pricing but really clean place. He took his time didn’t rush and was very gentle he knew what he was doing. See myself going back if I want to get my bails done again

It was my first time going here. Loved it! Everyone is so nice. And gave me exactly what I asked for! They have many positive aspects of their shop. It was the best decision I had made. Seriously, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!

I got the milk& honey deluxe pedicure. Loved it! Also got chameleon polish. Love it. Just had a little communication problem about the colors l wanted. You have to have patience when you work with the public. l know been doing it for 17years. Even when you speak another language l can still tell when you are being rude. Just be mindful of that.

I agree this salon is UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. Megan is rude, period. I walked in, she didn’t greet me or even smile. She said Come back another day, we are already packed. Mind you it wasn’t, there was literally two people waiting, that’s it. She did my nails once before and she’s very pushy and doesn’t do a quality job because she rushes to get you done. You tell her what you want done and she tells you No and does what she wants. As a paying customer this is unacceptable. The guy Nick is more polite than his wife Megan, but he has no tact either.. He will tell you a color you pick is not for you. They are also inconsistent with prices. One charged me $30 for a fill, Megan $40. I’m done with this nail salon for good. Spend your money somewhere else where you the customer and your satisfaction is valued. I MAY have been able to tolerate the ignorance IF they did great work, but they do not, mediocre at its best.

Creative and professional. I never leave disappointed. Megan always gives me what I want even when I dont know myself. I always get compliments on how good my nails always look.

Walked in with no appointment and they got me in right away. I havent been disappointed how fast they work and how they actually measure out all my nails to make sure they are the same length. The prices are reasonable for the quality of work that they provide! Love this place and would recommend it to the ladies.

I only come to get pedicures so I can only speak on that. Every pedicure I’ve gotten here has never been rushed and always looks great! They have great color selections and are always polite.

I ran in during lunch to get my old nails removed. The staff here even accept walk-in appointments. They were super FRIENDLY. Even though they were busy but got a schedule to do the extra service for me. When I does gets cool enough the color change is pretty awesome. Will definitely be back next week for a refill on my full set. Loveee the ambiance too.

Paris Nails is very professional. They get U in and Out in a reasonable amount of time. There business is clean and a comfortable place to come. MOST IMPORTANTLY, They can do Beautiful Nails.

Megan and her husband are really good and really nice but I asked for gold chrome on my index finger and got glitter. It really wasnt ok.They do work fast and have reasonable prices but make sure you get what you ask for.

I have a video of how disrespectful these people are! She is very racist, customer service is terrible, quality of the work was ok! When they messed up my nails she had an attitude about fixing it. Then when I went back she lied about having a appointment! Just so I would leave... but I was never rude or disrespectful. And I tipped well the first time I went!!! They act as if you owe them something. I reported this situation to the BBB, along with the footage. When you service the public, a BIG PART OF YOUR JOB IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t recommend any Queen to get services done here! They don’t appreciate you at all!! I’m a single mother of two who works hard for my dollar and to be pushed off the way I was for no reason at all saddens me. If I could give this place a -10 l, i would. Know your worth ladies.

I wish there was a way to post pictures, this is the most distasteful, unsatisfactory experience Ive ever witnessed at a nail salon . I got both pedi and full set gel nails, neither of them look professionally done . My nails were extremely rushed with hardly any customers in the salon . Do not expect a good job if you come here. GHETTO at its finest .

The only reason I even gave 1 star is because thats the lowest the site would allow me to give in order to submit my review. I was referred to Paris by someone at my job. During my first visit, which also turned out to be my last visit, Meghan rushed through my nails (rudely at that) after I sat and waited as she juggled two different clients not including myself. She left from doing my gel full set twice to serve other clients that came in after me. My gel polish looked like a two year old had applied it and it didnt look any better after I requested that she clean up the polish from around my nails. I would never recommend Paris Nails & Spa. Theyre overpriced for the low quality of service they render.

I was out of town so i dont know the womans name but my experience was horrible. I came to this salon based on the reviews... Yeah never again.. The woman was extremely rude i was happy with my nails at first but had to get them cut even more and she had a whole attitude about it and messed up my nails. I even paid extra for the cut. I didnt argue because i got really sick and wanted to go back to the hotel asap. When I come back to sc Im never coming here again.
