I got a gel pedicure and manicure and my nails and toes turned out beautiful, they were busy but took their time and didnt rush me through. Lisa and her husband are so nice and Lisa is very funny, she made my visit very pleasant today!

First nail salon i’ve been to since moving to Columbia. I love my nail place back home, so I was skeptical with trying anything new at first. But my appointment at Lisa Nails and Salon was fast, precise, and I loved the outcome. I’ll definitely be back !

Almost 3 weeks ago I got dip nails on my real nails (no acrylics) for the first time ever at this place. A few days ago I removed the dip polish to find GREEN nail beds under 3 of my nails (two middle fingers and thumbnail not in photo). I saw a doctor who diagnosed it as a nail fungus and gave me a prescription. These $35 dip nails have now cost me almost $100 for the doctor and prescription, and potentially months of trying to get rid of this infection/fungus. I later read that you are not supposed to put clients nails/fingers directly into the dip jars which he did. My right middle finger, which is the worst, had to be redone because he messed it up so perhaps thats why it is so bad as it got multiple dips into the powder. Ive never had a nail infection/fungus before and my nail beds were perfectly clear/pink before going here. I read a review on yelp where someone criticized them for not sanitizing tools before posting this, and I dont think the emery board that was used on me was new. He cut my pinky when filing the nail and it bled, so Im now worried if someone elses DNA was on that when it happened and I am at risk of something much more sinister than this fungal infection.

Well, we had trouble communicating with the nail tech. He also was causing pain and didnt seem to understand the universal sign for ouch. If the finished result had been better by being more uniform, then maybe the lack of communication would not have been in the forefront.

They did a good job on the pedicure, but when i get acrylics done they use a drill and clippers on my cuticles, they’re slow, and the color selection is not great. this most recent time my nails also came out crooked. i used to overlook the subpar work because their prices are reasonable, but i recently switched from getting regular polish to gel and found out that the difference makes my fill $20 more. if i want to pay $40 for a fill, i will go someplace that doesn’t risk customers health. don’t waste your time.

Service used to be great here but now they rush you and service. The owners get upset when you point out that they arent doing the service to YOUR satisfaction. Call me old fashioned but I EXPECT good service when Im paying my hard earned money. Lisa herself is disrespectful to put it nicely. I am done trying to GIVING them my money for minimum service. Today there was someone else helpline them who informed me that I should get a covid vaccine due to my sneeze I was informed over and over again that I need to go get the vaccine. Owners did nothing and said nothing to him !!

Rude nail techs and if they mess up and you point it out they get upset and say they’re charging you to fix it. i’ve never been treated so badly while getting my nails done. plus they turned out nothing like i wanted regardless of me pointing out every thing i didn’t like and wanted done. go somewhere else

I felt comfortable. They did a great job. The other customers were friendly. Will be my go to nail shop.

The lady I did my nails I dont remember her name but she put on a double layer like I asked they were so nice in there just so comfortable even though I tense up she doesnt get irritated I left out there very happy cuz it was a whole bunch of people told me anyway if that place was good and the gel polish she said I suggested and then she apologize have not come off it was a little expensive but I was trying to treat myself so next time I go Im about to get my feet done and somebody recommend to get my feet down there so Im going back and I recommend other people

I scheduled an appt five days in advance, when I got there he asked if I was okay going late since someone didn’t show up and someone else was there. That’s it. No call, nothing. I took off on my lunch hour to do this and is why I scheduled an appt. if you value your time, don’t go.

I had broken my nail while out of state from Ohio. I called for a last minute appointment and they took me on a Tuesday evening right before close. The gentleman that runs the shop was FANTASTIC. He took good care of me, was delicate, and gave me a nice three coats of powder before the top coat! Nails are thin enough to function (not thick and chunky) and he shaped them perfectly. In and out within the hour (I had to remove old dip or else it would have only been 45min). Highly recommend for the price ($35 before tip!)

I, along with a few other girls stopped by here for the first time to get last minute manicures/pedicures for a friends wedding. The service was good, employees were very nice, & prices were fair. However, I got the dip powder (as I usually do at my regular nail salon & never have issues). I thought they looked amazing and was very pleased until today, 6 days later.. It hasnt even been a week and the dip is cracking and falling off my nails. So, customer service was great but quality of the dip is not good! I would go back to ask if they can redo it, but we were visiting out of town. ):

I walked in the guy was nice I saw a older lady I later found out was Lisa she wasn’t very friendly never said anything to me. I feel like she should have been a little more warm welcoming.On the positive side my nails were nicely done and I paid $40 he said my nails was long to bad I can’t post a picture cause they short,,,?? thank you. Would I visit again I’m not sure at this point

I really appreciate that they take their time and do a very nice job. I prefer dip powder on my nails and the other places I’ve been to have not taken the time to properly clean/clip cuticles. They did an amazing job. Also the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Keep in mind there are only 2 people working, you will have to wait and be there awhile. It is worth it though!!!

I was taken care of by Pein. She was very engaging and went beyond for my Pedicure. I told her the color I wanted and she chose the shade that fit me perfectly.

Friendly staff, no frills salon with minimal gel polish options. Giving 3 stars because of the time it took to get a gel polish change. For the most part, I had already picked off the polish. I arrived at 11 and did not leave until 12:50. The bulk of that was getting my gel polish done. I did not want a manicure, and I was charged for one anyways even after I asked her to just do a polish change. She said it was the same, but I have never been to a nail salon that charged the same for a polish change as they did for a manicure. The polish looks very sloppy. There was nothing about that, that was a manicure. If you do come here I would make an apt with the man that works there. He did two acrylic fill ins, with gel polish and reshaped one clients entire set while I got gel polish.

I went here today to get a full set of acrylics. the older woman was the first available to take me. i asked for coffin shaped nails, but they came out looking closer to weird curvy stilettos. i had her take them off, then the guy that works there redid them, and i am very happy with the results! i will definitely go there again and request the guys assistance!

My daughter and I have been going to Lisa and On at different salons for several years. I am so happy that they have their own salon now. It’s beautiful, clean and they autoclave their instruments. Lisa does the best pedicures and On is amazing at nails! They take walk ins but it is best to make an appointment! I highly recommend this Salon!

My friend and I went to get pedicures and they were SO inviting and made us feel right at home. Constantly asking if everything was ok and to our liking. I love supporting small and upcoming businesses and I would 10/10 recommend going here!

I was there for a fill and had to wait about 15 minutes while the guy went in the back to eat. I was fine with that. Then a lady comes in and says she wants a full set but doesn’t want to wait long. Then he told her I’m only getting a fill and would not be long. So I’m assuming he’s going to start my nails since by that time it had been 20 minutes and I was already waiting. He tells the lady to come over and starts working on her nails. He disregarded the fact that I was there first and already waiting in the manicure chair! Didn’t bother to tell me anything. So I got up and left. They will never get my money again. I wouldn’t have mind if he prepared me first then switched to start hers since it’s just one guy that does nails. But he didn’t. He blatantly ignored me. They do a really good job which is why I give a 2.

Man this a gem to find! Full on deluxe gel pedicure including parrafin dip $35! Massage chairs are no joke! On was so friendly. They’ve only been open a month! I’m so glad I’ve found a pedicure place I love! I’ve tried a lot in 3 years! Definitely must try it.

Love my nails every time I go. Very clean, they always use sterilized tools and the pedicure bowls are scrubbed after every use. Lisa doesnt just swish cleaner in the bowl, she scrubs it.

Arrived at 0935 for gel pedi. 2 ladies waiting for male to do hands. Placed in water and told lady would be there in 10min. Left at 1145. No apology. She hit my toes and had to fix 2x. Charged $38. Sadly, I’m giving 2 stars because the man there is awesome! He did my mani last time and the SAME woman did my last pedi (no gel) there and did a really bad job. Same wait issue last time and I had scheduled an appt.

Amazing - Affordable - Im Going Back!

Quick but they rushed and one of my nails is crooked. The lady kept getting up to do other things. And on the sign it says 35$ for gel but they charged me 40! Never coming back, I will spend my money elsewhere.

I would like to start by saying i’m extremely picky about my nails, and that i’ve tried more than 10 places in Columbia and haven’t been thrilled with any of them until now! This place is new so it didn’t have many reviews but i’m glad I took a chance on them. Not only was the service fast and very friendly, but they were efficient. They took their time and did a good job. I got a full set and a gel pedicure and was more than pleased with both. I’ve waited over a week to write my review, and my nails are all still PERFECT! Huge applause for the QUALITY of the nails at this place. Hopefully they get the business they deserve, my new favorite place in Columbia hands down!

I made an appointment and arrive at said time. And they made me wait 30 minutes. I did a matte color and it was not matte and then bubbled the next day and paint chipped. They were kind of rude. Will nott go back.
